Quite the original setting in terms of design. The slowly unraveled blood painting atelier being the main attraction here, yet followed by the uncommon love between a human aspiring vampire and a vampire. A real show for the eyes as well, with colored and bright skin and eyes tones contrasting with the overall dark and grim morbid shades of the scenery (minor clipping put aside), Now scenario-wise, it seems Nora has someone she wants removed, yet the flashback of the Hammerfell assassination suggest she wasn't the one who made the poison during those. Anyway, the introduction of the human was clever, as now the reader will wonder if she's going to get turned (she might've contracted porphyric haemophilia, though not sure that alone wouldn't make her a feral) or die. And all of that intertwined with a larger plot. Great entry ! ?

Thank you! She's probably not infected. For that she'd need to be bitten by a feral vampire which she and Jonas would know about. 

Though, that doesn't mean you can't get sick by other diseases.

In chapter 10 it was already revealed that Count Gottfried (the guy that got murdered in the beginning) made the poison which was kept secret.

If she was infected she'd turn into a feral vampire and Nora would kill her immediately. Though in order to become infected you'd need to be bitten by a feral vampire, which was not mentioned.

Sharp analysis, but I don't think as a vampire living in a ruin like this you need much money
