X-cell Pill

1 new pill (X-cell) sold in the pharmacy.
It is a stat-improvement pill for X-Change Life with conditional duration based on meeting total improvement goals.
It targets one of three stats (Intellect, Charm, or Fitness) for development. The pill lasts **1+ days** based on meeting the required total improvement goal before expiration.
In order to aid you to excel in improving yourself, you will gain bonus XP (configurable) in the target stat, while you are on the pill. If you don't meet the target improvement threshold by expiration time, the duration automatically extends by one day.
The trade-off is that taking Xcell comes with a challenging side effect and temporary craving to balance the benefits.

- **Base duration**: 1 day
- **Goal calculation**: `ceiling((10 - currentStatValue) / 3)`
- Example: If Intellect is 8, goal = ceiling((10-8)/3) = ceiling(0.67) = 1 point total improvement needed before expiration
- Example: If Charm is 5, goal = ceiling((10-5)/3) = ceiling(1.67) = 2 points total improvement needed before expiration
- **Total improvement check**: When the pill expires, it checks if you've met the improvement threshold
- **Goal met**: Pill expires normally that evening
- **Goal NOT met**: Duration extends 1 more day automatically
Target Stat (Random)
When you take Xcell, one of these is randomly selected:
- **Intellect** - Improve your intelligence and quick thinking
- **Charm** - Improve your social and persuasive abilities
- **Fitness** - Improve your physical strength and endurance
Side Effects (Random Combination)
The pill applies **two temporary side effects** for added challenge:
1. **Stat-decreasing debuff** (one of 9 combinations):
- Swallow decreases [Intellect/Charm/Fitness]
- Creampies decrease [Intellect/Charm/Fitness]
- Orgasms decrease [Intellect/Charm/Fitness]
2. **Temporary craving** (matches the side effect):
- **Swallow craving**: Urge to swallow during orgasm (NEW)
- **Creampie craving**: Urge to get creampied during orgasm (existing)
- **Orgasm craving**: Enhanced orgasm pleasure (via increased pleasure side effect)

Ever wondered why Oral Pills aren't available in Summer City? Well, they finally are!

Oral Pills are now an option at the Paradise Mall Pharmacy! Originally developed as an "improvement" to the patented Cum-Cure formula, the scientists at X-Change Corp. were delighted to discover the unexpected Freudian benefits that can come from improved taste buds! This pill temporarily re-wires your brain's dopamine centers to focus around your mouth and throat, rather than just your genitals. As a result, you'll find it hard (read: impossible) to orgasm through normal means; instead, you'll find that getting your partners off gets *you* off too! Careful, though -- you've got to swallow every last drop to maximize the effect!

Features:
- New pill at the Pharmacy: Oral. Lasts between 5 and 7 days.
- Oral Pills prevent orgasming through normal means, but cause orgasms upon swallowing cum. (throatpies)
- Oral Pills can be given to coworkers if you're using X-Change Life 0.21.7+, which incorporates the Office Girls mod
- Oral Pill effects can be caused by the New-U machine, in the form of the "Oral Fixation" side effect
- Boosted XP gains to the "Gag Reflex" and "Blowjob" skills when using an Oral Pill or experiencing the Oral Fixation side effect
- Oral Pills can be distributed by pill spiking (if Non-Con mechanics are turned on!) at the workplace, bar and nightclub.
- Permanent side effects can occur from excessive Oral Pill usage -- don't worry, they're treatable!
- An available treatment from the X-Change Pharmacy, though you might want to help the pharmacist out if you want a speedy diagnosis.
- A treatment side quest leading to a PURPLE PILL scene at Mutatio, featuring Nyx the Witch Doctor!

To unlock the side quest leading to Nyx's scene, I recommend trying Oral Pills somewhat often. Eventually, after repeated usage, you'll find that the Oral Fixation effects stick around in a permanent form.
From that point, you'll have to experience the effects of permanent Oral Fixation directly before the X-Change Pharmacist will diagnose and treat you. That's all I'm going to spoil for now -- you'll have to discover the rest yourselves by playing the game. Nyx's scene is not repeatable, nor are there plans to make it so. Enjoy it once you find it!

Note: while this mod has been verified to mostly function on X-Change Life 0.23, one-off scenes involving cum swallowing have *not* been updated for compatibility. This means that Purple-Alexia does not acknowledge or interact with your oral pill or fixation in any way. While I do plan to integrate these scenes and mechanics, I will not be doing so until the purple-Alexia content is completed in future updates of the base game.

