As wdaigle found out, the engine doesn't really like having S.P.E.C.I.A.L. on every NPC:

Ever used Diversive Bodies and wondered why everybody looks kinda the same?
Ever turned Diversive Bodies up to eleven to see some change and than cursed 'cause your Companions look ... well ... ridiculous?
Than this mod is for you!
Diversive Bodies uses S.P.E.C.I.A.L. statistics to morph the bodies. Problem is, only the PC and the Companions have stats (and some combatants and some jokes --> Mama Murphy has 15 STR). So I carefully examined the living conditions and social status of every NPC and ... Yeah, I just threw some D10 Now every body is S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Do I need Diversive Bodies for this one?
Not really. But afaik nothing else uses S.P.E.C.I.A.L., so I don't see any reason to use this without it.
You will need all DLCs though.
Are the any compatibility issues?
Sure. Anythings that overwrites NPCs is incompatible, but a merged patch helps greatly
Will you do ...?
No. It took me over a week of dice throwing to get everybody. I am not doing that again. You can easily do it in FO4Edit, though. The stats are in the NPC you want to change under PRPS-Properties.

Improved Intimidation Gameplay

This mod is deprecated.
You should switch to Holdup, which does the same and more.
If you install MCM, you can turn off the other features of Holdup, so you get almost exactly what this mod did.
Purpose
This mod intends to improve the gameplay of the rank 1 Intimidation perk. When I first selected the perk I was quite disappointed:
I could not loot the equipment of pacified enemies. I could not pick locks or hack computers - if I tried, the apparently pacified enemies decided to draw their weapons and shoot me in the back.
The best thing to do with pacified enemies seems to be to calmly walk up to them, aim at their head while they stand with hands up, and kill them in cold blood. With this mod keeping pacified enemies alive will become a viable alternative.
Scope
This mod allows you to do the following:
Tie up pacified enemies. Tied up enemies will not be able to fight and therefore not become hostile if you decide to pick locks, hack computers, or do whatever else you decide to do. Once they are tied up, open their inventory and take their stuff. Untie them. They will return to the ‘hands up’ pose they had before being tied up. Of course they may decide to attack you if you do certain things after untying them.
Known Limitations
This is an early but well working beta. It has the following known limitations:
There is no visual representation of bindings. Tied up enemies just sit on the ground with their hands behind their back. Tying up enemies is free and does not use up any resources. In some cases (e.g. after leaving and reentering the cell, or after previously being caught pickpocketing) untying a tied up enemy may show him hostile for a split second and start the combat music. No actual combat will take place.
Not in Scope
As mentioned above, this mod has the simple purpose of improving the gameplay of the intimidation perk. I am open for further ideas, but I will not implement features outside of that purpose. Things that I will not implement include:
Lowering the charisma requirements of the intimidation perk. Fixing bugs of the intimidation perk – use the UOF4P, it fixes them. Converting pacified enemies to slaves – other authors are already working on that.
Requirements
Only base Fallout 4 at the moment – this should work without F4SS, DLCs and other mods.
Compatibility in General
I expect that this mod is compatible with almost all other mods. Consequently all the things mentioned above in the ‘Not in Scope’ section can be provided by other mods, some of them already existing. Of course if you want to be really, really sure, you will have to try it out.
Technical details: Even though this mod seems to modify the Intimidation 1 perk, it does so without touching any existing quests, perks, spells, effects or scripts. The goal was to make this very compatible with other mods. That being said, the original holdup script written by Bethesda is a big messy bowl of spaghetti in my not-so-humble opinion, and I had to use some workarounds to implement everything without changing that original code. If another mod decides to rip out that original system and replace it with something ‘better’, it will probably break my mod (and every other mod that changes the Intimidation perks) by doing so.
List of Known (In-)Compatible Mods
UOF4P: Fully compatible, and highly recommended as it fixes the calculation of the bonus from the Black Widow / Lady Killer perks. Intimidation Redone: Mostly compatible. Intimidation Redone allows to tie up pacified enemies, too; the tie up options of the two mods are independent of each other, so a pacified enemy could be tied up twice, needing to be untied twice. I suggest not using the tie up function of Intimidation Redone when using it with my mod. F4:SS: Compatible. Tied up enemies can be captured just like anybody else (e.g. using Pax syringes). Note that F4:SS will replace the standard activation function with a menu, making it impossible to use the untie option of my mod after capturing an enemy. My mod will recognize the situation and automatically untie them when the player interacts with them. Abduction: Compatible. Tied up enemies can be abducted and will stay tied up. Enemies ‘Restrained’ by Abduction cannot be tied up, as the animation played by Abduction will prevent the tied up animation. This is only a visual bug: Once the ‘Restrained’ animation stops (e.g. after abduction, or after walking far away), they will correctly assume tied up position. Note that you need to recruit a tied up abductee to get the untie option.
Please tell me if you find out about (in-)compatibility with other mods that modify the Intimidation perk.

