  1. Spoilers for all parts of the mod, may appear here. Akairo, 1H Warrior , Solitude (NPC Only), M - A Selachii diplomat sent to Skyrim. The Selachii have almost always had ties with the Septim Empire(even with the current shell that exists), one of their diplomats being present among the Argonian leadership that accepted Black Marsh's entry into the Empire at the close of the Second Era. Although, the Selachii are somewhat loathe to throw themselves in with either the Empire or the Stormcloaks in Skyrim's conflict, as their own ideas on Religion make them something of a rouge state, as far as the Thalmor are concerned - with the Empire itself aware of how much support that has been offered by the Selachii, they are turning a bit of a blind eye to the situation. With the past few years, the Thalmor sent a ship with one of their own diplomats, in an effort to make peace between the two factions - which was not achieved, as the Selachii had seen past the deception that was the White Gold Concordat, a document that bore close resemblance to the originally proposed treaty. In that instance, the Thalmor had won, but the Selachii were not going to let such a victory pass so easily. The Selachii Council in Same-Shuto rejected the terms, and when the Thalmor Justicar threatened violence against the Selachii people, he was summarily executed by this very esteemed Selachii. One of the two Thalmor ships was confiscated by the Selachii, while the other was forced to take the Justiciar's body back to Alinor at sword-point - a message to the Thalmor, which was not the first time this race had denied the Dominion - the Selachii have sent a similar message to the Dominion during the Interregnum between Tamriel's Empires, during the latter part of the Second Era. Enkai, Scholar, Near Steed Stone, (NPC, Possible Follower), M - A scholar with a very particular line of study, he was born to parents separated by conflict, his father serving the Imperial Legion, and his mother, Hino, being little more than a strong Selachii who had to deal with events as they came. She had known his father for quite some time, though not well known, the man was understood to be a strong soldier, and he had not yet settled down at all, if only because he felt that he still had a duty to the Legion, even if he had served it faithfully for half a century already - having joined shortly after coming of age. However, soon after he and Hino fell in love, and held each other on a cool night of passion, he was called away to serve the Legion once again, only days later - to fight in the Great War. By spring, she was eagerly awaiting his return, and when a ship from the Imperial City was rumored to have docked in the capital, she was hoping that she would see him soon. However, instead she was given a letter from an Argonian Legionnaire, who expressed his condolences. Her husband had fallen during the last push of the conflict, days before the White-Gold Concordat was signed. Gaku, Scholar, Apocrypha, (NPC Only), M - Perhaps both famous and infamous among Selachii, he worked with Marin Kai for some time. Known for a unique ability to shapeshift, this trait became something that garnered him both fear and respect among Selachii. In addition, he studied magic like most Selachii Scholars, being one of few to have a innate proficiency. Planned Content Hito, Assassin, Falkreath DB Sanctuary, M - A member of the Dark Brotherhood for many years, he saw the group fracture and break apart in the absence of the Empire, and the chaos that followed. He heard rumors of the last Sanctuary in Cyrodiil, but all he found was a lie - it had already been raided, and he had no care who was responsible. In the coming weeks he heard rumors of the true last Sanctuary in the heart of the broken Empire, but he did not care. Instead, he met a fellow member of the Dark Brotherhood in Cyrodiil, Kira, who told him of Skyrim, and a minimal, but active presence of the group. After they bribed their way across the border, one of the guards seemingly knowing the truth, but saying nothing, they both split to find rumors on the location of the Sanctuary in Skyrim. He was approached within days, a courier giving him a note, mentioning Falkreath hold - the note baring the Black Seal, and mentioning simply "Silence". Planned Content Izma, Camp South of Nilheim, TSF - (W.I.P) Planned Content Notes -This character is a reference to the COC(Corruption Of Champions) character of the same name. However, the story of this character will be different, and her appearance, while as similar as possible, will differ as well(namely in that she will not have four balls). Kaiyo, Pirate Captain, Wreck of the Brinehammer(NPC Only), M - Some believe him to be