Milk Mod Economy Extensions expands ed86's Milk Mod Economy with reactions, animations, dynamic events, armor interactions, OStim support, and optional AI-powered Skyrim.Net integration.

Everything is optional and adjustable through an in-game MCM.

Make Milk Maid gameplay feel more alive, reactive, and a little more shameless.

• 🤖 Skyrim.Net integration gives nearby NPCs AI-generated voice reactions, actions, and semi-intelligent roleplay around MME gameplay.
• 🥛 Drinking milk can increase milk production, breast size, and arousal, potentially setting off effects and animations from your favorite arousal mods.
• 📦 Trapped treasure chests bring living tentacle armor, devious Dwemer mech-suits, milk curses, and other deeply responsible dungeon-design decisions to Skyrim.
• 🎬 OStim support provides a modern animation option while retaining the existing SexLab-based MME ecosystem.
• ⚙️ More MME options add auto self-milking, configurable breast-growth armor stripping, new milk events, reactions, and plenty of other ways for your Milk Maid's dignity to wander off.

📦 TRAPPED TREASURE CHESTS

Opening treasure chests can now trigger tentacle hentai.

Depending on your settings and installed mods, a chest may:

• Trap the player or a nearby allied female follower in supported Living, Parasite, or Dwemer armor.
• Transform an eligible character into a new Milk Maid.
• Force a nearby character to drink milk and deal with the resulting... enthusiasm.

Supported trapped armor includes armor from C5Kev's Tentacled Terrors of Tamriel and the Devious Dwarven Cuirass when installed.

⚠️ The armor mods' .ESP / .ESL plugins are REQUIRED for their respective integrations.

The armor may be powerful, but your breasts might start growing at an alarming rate to fuel your new partner.

• 🔨 Blacksmiths can remove trapped Dwemer armor.
• 🧪 Alchemists and Court Wizards can remove trapped Living or Parasite armor.

Followers can get caught too. Sharing is caring!

 

🥛 SKYRIM DRINKS MILK

Milk no longer waits politely inside your inventory.

NPCs may drink it in inns, bars, palace dining areas, towns, and cities like it's a classic beverage, causing tent poles to appear in unusual places.

Milk Maids can also develop cravings and decide to help themselves.

Automatic town milk drinking now includes silly in-game notifications, and unique NPCs are prioritized over generic NPCs.

Less horny guards.

 

🍼 AUTO SELF-MILKING

Leave a completely full Milk Maid waiting around long enough, and she may eventually decide to solve the problem herself.

Skyrim.Net is optional, but it's one of the largest parts of MME Extensions.

The AI can notice, react to, talk about, and act around Milk Mod Economy gameplay reasonably well!

That includes drinking milk, milking, breastfeeding, fullness, Milk Maid creation, treasure-chest disasters, armor effects, restraints, and other major MME events.

Depending on your settings, this can produce NPC dialogue, actions, notifications, sounds, animations, and AI narration.

FREE: Skyrim.Net has an "Enable TTS For Silent NPCs" option that uses PocketTTS to voice BASE silent modded dialogue, including dialogue from Elsie Lavache and this mod.

PAID: Depending on settings, cost 30 to 50 CENTS per hour on cheapest settings to generate dialog and actions for role play. Its really good though. 

Your companions are no longer contractually obligated to pretend nothing weird is happening.

 

🎬 OSTIM AND SEXLAB CAN COEXIST

SexLab remains part of the original MME ecosystem and is still required by mods such as Devious Devices.

MME Extensions allows OStim to take over supported animation gameplay and interact with the modern OStim ecosystem instead.

MME Extensions now supports SexLab P+, giving players another modern animation option while maintaining compatibility with the existing SexLab ecosystem.

 

🐄 ELSIE LAVACHE INTEGRATION

Elsie Lavache for MME

Elsie Lavache adds lewd quests and lets you transform your favorite Skyrim women into milky bimbos. MME Extensions now gives the milk they "share" an extra kick! Cups not provided~

• 🥛Enhanced Milk Effects: Milk shared through Elsie Lavache now packs a bigger punch.
• 🤖Skyrim.Net Synergy: Elsie provides the foundation for lewd roleplay, while Skyrim.Net can give NPCs a voice and take those interactions to another level.

💡 Free NPC Voices: Skyrim.Net can voice Elsie Lavache's base dialogue for FREE via PocketTTS! Just enable "Enable TTS For Silent NPCs" in Skyrim.Net settings. No money required.

 

👙 ARMOR STRIPPING

By default, your clothes can fly off your body when you reach near-maximum milk capacity!

Heavier armor goes first, followed by lighter armor and clothing.

Customize the behavior in the MCM.

 

🐙 EROTIC ARMOR MODIFICATIONS

Blacksmiths, Alchemists, and Court Wizards can provide some highly questionable improvements to your wardrobe.

• 🔨 Blacksmiths can accommodate larger breasts and hide milking equipment beneath your armor.
• 🧪 Alchemists and Court Wizards can fit living tentacles underneath it instead.
• ⚙️ Blacksmiths can install a kinky Dwemer milking attachment inside your armor, turning perfectly respectable protection into something much more enthusiastic.
• 💉 Tentacles periodically inject aphrodisiac and encourage additional milk production.

The first time Tentacle or Dwemer armor is fitted by a blacksmith, a new introductory story can play for the appropriate armor type.

Your armor is no longer merely protective equipment. It's thirsty.

 

💭 MILK MAID REACTIONS

Milk Maids occasionally have opinions about all of this.

Reactions can appear through:

• 💬 In-game flavor notifications.
• 🔊 Lewd moaning.
• 🤖 Optional Skyrim.Net AI narration and actions.

They can react to fullness, breast bouncing, milking equipment, Living or Parasite armor, Dwemer devices, restraints, or the suspicious absence of anything designed to deal with their current proportions.

Sometimes the intrusive thoughts win.

 

🍼 NEW MILK MAID CREATION

Drinking milk, whether from a cup or straight from a woman's tap, can turn the player or NPCs into Milk Maids.

Skyrim has apparently discovered a very unconventional recruitment program.

 

🧙 REVERSING YOUR EXCESSIVE TITS

Milk Maid progression getting a little out of hand?

Talk to a Court Wizard before your balance, armor, and field of vision begin filing formal complaints.

They can help reverse advanced Milk Maid progression and bring things back toward something manageable.

Or keep MME's original defaults and embrace the ancient modding tradition of configuring absolutely everything yourself.

 

🛠️ INSTALLATION

1. Install Milk Mod Economy and its required dependencies.
2. Install MME Extensions.zip through Vortex or Mod Organizer 2.
3. Choose your preferred options during the FOMOD installation.
4. Enable MMEAlert.esp.
5. Deploy or sort your load order.
6. Start Skyrim through SKSE.