FPE Immersive Pill

While I appreciate Vinfamy's & Chosen Clue's contributions to the cause. This 1 day wonder pill could do with some nerfing.
The contraceptive pill must now be consumed on consecutive days to achieve protection. Each dose adds to a counter, which also decays each day.
It will take 7 days of consecutive use to reach protection. Accidentally missing an occasional dose shouldn't pose a risk.
The price of pills has been lowered to reflect an increase in use, additionally a 21 piece multipack should be available at doctors.
Finally this mod will detect the period Debuffs of Flashys RSE and Max the contraceptive counter, during this time consumption of pills is not required, just follow on once it is over.
The source is included, feel free to use as you see fit.
Hope it works, i have no idea what i'm doing.

What This Mod Does
It provides a simple way of making use of the various Devious Devices/Torture Devices currently available and also Four Play animations. Simply talk to your settlers and choose from the various options to either punish them or reward them. I built this as I'm using Fallout 4 VR but it should also work for normal Fallout 4.
Mod Highlights...
Trading
You can trade with your settlers at any time. Use this option to dress them up as you see fit or force them to wear devious devices!
Using Torture Devices
You can send up to 3 different settlers to use a random Torture Device. Make sure you've built some before trying to punish them! Once a settler is using the device they will stay there forever until you release them. Keeping them on the furniture is done through a scene AI Package so shouldn't un-assign them from from any other task. To free them, simply talk to them and choose the appropriate dialogue and they will carry on with their normal routine.
Future updates should include the ability to whip your settler while they are tied to the torture device. You can do this now by bashing them with a weapon but they'll only take so much before returning fire!
Stripping Settlers
Want your settlers to wander around naked? No problem! Just talk to them and strip them as a punishment! (this uses the Hazmat Suit Hat work around so you will see some outfit swapping before they finally appear naked!)
Gloating
Talk to your settlers while they are on bondage furniture to gloat over them!
Settlers Plead For Their Release
Once securely on a piece of bondage furniture your settler will plead to be released amongst other things. Leave them to suffer or set them free - it's up to you!
Future Things
Some benefit to rewarding your settlers - not sure what yet

Experimental Skeleton

After fiddling around with Havok lately i started trying to create an "extended skeleton", so this is the most recent result.
The Skeleton got some bones for Wings (WingL/WingR), a Tail(T_), and the "private areas" of male(P_) and female(V_).
The bones can be animated and are not affected by ragdoll / physics.
Current number of bones is 132 in total.

I have always preferred EVB and BustyGrrll. Only bad thing with the busty mod is that you have to take the slider whole the way to the thin side in order to get the boobs. I made simple esp where I cut down the numbers on the "Fat" side and increased it on the "muscular side. This way the butt and boobs show up even in the middle. Requires either BustyGrrll or EVB bodyreplacer meshes

Buffout Plus
Hey all! First upload!
Buffout Plus is a very bare-bones implementation of mechanics inspired by the line of "Macromancy" mods for Skyrim which allow you to manipulate your character's size. Specifically, it adds two new chems to the medicine tab of the chemistry workbench: Buffout Plus and Reducinol. The first is made from normal buffout and nuclear material and increases your character's size in small increments, granting you buffs at certain thresholds. Reducinol is made from nuclear material and med-x, each shot of it will reset your size to the default (so far you cannot shrink past the default size).
There are some engine-related restrictions such as a total size-cap of 10 times the default and a blindingly fast run speed in third person (I reduced movement speed to account for the increase in overall size, but it only takes effect in first person)
Really, my purpose in releasing this is to give anyone else who would be interested in making a size-changing mod a headstart, so feel free to take this and do anything you want with it and redistribute it however you'd like. No credit needed!