nothing more than a myth, a legend. His past is unknown to all but a few, and those who know, understands that he has been granted a gift, one that not many would easily comprehend. Related Characters Kaze, Pirate, Wreck of the Brinehammer, M - (W.I.P) Kawako, Priest, Temple of the Divines(Solitude), (NPC Only), TSM - (W.I.P) Ketsu, Selachii Vampire, Alchemist, Blackreach, TSF - An Alchemist of some note, she seems to have known Sinderion, though she was unable to assist in his work concerning Nirnroots - as it seems he had already completed it. Otherwise, she herself did learn much from Sinderion, though it was not as if she was searching for something, no. Some mages and Alchemists who, perhaps, saw past what others did, believed her to be delving into the secrets of Alchemy, looking for a cure for Vamprisim. This could not be further from the truth - in her view, a cure as such would only be akin to what previously killed her, since it would inevitably do the same. Years before, around fifty years before the Oblivion Crisis, she was nothing more than a budding Alchemist, learning whatever she could about the craft, along with other forms of magic. This pursuit lead her to travel across Tamriel, her skill growing over the course of a few years. In this time, she did join the Mages Guild, but did not pursue the same kind of magical education as those around her, preferring the study of Alchemy. She settled eventually in Leyawiin, where she was easily accepted by the mages at the city's Guild Hall. Even after a short time, she made a friend - a young Nord named Ulrik. He was something of a prodigy himself, though not the sort to easily accept praise, preferring to be modest about his affinity for magic. Ten years after her arrival at the Guild hall, she ran into a newcomer to the area, one that she had not seen yet. The man looked rough, and did not take lightly to the sight of her. She could not easily tell what his problem was, but it was put out of her mind within days, as it seemed no succeeding events made mention of it. But a few weeks later, a certain rumor began to spread - that a Vampire was among the people of Leyawiin. She took this in stride at first, since she was no scholar, save for when it came to Alchemy ingredients, and knew very little of Vampires. However, the rumors began to focus on her, the belief being that, since many of the townspeople had seen her living among them for ten years, and never saw her age significantly in that time. She was easily able to explain such a thing to curious friends of hers at the Guild Hall - that Selachii had a much longer lifespan than Nords or Imperials, but others were not so easy to convince. But when it came down to it, she soon found that the "rumor" had changed, becoming something that people, even in their ignorance, believed. Which, is that she was a Vampire. She herself found this ridiculous, since even her limited knowledge proved that such a thing was not true, but even she understood that she was dealing with people full of fear, and the man she had met, a Vampire Hunter, was playing on that fear, no matter if it was true or not. Backstory Characters Ulrik, Nord, Sorcerer(CombatSorcerer), M - (W.I.P) Kira, Assassin(Archer), Dawnstar(Outside Apothecary), DB Member, F - Facing the fracture of the Dark Brotherhood in Cyrodiil, she started hearing some rumors from travelers about seemingly random murders, taking place in Skyrim. To her, the signs were obvious. However, she encountered another member of the Dark Brotherhood, Hito, a Selachii like herself, and informed him of the rumors. Her previous relationship with him was, intimate, though they had no interest in marriage. When she traveled to Skyrim, she did not follow Hito to join the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim, instead she headed for a site she knew from some books she had read - the location of a Sanctuary near the capital of Dawnstar. Finding it abandoned, she decided to wait. What for, even she was unsure of. Planned Content Lyra, Imperial Vampire, Volkihar Ruins(Valerica's Study) (NPC Only), F - Born to two traveling Scholars, she spent most of her childhood in the Selachii capital, Same-Shuto. Taking up the same profession as her parents, she eventually worked with the Selachii's most famous Scholar, Marin Kai. Soon after, she encountered a fight on the city's docks, which she intervened in. In this, she met Arashii, who later became a subject of Marin's work, and later, a companion for this scholar, as she traveled Tamriel.