"Her Majesty" must have had quite a "frock-up" in the first chapter - when she discovered that Nora really does have "old" aka "pure" blood flowing in her.

She doesn't kill Nora - but she keeps her on a "long leash" ... with subtle dependencies - and sex is a very good way to do that

Nora is not a pure blood vampire, as pure blood in my world would mean that Molag Bal themselves has turned them into a vampire, which is true for the Queen or the High Priest, but not true for Nora (as shown in a previous chapter).

When I used the term "pure" I deliberately put it here -> " ".

Nora got her vampirism from a (presumably lost) pureblood - and after we discussed the issue of "blood dilution" - Nora is probably as close to a pureblood vampire as "normal" vampires can get in this world.

At least that's how I interpret this scene.
