The title "BWC replacer" may be ambiguous, but what it does is replace the black-cock images from the cock contact game with white ones.

    This mode replaces the male generic NPCs by purple NPCs (which I named Phemales). You can choose the proportion of phemales to males, You can choose the proportion of these phemales that will have penises based on the girl dick mini game or male dick minigame. All other changes are purely aesthetic. There are 124 Phemales in the mod, and each one has a unique variability of traits. No issues with other mods so far, and I use a bunch of them. -----------------------------

    The mod was intended for personal use only, but I think it's nice to share.  All images were from public sites and altered digitally; some were redrawn with AI. It is not well integrated in the writing and can have some gender incongruences that I was to lazy to try to fix I was trying to integrate the male npc's with the bar girls, there is a little framework to that in the code.  My goal is to have a character that you can have relations with in both male and female forms, but I do not have the time to do these modifications properly. Feel free to use, edit, update, and upload new versions. I love to see variations and improvements around this mod, but don't have the skills and time to do so.

    Yup, we're all excited that the Office Girls are now part of X-Change Life's core experience as of version 0.21.7. They add a lot to the gameplay loop, even without their sex scenes being fully fleshed out!

    But for now, Aphrodite is plugging away on the massive video editing task that is restoring their media to her standards. Until then, I see no reason why the old media pack can't be repackaged and used as a mod.
     
    So that's what I did! The Office Girls media pack now supports version 0.22 of X-Change Life, and reworks the twee passages at the beginning of every sex scene, allowing access to their contents again.
     
    Please report any bugs on the X-Change Life Discord Server's modding channel section for this media mod, not in the loverslab forum. I will not check this thread, so any bug reports here will not be seen.
     
    Instructions: just download this file and load it like any other X-Change Life mod, using the modloader.

  6. Little Caprice Media Replacer

    A few people have voiced a preference for other images for my Little Caprice Player Character mod.  Sparda even went so far as to upload some suggested photos.  I was hopeful I'd be able to get the mod to cycle through photos for variety, but it only works for certain images.  These mods (there are three attached) are for the other images that aren't supported.

    All this does, whichever version you install, is to replace two images from the original mod with alternate images.  A little variety for the female image and the during-sex face image.  Version 1 and 2 are entirely Sparda's work.  Version 3 are some leftover images I made during the modding process and didn't end up using.

    📦 How to Install
    Download the "caprice media replacer.vX.xcl" file (choose which one you want and download JUST THE ONE).
    Drop the file(s) into your XCL folder — do not extract!
    Run the mod loader and hit “Add mods,” then add this one.
    If the mod loader doesn't do it automatically, make sure this loads AFTER the Little Caprice PC mod.
    Press “Load mods”, wait for it to finish, then launch the game through your modded folder.

    What it is: This mod basically swaps out most of the NPC assets that were AI generated with ones made in Prequal based on IRL porn models/performers. I much prefer the look of the character assets based on real performers in the rest of the game and feel like they'd fit better in a world populated by those in a similar style. To be clear, I don't think the AI-generated assets look "bad" by any means. My brain has just been programmed to flag AI art as soon as I see it, and so this and the difference in style make them stick out to me in-game in a distracting way. Mostly a preference thing.
     
    TL;DR: Just a super simple mod that A) Replaces most of the female gym NPC's assets with new ones and B) replaces the in-game text descriptions of them with altered ones to fit the new images. All asset files have been optimized for the easiest download possible.
     
    Important: This mod has now only been tested on XCL [0.23.].
     
    How To Use: Just drop "real gym girls" in your mods folder and run the mod loader and you should be golden.

    I have always wanted a little more build-up when it comes to sex scenes in X-Change Life. I love what we have when it comes to foreplay, but I was thinking that there is surely media out there that can add a little more... and perhaps something outfit related, since that is something I'm keen on.
     
    The basic idea of this mod is that it adds videos that play when you invite guys over to the house to have sex. How it works is that you choose outfits to wear when they come over before you greet them, and for a few outfits, you will get a special video that plays.
     
    The videos can play on the screen where you choose an outfit, or they can play when you bring a guy to your bedroom, this depends on the outfit (a very tiny number play for both). See the screenshots for examples. The videos can be watched entirely (they run from 30 seconds to 4 minutes) or you can just press any button to move on as you normally would and ignore them entirely.
     
    You will have to find the outfits that have this special ability on your own... or you can look below for spoilers that tell you. I have partly used images in the game (a few bathroom videos and putting on jeans), but mostly added my own. I have also added over a dozen new outfits to the game to match the videos (see Screenshots for all the new outfits).
     
    I don't have any plans to expand this at the moment, but I can easily imagine doing so since there is a ton of media that could work. I mostly wanted this initial version to make a few outfits feel special (between two and five for each XCL girl) and to see how many people like this kind of thing. Enjoy!
     
    Installation:
    Download the "Immersive Outfit Videos 1.0.zip" file and place it inside the X-Change game folder. Add it with Mod-loader and then click load mod.

    The first custom playable character in XCL was Little Blonde in the Big City, based off actress Kenzie Reeves. 
    She's obviously a favorite in the community, and her character has been updated and weathered the test of time, most recently being updated by Chloeana with a excellent blacked addon. 
    However, call me nostalgia blind and call my glasses rose tinted, I can't help but feel something was lost with the updated portraits and media over the years. 
    I get that Kenzie Reeves is really slutty in her videos, but there was something a bit more innocent and likeable imo with earlier versions of the mod that got replaced. 
    Sorrow originally had a set of alternate images that kept those original portraits and images intact, but Sorrow eventually stopped supporting it, and Chloe never acknowledged them at all. 
    I want to fix that. 
    This pack can easily be loaded in the mod loader just like any other mod.  It replaces Little Blonde's base portraits, both male and female, along with a ton of other images that better reflect the OG version of the mod. 
    I also replaced the masturbation video with the version from the OG mod (not a fan of squirting) and included a bunch of alternate cum videos which for some reason were included in early versions of the mod, but disappeared from later versions. 
    I don't think these will load properly with Chloe's version of the mod so you might have to rename them, but still, they're there for those who want them.  
    Someday I'd also like to remove some of the grosser sex positions as well (the rimjobs and maybe some of the feet stuff) but I'm dumb and can't program.  For right now this will suffice.