\ Planned Content Related Characters Arashii, Selachii Vampire, Volkihar Courtyard(Possible), M - Born into a fairly wealthy family, that owned a "Bathhouse", commonly refereed to as an Onsen by Selachii. From an early age, he had a close relationship with his brother, Raito. Small town rumors, or at least what passed for that in a such a large city as Same-Shuto, suggested that the relationship was, intimate. Some treated this as unusual, others simply did not care, while others still shrugged it off as nothing more than a passing connection, that would pass in time - though most who thought like this tended to be older, and usually did not go around spreading their thoughts on such things. Perhaps in time the relationship did lose the...spark, it once had, but not in the way most expected. They did move on as they grew older, but it would not be disinterest that changes things. Seeking work on ships, or other similar professions, Arashii found himself to be just as shy as always, but his life would change when he encountered a few sailors one night, an Imperial, a Nord, and an Orc. They were quite dissatisfied with the fact that Captain's licenses were almost never given out to anyone but Selachii, and while perhaps Arashii himself would not change anything, their aim was to vent their frustration, and he would certainly help with that. The ensuing fight would have been far worse, had someone not stepped in. While he had given one of these men what would be a nasty scar, along with another finding himself vomiting over the side of the docks, the last managed to grab him, and get a knife to his neck. The one who stepped in, seemed even more fragile than this Selachii, but she managed to have the last man take a fall into the water under the docks, and the last, having recovered from vomiting, was shoved into a nearby ship's hull, leaving him out cold. The one who helped him was Lyra, an Imperial Scholar living in Same-Shuto. After a meeting a few times, she eventually told him of her plans to travel Tamriel. She was surprised when he asked, if he could accompany her. It only took a few moments of thinking, for her to say, yes. Luven, Imperial Vampire, M (NPC Only)- One of Harkon's "acquisitions", who joined him due to his relentless search for the Elder Scrolls, it is unknown what information he had to offer, if any. A man who places his own race above others, he took issue with Harkon's choice to acquire the services of the scholar, Lyra - not due to her, rather it was her Selachii companion that drew his ire. When he learned that Arashii had been made a Vampire, he was furious. Enough that he left the Castle for a time, returning only just before the boiling point was reached, when Valerica was in the process of making her plans to halt Harkon's advance of the prophecy. He did not intervene in this, instead he holed himself up in the North Tower. Korina(Kor-ee-na), Altmer Vampire, F - It is unknown why she was in Skyrim at all, but she was a mage processing a great deal of knowledge on the art of Necromancy, even some secrets that had killed others like her. It is unknown where or why she encountered Valerica, but the two traded knowledge on what could be considered a perverse subject to some - the Soul Cairn. What little she knew of it, may have paved the way for Valerica's plans to flourish as they have. Valerica offered her the choice to become a Vampire as recompense, but the question was posed to her before the offer was spoken. It may be that this Altmer had been looking to become a Vampire, or it may be for other, unfathomable reasons. However, as Valerica carried out her plans with the Soul Cairn, and Serana was placed in Dimhollow Crypt, she was captured and imprisoned by Luven, for unknown reasons. Planned Content Arashii's Journal - Link Nagisa & Kishi, Haafingar Coast(House near Shadowgreen Cavern), M - Two brothers, both the children of nobility in Haafingar. Their mother died a few years after their birth, leaving their father to raise them on his own. Their father was a Legionnaire early in life, and once thought that he had indeed settled down, and he would never be called to serve again. However, while he was not, the tension in Cyrodill forced his hand, and he put his affairs in order so his children could still remain prosperous. The two were of age by this point, and certainly able to fend for themselves. Nami, Wreck Of the Winter War, F - (W.I.P) Seika, Blacksmith(VendorBlacksmith), Dragon Bridge(Possible), (NPC Only), F - She grew up in a prosperous family in Same-Shuto, her father, grandfather and so on, being not only famous Swordsmiths, but known for the best crafts of swords, armor etc, among the Selachii. Her family is known to stretch as far back as the late Second Era of Tamriel, and it seems to have some ties to the Kai family. Like others in her family, she learned the same craft as her father, becoming an impressive