CRX add-on - dead restraints

This add-on modifies the CRX restraints in order to keep the dead bodies crucified on their crosses.
Note: the entire point of this add-on is to get serious about crucifying NPCs and leaving them to their fate (or killing them yourself). There is no point in installing this add-on if you just want some harmless bondage play.
To install:
1. install CRX 1.7 by @Oakern
2. download this add-on and overwrite with the included files (meshes, scripts, esp)
Changes to the original mod:
- the dead bodies will stay crucified (hopefully across re-loads as well)
- replaced ropes with spikes in all configurations
- for each cross type, there are two variants: "spikes feet" and "ropes feet" - in fact, both variants will place spikes, but with slightly different dead body positions (for now, CR01 and CR05 have identical restraints between sp_feet and ro_feet - WIP)
- eliminated some logical constraints from the original script - select "add/keep all spikes" / "add/keep all ropes", and you're done, it will now disregard the initial configuration
- CR01 features a Skyrim model, instead of the original cross
- upon expiring, the crucified victims will spasm a few times - both for "artistic impression", and to stabilize their position in the restraints
Requirements:

- Dead body collision

Possible bugs and issues:

- various positioning issues - let me know if they occur immediately after the victim expires, or after a re-load
- you need to delete the restraints (select the restraint in console, then disable; mark for delete) in order to re-use an already used cross

Quake 2 Railgun WIP
This is a modder's resource 3D model/mesh that I created using Blender 3D of the classic railgun from the 1998 PC game Quake 2.
It's not textured, it's just the mesh.
I do not know how to turn weapons created using Blender into usable weapons in Fallout 4.
If you have experience with that and are actually willing to help, then by all means please try to turn this into a new weapon mod for FO4, and I have zero experience with animations and rigging.
Just be sure to credit me.
There are a few guidelines that you should follow.
This file is subject to future updates as I continue to rework it.
*The parts of this weapon that are colored red are meant to glow red.
*The weapon should fire a blue-colored corkscrew of energy, just how it did in the original game.
*The projectile travels at ultrasonic velocity and does massive damage to targets, pierces through them, and instantly cripples limbs.
*There is no reloading or reload animation, it just keeps firing rail slugs (3mm Gauss Rounds) until you're out of ammo.
*It has high recoil and a very slow rate of fire, but high accuracy and range.
*There should be an electrical humming noise when the weapon is equipped.
*When texturing the weapon, be sure to give it a dirty and worn look.
*Look at screenshots from the original Quake 2 version of this weapon for reference when texturing.
*The mesh is still a work in progress and is a bit rough and not worked on in certain areas, so it might need some gussying up.
*The diffuse/viewpoint colors of the weapon in the screenshots is how the weapon is supposed to colored, please stick to the color scheme when texturing.

Deviously Cursed Wasteland - A bondage mod for Fallout 4
DESCRIPTION
Beware when looting containers in the Commonwealth. In a dark nuclear shelter somewhere in the Wasteland, someone had the devious idea to construct restraints that would automatically lock on hapless girls touching them. They left these devices really everywhere where there is the slightest chance that an unlucky girl scavenging for food or materials would accidently find them.
This evil person also created a very inescapable slave collar that would force the poor girl wearing it to continue her journeys a little less well protected than before. In other words, she might have to roam the Wasteland naked. Somehow the prototype got placed in a container and was forgotten. It is still waiting for an unlucky adventuress to touch it and get trapped in it. The good news is that there is a key for the darn thing. It must be hidden in one of these containers, somewhere in the Wasteland. Yes, it could be any of them. Yes, there are many of them. That will take a while!
Also featuring:
Cursed Loot
You can get equipped with random regular restraints from the Devious Devices library when opening a container.
Belted!
This...errrm..."enhancement" to the main quest will spice up the first bit of the game. Somebody put a chastity belt on you while you were frozen. And a few other toys. Not quite sure why anyone would do such a thing to a helpless girl peacefully sleeping in a cryopod, but here you are, locked in that thing that also happens to prevent you from putting on any other clothing. Have fun looking for a way out, and be almost naked in the meantime! The rest of the Commonwealth will find your lack of decency surely amusing, even if you don't!
Note: The Belted quest is -not- an alternate start scenario. It assumes you are waking up in the cryopod during the normal main quest. If you start the game using a different scenario, this quest will NOT trigger. Since the quest is designed to be very robust against 3rd party changes to the main quest, it -is- compatible with Start Me Up, if you use it to bypass the pre-war scene only. If you do NOT want to experience this quest for one reason or the other, use the console and enter "set dcw_enableBeltedQuest to 0" -before- leaving pre-war Sanctuary.
Jack the Belter
This evil misogynist pries only on the most beautiful women in the Commonwealth, locking chastity belts on them in their sleep or sometimes even in a brazen assault. Nobody ever caught him, and none of his poor female victims ever managed to escape their belt. Some have been belted for years, with no hope to escape and have sex again. You better don't fall victim to him. And if you do...well...good luck finding him!
Combat Surrender
If your character gets defeated in combat, she will no longer get killed. Instead she will surrender to her enemies, who might put her in some devices for giggles. If you don't like this feature, it can be disabled by setting dcw_enableCombatSurrender to zero.