Have your modlist attached so i can take a look cause just telling me does make it much harder to find the issue and fix and make sure to provide screen shots or a video of the issue.
Please post any errors in the discord with info and mod list so i don't have to ask over and over again also as people still do it the intergration checks show up after character creation even though the show up as not during does not mean they are broken.

Old info still somewhat relevant for better info use the ReadMe in game for the time being till i have time to pull from it and update this.

Tired of your genitals getting in they way? Make them disappear with X-Change Nullo™! This brand-new pill will free yourself from those pesky body parts and allow you to live your life less burdened than before! Available now at your local X-Change™ pharmacy!

This is a mod for X-Change Life that brings in a new pill under the "Other Treatments" section at the pharmacy in the mall. The idea is that taking the pill leaves you without the usual body parts associated with sexual intercourse or procreation. This affects the character both as a man and as a woman. From a gameplay standpoint this means you don't gain much arousal, your "pleasure" bar rarely moves unless you force it, and you can't reproduce (unless you're already pregnant, because life finds a way).

Given that the game isn't exactly designed for such a playstyle, the mod is admittedly awkward at times and generally inconsistent. Much of the time you will just have to use your imagination. For example, there are points in the game where your character will still end up having sex as a man with a visible penis, so you will need to pretend they are using a strap-on dildo or something. For the most part it still works well enough from a role-playing standpoint, and the gameplay can be worked around it.

Also the effects of this will vary depending on various factors, such as choosing to play a minigame or rolling instead. It does make certain "challenges" trivially easy.

One last thing: you can very much neuter Bruce using this as part of a blackjack bet. It's short-lived, though, as the reversal pill is readily available at the pharmacy as well.

[XCL] [0.23] Custom U Machine
I was originally working on a mod that added a bunch of new pill variants, but halfway through I realised it would be way more fun (and much more flexible) to just let players create any pill they want instead.
Introducing the Custom-U Machine
The Custom-U Machine lets you build your own custom transformation pill by choosing:
A base pill (Basic, Breeder, Bimbo, X-Tend, Resistance, and more)
A DNA type (pick exactly who you want the pill to transform you into)
Any side effects you want (temporary, permanent, and risky)
A duration of your choice (from 24 hours all the way to permanent)
This lets you create basically any type of pill imaginable, and enables some really fun challenge runs — like combining a Breeder base with side effects such as getting creampied lowering your intelligence or shrinking your dick size.
Random Pill Options (the machine chooses for you)
Not sure what you want? The Custom-U Machine can also generate a pill for you with random choices — for players who want chaos, surprises, or a gamble.
These options choose a random base pill, random duration, and random side effects… and now also a random DNA.
$100 Random Pill
Weighted more toward “extreme” bases (Breeder, X-Tend, Resistance) — but you can still roll anything
12 side effects, weighted more toward Permanent and Risky
Duration weighted heavily toward shorter durations, max 2 weeks
$500 Random Pill
More equal weighting, but still slightly favours extreme bases
8 side effects, weighted more evenly (still slightly towards Permanent/Risky)
Duration weighted toward mid-range durations, max 1 month
$1000 Random Pill
Equal weighting across all pill bases
4 side effects, weighted equally across all categories
Duration weighted equally from 2 weeks to 2 months
No permanent duration
Important twist: While the DNA, duration, and pill base are hidden, you do get to see the side effects you roll.
You can skip effects you don’t want, but every skip adds +1 to the total number of side effects you must take.
So you can “filter” your pill… but the machine makes you pay for being picky.

If you want something curated without fully building from scratch, the Custom-U Machine also includes 5 preset Signature Mixes — hand-picked combos with fun themes and spicy interactions:

These are designed to be interesting, themed, and chaotic in the best way, whether you want a quick pick or a starting point for a run.
Build Codes (Export / Share Your Pills)
I thought it might be helpful if people create pill combos they like and want to use every time — or share the one they’ve made — so Custom-U now prints a receipt after creating a custom pill, including a Build Code you can copy and reuse later.
They look like this:

CUM1 = Custom-U Machine format version 1
(so I can expand this later, like allowing signature-packs/modlets people can share)
The format is:

DNA is only set if you choose a custom DNA
If you keep your current DNA, it will say self instead
You can also edit the DNA part of the code if you want to keep the combo but not change DNA
Testing / Bug Notes
I’ve tested a bunch of combinations, but this mod is huge in terms of possible outcomes. For context, there are 481,036,337,096 different pill combinations possible.
Because of that, it’s impossible for me to manually test every single base pill + side effect + duration combo. If you run into issues with specific combinations, please let me know. In some cases it might be something I can fix in others, it may be that the combo needs to be restricted to avoid breaking game logic.
Mod Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with any character or pill mods, and any mods that add in additional side effects. That said I haven't tested them all so if you any issues with a mod let me know and I'll see what I can do.