blacksmith, only when her father passed, she had no wish to take over the family business, which her one-year older brother did instead. She chose to travel Tamriel, learning more of the Blacksmithing craft, and when she came to Skyrim, her visit to Haafingar's small village of Dragon Bridge lead her to learn of the Nordic craft, becoming an apprentice of sorts to a man who was impressed with her skills. After ten years, the man took ill, and in one of the final conversations her had with her, he made the choice to leave her his shop, and within the next year, she took over as the owner of the business. Planned Content Dialog - Link(W.I.P) In-Game Details Related Characters Kiraya, Khajiit (NPC Only) - Once an orphan growing up in Honorhall, she left when she became of age, traveling the province in search of work. Once she saved up enough, she traveled to Solitude, where she wanted to find some more long term employment. In-Game Details Eris, Nord (NPC Only) - Due to his lineage, this man is a noble. However, there are many reasons why they are not well liked among Solitude's upper class, for his family are the kind of proud Nords that are obsessive with their beliefs, which includes supporting the recent Stormcloak rebellion, even if nearly all the rest of Solitude is opposed to it. This fact has led them to be all but chased out of the hold, and few have any care for where they may have gone. However, this youngest son has remained, if only for the fact that he seems to not have caught on so strongly to the beliefs of his family, but those who have met him, may consider things otherwise. He fancies himself a Solider of sorts, in spite of the fact that he has had no training, never joined the Legion, or even trained to be a Guard in Solitude. Location In-Game Details Tsuri, Thief(CombatThief), Clam Digger's Camp(West of Northwatch Keep), (NPC Only), M - Born in Skyrim, this Selachii lives a very simple life on Skyrim's northern coast. He seems to have a very odd obsession with clams, which seems to be the only food he collects, though he may have some other types of fish around his camp. In-Game Details Planned Content Dialog - Link Location Change Suggestions NOTE: Some characters may be described differently in-game, however it is intended to have all character's portrayals be consistent between their in-game content and how they are described here. Eventually, the stories should match.
  2. View File This is my first Mod. It requires Dawnguard. I made it for fun, and to add several things I wanted all in one place. I also wanted a mod with many hidden passages and easter eggs, which i hope i added enough. It ended up being almost DLC sized. Don't stop exploring!im not an experienced modder so this mod doesn't have all the perfectly crafted static, or places for all your trophies. What it does offer is (hopefully) a seamless addition to the lore and feel of skyrim, lots of in-depth background lore/context, and some mindbending content you don't see coming - this mod has LOTS inside - I just added detailed walkthrough with images - but I hope you try to solve the mod using the clues, riddles, and good old fashion exploring. Don't underestimate the scope and scale of the hidden places of the world.About the Volthar: The Volthar family are imperial vampires, and the second oldest vampire clan in Skyrim. They prefer the finer things and enjoy obscene wealth and influence (though their bloodline has grown thin). They are worshippers of both Molag Bal and Dibella, and as such they are ruthless cunning beasts who are masters of the illusory arts and possess tremendous skill when it comes to seducing and manipulating mortals. Unlike most vampires, the Volthar operate in plan view of mortal institutions, rising to stations of great power and influence over mortal affairs. The Volthar were influential in the founding of Solitude, the establishment of the EETC, and the commission and construction of the Blue Palace. This mod Includes:5 different areas/realms to discover and exploreNew Spells and BooksLots of space for displays and storageSummonable dragons and creaturesMany NPCs and Followersmany difficult enemiesMany Merchants and MarketsLots of background and loreLore-friendly feelMany difficult riddles, mazes and puzzles2 Battle ArenasLarge Dungeon and Jail cells2 large swimming areasMany Weapons, Armor and Potions (some def overpowered)Teleport spells and Teleport Pad to all the holdspowerful shrines MANY hidden mysteries and secret passageways. This mod is NOT easy. I recommend trying to figure it out using the clues, but there's a walkthrough at the bottom. It definitely has some adult content. To Start the Mod:There are two ways to start this mod 1) Find the letter that Cicero stole, he dropped it in the Dawnstar Sanctuary2) Read the letter to the Arch-Mage in the Arch-Mage quartersTo install: drop this into your data file, or use a mod managerIssues:-No LOD for Dia Nilus - this doesn't really affect the look, but it would be cool to have it.