None known.
CUSTOMIZATION
There is no convenient way to facilitate user settings in Fallout 4. However, the mod still lets you customize many features to your liking using the console. Here are the settings:
General:
- dcw_HidePipBoy: 0 disables the built-in PipBoy hider, 1 (default) enables it.
Cursed Loot:
- dcw_cursedlootchance: % chance to get a random restraint locked on you when opening a container
- dcw_keydropchance: % chance to find random keys
- dcw_keylosechance: % chance to lose keys when a restraint is equipped
- dcw_restraintsdropchance: % chance to find random restraints without them equipping on you.
Slave Collar:
- dcw_slavecollardropchance: % chance to get the slave collar locked on you when opening a container.
- dcw_slavecollarkeydropchance: % chance to find the slave collar key when opening a container (and wearing the collar).
Belted Quest:
- dcw_enableBeltedQuest: 0 disables the quest, 1 (default) enables it. Use the setting in pre-war Sanctuary or it won't do anything.
Jack The Belter:
- dcw_jackquestchance: % chance to activate the quest when opening a container.
- dcw_jackquestchancesleep: % chance to activate the quest when sleeping/waiting.
PERMISSIONS
- You can NOT post this mod or any of its parts (including any derived works) outsides of LL without my explicit permission.
- You can NOT incorporate any of my code in any for-profit project (Donations/Patreons are fine as long as they are strictly voluntary and don't offer the donor any tangible advantage over non-donors)
- You can NOT incorporate any of my code in mod that's going to be uploaded to Bethesda.Net and/or made available for consoles in any other way.
- You can NOT use any of my code in a closed source project. No exceptions, ever. No need to ask for permission either. I won't give it. Even in my wildest dreams I can't think of a good reason not to publish a mod's source code.

FAQ
Q: Is this a port of Deviously Cursed Loot for Skyrim?
A: Sort of. It's inspired by DCL. It doesn't mean it will grow to be an exact clone of it. It will have its own features and quests fitting the Fallout universe. But yes, the dreaded cursed chests are back!
Q: Can I adjust the drop chances for the restraints and key drops?
A: Yes, but since we don't yet have MCM for FO4 either, you will need to do this in the console.
Type "Set dcw_cursedlootchance to X" (X being any value between 0.0 and 100.0) to adjust chance to get randomly locked in a restraint when looking a container.
Other parameters are:
- dcw_keydropchance for finding random keys
- dcw_keylosechance for losing keys when a restraint is equipped
- dcw_restraintsdropchance for finding random restraints without them equipping on you.
Q: Can I adjust the drop chances for the slave collar and key, too?
A: Type "Set dcw_slavecollardropchance to X" (X being any value between 0.0 and 100.0) to adjust the collar trap chance. "Set dcw_slavecollarkeydropchance to X" will do the same for the key. The default settings are 2% and 1% respectively (which -does- mean that you will spend more time naked than clothed!)
Q: So you AGAIN wrote a mod that doesn't support male player characters?
A: Yes.
Q: This slave collar is stripping me naked? This makes the game unplayable, no? How can I survive?
A: Fear not! The collar also will buff you. Substantially so. It might even be more powerful than some of the armor you're normally wearing. So just continue whatever you were doing before getting collared. You should be able to handle these raiders and other nasties quite nicely. The collar will NOT prevent you from using Power Armor as well.
Q: I don't like this mod hiding my PipBoy. I love having a TV attached to my arm! How can I make it not hide?
A: Set dcw_HidePipBoy to 0. Note: This setting will not influence the DD framework hiding the PipBoy when certain restraints are worn.
Q: Will there ever be a DLC free version of this mod?
A: No, never.

this mod simply fixes the Drifter outfit not appearing on Enemies (including Corpses) and the Player, it also fixes the Cage and Spike Armor addons forcing the Pipboy to Disappear when equiped, and as a bonus, it also sets the Cage and Spike Armor to only Use the Torso biped Slot, meaning they can now be worn with other armor addons such as Combat, Metal, Raider and Synth.