This mod combines the all of the other Pharm Inc. drugs into a single mod. The effects for each drug is listed below along with how they will impact you (the player), both positively and negatively. Besides unifying all drugs under a single label, the other change is that the durations for each drug have been reduced to only last a couple of days (each drug is different).

USAGE:
This mod creates a new DRUG that is available to purchase from the Pharmacy. Once purchased, it will be added to the player's inventory as a DRUG. This DRUG can be taken anytime that the Inventory is available and can be taken as female or male. Unless you (the player) acquire the OD effect of the drug (different for each drug), each drug will expire naturally.

[XCL] [0.23] Plus Pill!

The X-Change Plus™ pill is the ultimate choice for permanent gender transformation, and not a choice to be taken lightly. It is also something that exists in X-Change™ Life, but so far has been locked behind a storyline that has yet to be created. To quote the entry in the game:

Due to the permanent nature of this pill, you will need to acquire a psychologist's approval in order to purchase one. NOTE TO PLAYER: Not yet implmented [sic] in this game version, it will be added in the future.

For the sake of sheer impatience, this mod adds the required psychological exam to the game and lets you take the pill. There isn't much else to it, but for those looking to have their character take this pill, now you have the option to do so. Also, the ultimate pill comes with the ultimate reward: a full set of X-Change™ trading cards. Makes for a good endgame goal to work towards.

Note that you have to take the pill right away, so there's no option to pocket the pill and "share" with others. The base game isn't designed to let you do this, and changing that would be beyond the scope of this mod.

Also note that this pill is different from the new pills added in the author's other mod: The Department of Identity & Naturality Change. That mod offers a pill that fully changes the character's body to a different sex. These pills are the traditional variety, which keeps a person in a state of transformation with an indefinite duration. A different type of permanence, if you will, and of the type coded in the base game. Likewise, the base game has no means to reverse the Plus pill, but other mods (including the one just mentioned) may have a solution.

[XCL] [0.23] Real Resistance Pill

There is an option to change the range of the resistance pill as well as toggle the trigger message on and off in the settings menu.

[XCL] U666's Drugs

Drugs!
These are an assortment of drugs I've created for use with Drug Framework 2. Note that the original Drug Framework has been discontinued, as Flip has taken over the project, bringing much-needed coding expertise.

The drugs:
Caliente - An aphrodisiac that ramps up arousal each time period. (Already included with Spike Fun) Futility - A drug that lowers intellect and fitness for a while, leaving the taker weak and vulnerable (for those who are into that). (Already included with Spike Fun) Cock-Up - A temporary penis-enlargement pill, for when you need to be a little bigger. (Manufacturer advises against frequent and prolonged use due to unintended effects.) Yes! - SWP's "People Pleaser" effect, now in a temporary pill form. Additionally has a 1-in-3 chance of removing an Action Point each time period. Penance - An orgasm blocking (typically without the "ruined orgasm" effect) that gives a bonus to intelligence (mental focus) when arousal is below 8. Overdrive - Easier orgasms and multiple orgasms. (Warning! Manufacturer advises against "stacking" pills!) Confidence - The first "pill-modifier" drug, Confidence reduces your gender-switch reluctance for the duration of whatever pill you're on, and makes you more comfortable showing off your body...that last part very literally. Hold-Out & Hold-Out Maxx - A male-only drug that gives the PC more sexual stamina in bar girl sex. Requires the additional file, Male Masturbation Fail CORE & MEDIA, for its side effects to work (there's a chance of blocking male masturbation that increases with frequency of use). X-Tender - (WIP - EXPERIMENTAL) A drug designed to extend the duration of an existing pill. Comes in an orgasm-to-continue variant, as well. Future updates will probably add side effects like pregnancy chance for X-Change pills. (Continue effect probably requires Spike Fun to function.)
Requirements and Installation:
Drug Framework 2 by Flip - The underlying code that makes these kinds of non-transformable pills possible in XCL. Whichever drugs you want in your game. (Only Caliente and Futility are distributed as a pair; the rest work on their own.) Hold-Out drugs require Male Masturbation Fail CORE and Male Masturbation Fail MEDIA
Modder's Resource
For the other modders out there, I created Male Masturbation Fail to give me the ability to create side effects that prevent male characters from being able to get of through masturbation. I tried to make it flexible enough for other creators to use if they have a need to do the same. Please check it out if you have a use for it!