-The arenas interfere with the teleport doors for some reason, especially dead dragons in Dia Nilus. For now, I suggest not saving after using the Arena a whole bunch. The arena in moonharbor doesn't seem to have issues -Probably some grammatical errors, there's at least 15,000 words of written and background lore-I wouldn't summon the deadric warrior a whole bunch. I couldn't figure out how to put a limit on the summon button. But if you want 100 deadric warriors, do it up.-I added a teleport to Sovngard spell that puts you right in front of the Valhalla. obviously don't use it to break the MQ.-This is my first mod, i fixed as much as possible, but there are no doubt still some issues. let me know.Conflicts:This mod only alters a few spaces - where the manor is (just south of Morthal). It also adds a door and discoverable area in Labyrinthia, and adds a study area to quarters in the Blue Palace. Has no conflicts as far as I know, unless another mod alters those areas.Permissions:Anyone can alter, improve, or port this mod.Future Plans:Add a courier to deliever the letter depending on if you're a vampire or not.Add a duel Questlines for Good/evil charactersAdd LOD for Dia NilusAdd purchasable upgrades like Guards and bartenderAdd the faith shout Credits:Walburg for the map in the image sectionBethesda for a great game and CKI hope you have fun. Lots here.id love feedback. There's a walkthrough at the bottom. feel free to msg me.The Note that Cicero StoleDear Listener, Friends like you are hard to find, and very valuable to me. You may not remember me, my name is Vianica. We met in Riften some time ago. I've heard lots about you since then. Most Impressive. I'd love to know how much is really true.I couldn't find you, or find any courier who would deliver you a message, so I asked Babette to deliver this for me. I hope it finds you well. I'm writing because I have a proposition for you. I know you're busy, but I would like you to come live in my family estate, Volthar Manor. It is an old Solitude style mansion at the base of Eldersblood peak, hidden in the forest just south of Morthal, at the intersection of the main road to Solitude and the tiny path to Cold Rock Pass. With the recent passing of my father, the estate must either be sold or fall into disrepair. I no longer wish to have any association with that place. If you are willing to pay for the upkeep, then I would like to offer you use of its facilities. I think it is a good fit, considering who you associate with. Several of my family have been in the Brotherhood, and my grandfather Lanus served Nocturna as a Nightingale. My stipulation is that you do not inquire as to my situation. It is too painful to speak about. And I would also ask you not explore the Vestiges that go deep underground (for your own safety). All you need to know is that I am the last of my clan and a devout follower of Molag Bal. I will live near the shrine in the caves, and you may make use of all the rest of the mansion.Afew notes about the mansion;- The spare key is hidden by the lantern in front of the main gate. Theres a pullbar on the tree that opens a tiny rockface.- The passageway to the shrines is in the lounge, first room on the left. The button to the door is on the bar.- The lounge has all the smithing supplies you could need, and also some libations for the thralls and servants (when you get them). Upstairs theres alchemy and enchanting tables, plenty of storage, small crock pot and dining room nook, as well as the guest bedroom.- On the third floor is the library and master bedroom. You could learn a lot by spending some time in the library, it is one of the largest and oldest in all of Skyrim. Also theres a few shrines and artifacts up there.- There's a shrine to Nocturna in the hallway to the backroom, and there may be a room for the dark sacrament (It was enchanted by my grandfather Lanus Volthar, but I haven't seen it in years)- My father lost the key to back rooms. I will keep looking, but I doubt I'll find it. You can deal with that situation any way you like- Only one thrall is left after my fathers passing, she stays in the grotto. If you stay, I could probably find afew more, and also (if you have coin) I know someone from whom I could hire a guard and barkeep.I hope you are well, I've heard interesting rumors about a unique magic you possess. And now theres talk of dragons?Feast on life, my friend. -- VIVLetter to the Arch MageDear Arch