Fallout 4 Player Surrender

When your character gets defeated in combat (or gets caught while running around naked) this mod will stop combat and play one of the selected scenarios.
Since there's no SexTec, no MCM, and F4SE is in very early stage, this mod has a very limited functionality. When we get all this stuff, my plan is to make a simplified version of Death Alternative with some Sexlab Defeat/Submit and Deviously Helpless features (check Skyrim section if you don't know what I'm talking about).
Surrender conditions:
Low health Crippled Caught without a weapon
Surrender scenarios:
Lose all items, move to some random location with a quest to recover your gear. If you "die" again without recovering your gear, quest just expands. Move to some random location (no quest, no items lost). Pacify enemies for a few seconds to let you heal and escape.
What does "Essential player" mean?
If you chose the "low health" surrender condition it makes your character immortal. You still take damage but you can't die, similar to some important NPCs. Unfortunately it means every time your health hits 0 you have to wait ~12 seconds lying on the ground before you can continue. I hope there will be some way to fix that in the future. - Fixed, but camera is still freaking out.
Known issues:
UPGRADING FROM PREVIOUS VERSIONS DOESN'T WORK, START FROM A CLEAN SAVE IF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS MOD Settings menu is kind of clunky, it will be replaced later when mod configuration menu comes out When you surrender in Far Harbor you move back to Commonwealth Damage over time doesn't trigger any events It's WIP, so don't install it on your 100 hour save.

Each VNFRelease file is a little over 600mb compressed. In total, all files extracted are roughly 15gb.
If you already have an older VNFRelease installed, just download the new release and install it. Nothing needs to be overwritten or removed.
*Note: Each VNFRelease is standalone. You can download whichever one you want and it will work fine. I just want to clarify that each release is different footage so all VNFReleases should be downloaded to acquire all of the footage available.
Description:
Each VNFRelease plugin adds 8 holotapes that contain an accumulated 54 minutes and 32 seconds of vintage erotic footage. Each holotape contains 6 minutes and 49 seconds of content.
The footage is actually quite tasteful since there is no real pornographic material, however, there is full nudity.
Requirements:
The only requirement to make this plugin work is RazorWires - Videos of the Wasteland.

How to install:
Simply install the .7z file with Nexus Mod Manager (NMM)
or
Manually install the contents of the .7z file accordingly to the Fallout 4 directory. You should be able to copy the Data folder in the .7z file and paste it directly over the Data folder in the Fallout 4 directory and overwrite when prompted without any problems. Do so at your own risk.
How to use:
Currently I do not have the holotapes placed anywhere.
The only way to acquire the holotapes is through the console where you can use "help VNF 4" then use player.additem XXXXXXXX to add the holotapes to your inventory. Replace the X's with the ID's of the holotapes.

FallrimTools -- Script cleaner and more
WARNING: Unattached Instances are a normal part of how Fallout 4 operates. Until I've determined how to distinguish between important unattached instances (still in active use) and the other kind (left behind by mods that were uninstalled), I recommend that you do NOT use the Remove Unattached Instances action on Fallout 4 savefiles.
NOTE: If you're having a problem with a savefile, and you want my help, you'll need to post the savefile here in the support thread so that I can run tests on it.
WHAT IT DOES
ReSaver is a savegame editor for Skyrim Legendary, Skyrim Special Edition, and Fallout 4. It is designed to provide more information that earlier tools, and to work with savefiles that other tools wont touch. It is relatively stable and reliable. Performance has gotten pretty good!
The interface is modelled after Save Game Script Cleaner; it's not quite as fast (because of Java instead of super speedy assembly language) but it is actively maintained and has a much richer feature set. Like filtering using regular expressions, and scanning your scripts and esps for context! For Skyrim Legendary, it should read and write saves that exceed the string table limit, as long as you're using Crash Fixes v10 or later.
INSTALLATION
Unzip the archive into a folder somewhere. Double-click on the file "ReSaver.exe".
INSTRUCTIONS
Unzip the FallrimTools archive somewhere. Double-click on ReSaver.exe. Choose your savegame. You should see a tree structure that has all of the save's script elements.
The #1 thing that most people need is to remove script instances that are left behind when a mod is uninstalled.
Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Show Unattached Instances". This will filter the list and show only the script instances that aren't attached to anything. Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Remove Unattached Instances". Save to a new file. Load your savegame in Skyrim/Fallout and make sure it's working properly.
ReSaver is quite stable and I use it myself. Fallout 4 support is still new and in a beta state.
I have hundreds of mods, including dozens of major quest mods. I NEED a serious save editor. That's why I wrote one. I can't promise that it's perfect. It's possible that it will ruin your savegame, hard drive, childhood, and kidneys all major organ systems. In other words, there is no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose, etc. But it's pretty good.
REQUIREMENTS
Java is a requirement -- ReSaver is written entirely in Java.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
Test the tools! Report any problems! Report any annoyances! Try cleaning a few savegames with ReSaver, see it the new tool works at all. Play with the tool, try to get it to crash in exciting ways. Let me know how you crashed it. Find problems or annoyances with the user interface.