You may also like...
The Knock-off Pharmacy provides a new location in the mall to sell pills that aren't X-Change. Patches are available there for selling these drugs, if you'd prefer to buy them in a different location. The Spike Fun mod is where I first felt the need to add drugs like these to the game. In particular, it requires Caliente and Futility as drugs that can be used on the player character in spiked drinks. It also has support for Yes.

Pills Unlimited

TL,DR: Expensive, infinite duration pills.

Pills Unlimited adds in Unlimited versions of most base game pills, which last indefinitely and come with an Anti-Pill.
This mod is nowhere near as modular as my Anti-Pills mod, and doesn't have any macros to make addons.
The Anti-Pill that comes with the Unlimited pills will be located in your Item Inventory, or in your Anti-Pill Inventory if you have the Anti-Pills Framework installed.

Unlimited pills are quite expensive, usually 10 times the price of their normal variants.
Basic Unlimited is $10,000 because of how powerful its effect is.
You can easily adjust the prices in the mod by editing the twee file (see screenshot).

How does it work?
Very simply. When you take a pill, it sets a variable ($unlimitedactive).
Everytime Time Advances, if $unlimitedactive is on, your pill timer is reset to 1024.
Hopefully this doesn't cause issues with other mods...
Mutatio's End Pill Early will do nothing for Unlimited users.

The Anti-Pill doesn't actually exist in any inventory, and is simply generated upon viewing that inventory if $unlimitedactive is on.
Like the Anti-Pills Framework ones, it'll simply turn off $unlimitedactive and set your pill timer to 0.
If you have Anti-Pills Framework installed, it follows the behavior of the mod.

Anti-Pills Framework & Base Pack

The Anti-Pills Framework adds a system for Anti-Pills that can end a transformation early.
It does this very simply: The Pill Timer is set to 0, so the next time that Time Advances, your transformation will revert.
Anti-Pills can be bought at the X-Change Pharmacy, and have their own button in your Inventory.
I made this thing to be extremely modular, to the point where I removed all the anti-pills for the base game pills and put them in a separate mod.
It has several macros for adding and manipulating Anti-Pills, as well as Passage Tags for interacting with and/or hijacking the system.

The system also includes side-effects that can trigger when you counter a pill with something other than its matching Anti-Pill.
The chance of getting a Side Effect from using the wrong anti-pill can be set in the Game Settings to: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%
These side effects can include:
Stat Damage: 1 or 2 points of damage to your Intellect, Fitness, or Charm; may alternately cause your dick to shrink. Stat Drain: 1 to 4 points deducted from your Intellect, Fitness, or Charm which will recover at one point per day; may alternately drain all 3 stats by 1 or 2 points instead. Actual Side Effects: Things like "Brainless Bimbo", "Exhibitionist", or "People Pleaser". By default you won't run into these, except from specific pills.
Please note that the Side Effect system doesn't define which side effect is chosen based on the Anti-Pill taken, but instead it picks based on the Pill being countered.
On its own, Anti-Pills Framework adds the following Anti-Pills:
Minus: Can revert any transformation, even Plus. (Availability can be toggled in the Game Settings) Aegis: Can revert any temporary transformation without causing side effects. (Availability can be toggled in the Game Settings) Spoof: Can revert any temporary transformation, will always cause side effects. (Availability can be toggled in the Game Settings)

The Anti-Pills Basepack adds Anti-Pills for each available pill in the base game:
Simplicity: Counters Basic Diminish: Counters X-Tra Strength Quench: Counters Cum-Cure Defiant: Counters Compliant Highbrow: Counters Bimbo Conceal: Counters Show-Off Conductance: Counters Resistance Stark: Counters Breeder
It also adds the possibility to get Brainless Bimbo, Exhibitionist, and People Pleaser from Bimbo, Show-Off, and Compliant, respectively, if countered by the wrong pill.

Anti-Pills Instant Reversion changes Anti-Pills to transform the user back instantly upon use.

Dynamo pill

Each time you sleep when the Dynamo drug is active you will be given a random new-u body.
Will automatically do a "new-u rental" each time you change and favourite clothes so you don't have to fiddle about in the wardrobe or visit the mall too often.

The drug will last anywhere from 5-10 in-game days.
There are some visual bugs if for example you take the drug outside one of the morning/afternoon/evening timeslots.
Is also likely to prevent dreams occuring while the drug is active.

[XCL] [0.21.2] BR Pill Mod

This mod adds a selection of pills to the pharmacist's inventory and a pill research stand at the mall.