Mage,You don't know me, my name is Esra Marello, I am from the city of Cheydinhal in Cyrodiil. I write to you because I don't know who else to turn to. Some months ago my daughter went missing. Her name is Sadia. She and my eldest son were attacked on the road by a gang of bandits while returning from the imperial city. My son was spared, but my daughter was taken by the leader. I hired a bounty hunter to track them down, and discovered the Bandit leader was from the Falkreath hold of Skyrim, near Helgen. But by the time my man had found them, they'd sold my daughter to a coven of witches. My man tracked them down, but was discovered by the witches and barely escaped with his life. He found out that my daughter was offered to a Daedra named Sorn, and taken into Oblivion. After inquiring around, I found out this Sorn is well known to the Synod. I am just a merchant, but I am also a member of the Cheydinhal Court, and I've heard some strange rumors that some in the Synod wouldn't want me to tell you. A particular mystery involving a lost Elder Scroll has been of great interest to the Synod, and they've worked along side a notorious vampire clan in order to track it down, dangerous vampires called the Volthar. According to a rumor, a synod researcher named Dellian Thrice became involved with them, and has kept constant contact. The Volthar are dangerous Daedra worshippers and usurpers, and one of their estates is in Skyrim, just south or Morthal. A member of the Synod told me that this Deadra called Sorn is somehow involved with the Volthar vampires. I believe tracking these vampires down could lead to my daughters safe return. Sadly, they are out of the reach of my influence.I write you because I have no recourse. I am not equipped to deal with these evil forces, nor do those around me possess the knowledge to unravel the mysteries of Oblivion. Magic is not as prevalent as it was. The Volthar were originally from Cyrodil, but have lived in Skyrim for centuries. We are the second oldest vampire clan in Skyrim. The first of our family name was granted vampirism by Molag Bal. His name was Rokel, a name given to him by the dragons. The Volthar line extends back 14 generations, of which my daughter Vianica is the 15th. Rokel was a student of Hakon one-eye, and lived in Grereatha, a now destroyed monastery in the Jarrall mountains. Rokel was charged with keep of the Scroll of Dia Nilus. However during the dragon wars, Molag Bal showed him favor, and he betrayed the Nords and gave the scroll to Bal in order to gain access to Coldharbor. Our Edda, as well as the fate of the Volthars, is tied to the scroll, though it was lost long ago. Molag Bal gave the scroll to the Ideal masters, who in turn gave it to Mora, and there it stays to this day, forever lost to all those upon Mundas. The Aedra were furious, and cursed Rokel, for our clan's destiny to be tied to the scroll, and suffer protecting the secrets of the scroll (even though Mora keeps it guarded). This is the closet approximation of the meaning of the family motto. These words were uttered by Akatosh, not long before the fall of Alduin. It was he who gave the Volthar their true name in the dragon tounge, Fusrokela.Rokel married Lenya Meridin, who begat Tresi, Molfs, their children were Lokel, Melfdir, Mortin and Morbin, and their families were spread all over when the Dwemer invaded. They had many children, Kelbin, Morlel, Senya, Norbin, Nolfdir, Morhan, but it was Kornthir, son of Kelbin, who built the Volthar family home, shortly after most of Solitude inlet was settled. Many Volthar were members of the Solitude Court (though our influence has dwindled), Kornthir, and his son Ornthir played an influential roll in Solitude commerce.Ornthir begat Mortil, Rolenya, Senya, and of course the bastard Orvil, who betrayed the family to the Redoran. Of Mortil's offspring, there was the great warrior Torcius, and his twin daughters Kelnya and Melnya. His youngest Morvius was also a great warrior during the wars between the elves and the Nords, though their allegiance was always to the clan, he won many battles for the Nords. Morvius is still told of in their lore, a dreaded dark lord in daedric armor who bore a great warhammer. Morvius had many wives, and his son Lorus was the longest living Volthar. It was Lorus who build the library and shrines, as well as the fortifications around the estate.Morvius had a gift for dealing with mortals, and was one of the original backers of the East Empire trade company. The Volthar have always been wealthy, but Morvius made us obscenely wealthy. Perhaps the reason we have lost so much influence over the centuries is that Morvius made said influence unnecessary. Morvius loved Skyrim and lived