    Looks like Pretty Girl Ave. was in Summer City all along! 🎤🎶💅

    What it is: This mod basically swaps out a handful of the background music assets from the base game with ones based of Sabrina Carpenter songs. Tracks replaced include BG music from the Mall, Beach, Office, Club, and Club Bathroom as well as Mornings while female (42 tracks in total). The assets have all been edited/mixed to sound as indistinguishable from the style/atmosphere of those in the base game as possible.
     
    I was astounded how well a lot of Sabrina's tracks fit the retro vibe of the game's setting, as well as it's shamelessly fun/horny tone. In my opinion, the music added in this mod is a lot catchier than the ones they replaced and offer another way to make repeat playthroughs feel that little bit fresher. Just give them a listen if you're not sure!

    My goal wasn't to innovate so I tried to match "old" and "new" as much as possible, only making exceptions when the original picture was just way too low quality to make it work, or when I just couldn't find the source.

    This only modifies images, not videos.

    Very simple mod that adds more variety to the player character's nude images when examining self and other encounters.

    The base game includes a single image of each PC's body, butt, pussy and a 'present' shot. Each PC also has 4 bust shots that are randomly selected when examining yourself.

    This mod aims to add more options for each PC, and other mod authors can easily add additional nude image variety to their PC mods if they want to.
     
    Currently when using this mod instead of 4 bust shots and 1 of every other nude you get:

    "What do you do when clearing out an old hard drive? Share the porn, of course!" That joke from a friend kind of spun out into the idea of adding more optional porn packs. So I'm going to be trickling them in over time. I did my best to track down performer credits but a lot of clips are shared through multiple parties. I mainly cleaned up stray frames and audio as best I could and made sure they were encoded for XCL.
     
    Pack 1: Visions of a Multiverse. Superhero-themed. Blacked compatible.
     
    Full Disclosure: This is a long-term "when I feel like it" side-project, pretty much to practice. I'm likely not going to do requests, but the code is basically copy/paste/change names. Pretty much anyone could do it.
     
    Installation Instructions:
    Download the desired file.
    Do not unzip. Add it to the mod loader using the "Add Mods" button.
    Click "Load Mods," wait for it to finish, then launch the game from the modded folder.

    While playtesting my Krystal Boyd PC mod, I encountered a weird error.  During a stepdad "encounter" after a secretary day at work, where my character came home from work with a messy face, I encountered a broken image link.

    This is a tiny modlet that adds additional images to the "secretary wearing off" folder to avoid broken image links.  That's all it does.  Very minor quality-of-life fix.

    What it is: Sometimes, I just find some XCL images not to be to my tastes, or not quite what I consider to be a good match for the game style, so I make my own replacers. Chances are, I might not be the only one who'd like to have alternate images, so I'm sharing some of my packs here.

    No offense intended to the original creators! These are just according to my personal tastes.
     
    IMPORTANT: Most of these are just partial replacers, with a few images changed here and there. I didn't have the energy to do complete conversion packs.

  22. [XCL] [0.21.X] Horny Folk - Extra positions for base characters

    This was a previous mod by Jirkislo. My contributions to the mod was running it through Chloe's mod tools which ended up correcting a few images as well as providing subtypes to the passive service positions.

    Summary of this mod is there are extra positions, active and passive to all base characters. No known issues. If there are issues with the videos, etc they will need to be addressed by other folks. I would be more than happy to update the mod with any media folks want to include.

    Curio here with more outfits! This mod adds 88 more outfits for Jia, Summer City's most lovable redhead. I thought I was done adding outfit mods for the main girls of the game (I have been helping with modded in girls since my Outfit Expansion ended), but fellow XCLer notapotato created some pretty amazing outfits for her that I used as a base to add to the game! I think these new outfits add a lot of flavor to Jia's wardrobe (and there is a lot of pink, in case you like playing as a bimbo). This image set also replaces Jia's male clothing with jeans and a hoodie.
     
    Buying all of the new outfits will probably slow your wardrobe selection down at the least. Think of this as adding more variety to choose from, which could be very useful considering the new matching handbag mechanics as well as current and future mechanics that incentivize having a large wardrobe.

This is a relatively small addition to Jade that adds 50 new outfits! I just wanted to try it out and see what it was like and it was enjoyable, let me know if there is any issues that you run into with this mod but it should be pretty straightforward. The XCL discord is the best place to reach out about this mod!

    Installation
     
             1. Download the "morejadeoutfits.zip" file and use the mod loader inside your XCL folder.
             2. Once you launch the mod loader, press "Add mods" and select the "morejadeoutfits.zip" and hit enter.
             3. Then press "load mods" and wait until it is done loading then you can launch the game through the modded folder!

    The saturated color of the new version of the "Ocean" color palette was a bit hard on my eyes, so I've created this version which is a bit of a mix between the old and new versions. The background is the original blue from the old theme, and the highlight colors are less-saturated versions of the new Ocean's blues.
     
    This is my first attempt at creating a new color palette, so there's no meta data. Just load the JS file the way you would any other mod, and the option should become available in the drop-down menus.