At the moment the pills added are: Match, Breeder Monthly, Continue, Empress, Empress Weekly, Spike, Denial, Resistance Plus and Temp Breeder. I have changed the name of Resistance to Resistance Plus to try to avoid conflicts.

The research stand has an experimental pill called the Kannagi.

This mod incorporates the machine breakdown mod, the temp breeder pill mod, the Match pill mod and the Kannagi pill mod.

It adds an option for the new-U machine to malfunction or not. If you do not want the machine to malfunction you can choose reliable in the mod options.

It adds an option in relation to spiking. You can vary the frequency of the spiking. I have discontinued the varieties as it was getting unwieldly for this mod to handle.

It also adds two modding options:
1) the variable $perm. This is at 0 by default. If set to 1 then the pill will not expire and will be permanent (converting into a Plus pill).
2) the variable $scenes. This is at 0 by default. If set to 1 then "special" scenes - the gym ones and the beach story ones - will be skipped.. When the pill expires the variable will be set back to 0.

Stuff to do with unknown pills is now mainly handled in the base game.

There is an ingame description of the Pills at the pharmacist. They are:
Continue:
Lasts 72 hours. Duration extends with every orgasm had. WARNING: Lengthy extensions may result in permanence.
Empress:
For the larger gentleman. Everything about the pill is designed to make the experience enjoyable for both partners –
the vaginal canal has greater depth and flexibility than normal with a focus on nerve endings deeper into the canal.
The structure of the clitoral nerves is significantly changed to increase the pleasure experienced from intercourse.
Empress Weekly:
As Empress but lasts a week.
Denial:
For those that are worried that X Change is just too good. This pill will prevent the taker from orgasming for its duration.
Temp Breeder:
An experimental new pill that mimics the properties of a Breeder pill without the risks. Lasts 24 hours, after which the pill effects and any associated pregnancy ends.
Match:
Orgasms create a "Match"ed partner, lmiiting future orgasms. Lasts a week to 10 days. No pregnancy chance.
Resistance Plus
WARNING: Any orgasms may result in permanence.
Breeder Monthly:
These are more expensive and dosages typically last 30 days. Pill greatly increases fertility.
It's not 100% chance, but you'll probably end up pregnant. You won't be able to orgasm on this pill, unless you get creampied.

[obsolete] Sample mod for adding an 11th girl to the roster.

This is not intended as a mod to actually be used in its present form. It is mostly a sample of how to add an additional girl to the existing 10 girls.

I have copied one of the existing girls with the exception of the main identifying head shot. All 66 passages that reference an individual female character have been modified to add a section on 'girl11'. Also included are the relevant audio and image files as well as the javascript databases for outfits and positions.

If you want to add a girl, you can use this as a starting point. It is easier to keep the girl11 name, but a simple search and replace is easy enough to accomplish. You will need to also rename some of the audio/image file names if you choose to change names.

To make an actual mod will require gathering audio and picture/movie files as well as changing the descriptive passages in the included twee file. The javascript files need to be adjusted for outfits and sex positions as well.

The mod does work as is, but as I have already mentioned, it is not really intended to use as is. It does make a safe playground for your own mod or customization however.

This mod requires the mod loader version 1.1.0 or later.

XCL Side effects list & Side effect manager

This shows the enabled side effects in this current game/mods combination.
It shows as a link on the Game Settings page after you have created a character.

Added a second version of this that adds a button to the list to enable you to 'add' or 'remove' the side effect. Note that adding it this way will make the side effect permanent until you remove it.

The Side Effects manager includes the full list of possible side effects, so it can be used to replace the 'Side Effects List' mod.

Consequences Pill

This mod adds a pill that lasts around 14 days gives constant arousal and whenever the player orgasms it increases pregnancy chance by 5%.
It also messes with the player's brain so you get "People pleaser" side effect and every time you orgasm you beg for a creampie like you would on a breeder pill.

Futa-RX

Futa-RX adds a drug that causes you to grow a huge dick, even while female.
Right now, if you are on Futa-RX while female in most situations where you talk to a girl they will treat you as a guy, and most guys will still treat you like a girl.

Ever wanted to get back at a pushy guy? This also adds an option to spike a guy after you strip to turn the tables.

Limitations:
This uses the default vids, so don't expect to see futa on female sex.

The spikes use a random bar girl each time for the same reason. Currently, only the default bar girls.

Known issues;
There are a couple of instances where the portrait shows the wrong gender.
Many scenes will refer to the wrong gender.

Compatibility:
It should work with most other mods as I don't overwrite any base passages.