in the mansion here in Hjaalmarch, but he spent most of his life in the Imperial city. Our home in Cyrodil was destroyed in the Oblivion Crisis, but Morvius spread the Volthar legacy all over. Many of the mansions, hamlets, castles and keeps all over Tamriel were originally built with Volthar coin. Walkthrough (SPOILERS!!)1) The key to the manor is hidden beneath a sliding rock in front of the main gate. There is a written warning, and a pullbar on a nearby tree.2) Enter the manor and find the basement lounge. The button for the secret cave entrance is literally on the bar with the hanging garlic and elves ear - on the far right end there is a small rock protruding. This opens the door to the caves. Find the Balcony and defeat Marcius Volthar and Nilhus. 14) You can now use Marcius's spell tome to enter Moonharbor Hall. To enter Dia Nilus, take the leap of faith. the portal is at the bottom of the cliff.15) Moonharbor has a few easy triggers to open all the doors. start by finding the candlestick in Fayt's study and exploring the Vampires coven. take the key on his desk to open Vianica's room. There are 2 markets and merchants everywhere.16) Dia Nilus has many more hidden spots, including two merchants and a teleport pad. Use Whirlwind sprint to explore. The Eternal Throne (Vladislaus Straud Replacer) DESCRIPTION: Well I thought about this for a long time and I have to say that as an Occult sim player I was disappointed in the make of the "Ultimate Vampire" Straud, Needless to say he looks more like a frail and skinny terminal cancer patient, than a Nosferatu Vampire. That and next to my vampires he might as well be a fledgling. He isn't even scary and it's hard to take him seriously TBH. WELL NO MORE! I decided to give Vladdy a complete makeover and facelift. Converted to Draconic Vampire, Reconfigured all his stats to match the immortal Emperor Valkorion! Gave him 3 kids from the SWTOR Knights of the Eternal throne series, (Also strong) (Personalities and powers to match) I've been a long time fan of Valkorion's way of thinking, Arcann and especially Vaylin (Who I see a lot of myself reflected in) So i decided to make it a small clan than rather just one sim. Notes: This IS a replacer. I don't know what will happen to your game scripts if Vladislaus the original is alive or still in your game. Yes Like the Grim Reaper, Vladdy has scripts. I recommend Killing or deleting him before adding Emperor Valkorion. 6. ( WickedWhims_3.2.4.115j_Exception.txt ) So this started happening, right after I downloaded the Vampires pack, at first there would just be an overall bug and WW was not working and I was getting this message: so I updated WW (to the latest version) to see if that would fix it. It did get fixed, but now weird things are happening with the penises, I tried removing all of the other mods and only kept the TURBODRIVER ones, but it didnt help. Help!
  7. I was always disappointed with the feeding animation. Just one simple bite. Could someone create a longer vampire feeding animation? Something like 10 seconds or so.

    Volthar Manor

    Version 1.0.0

    814 downloads

This is my first Mod. The Dominion is ever watchful, especially over those who practice magic. I write because I have some small hope you will be able to track down at least some information about this Daedra named Sorn, and help return my daughter. It may be a fools hope, but it is my only hope.I thank you for reading this Arch Mage, and wish you well.Esra Marello The Volthar Family Genealogy, Book IBy Marcius VoltharVolthar FusrokelaFeyn Jun MafarakThy secret wrathLessened fireSworn upon the pyreBy Azura's rightand Molags leftThou shalt guard the DiaThis is the Volthar Epsidium, a poetic verse that tells the history of our family. Dawnguard Sentries SE

    Version 1.1c

    155 downloads

After many days of work I'm proud to bring you all the evolution of my Dawnguard Sentries mod from Steam. This mod adds Dawnguard vampire hunters as extra guards to all the hold capitals in Skyrim, as well as some towns. In those towns, you'll see Vigilants of Stendarr working with the Sentries. That's done for immersion and variety in NPCs. The Dawnguard are supposed to be reforming after centuries and the Vigilants need a way to regroup after their HQ was burned Now compatible with Open Cities and Interesting NPCs First, Dawnguard is required, as are SKSE64 1.0.5 or newer and SkyUI SE 5.2 to support the MCM Menu. For Those Who Don't Like SKSE or SKyUI, or just like to keep their mods as simple as possible, I now have a "Lite" version; Dawnguard Sentries Classic in the downloads tab. Like the main fiile, it's Interesting NPCs and Open Cities Compatible, and it includes all the AI improvements in ver 1.1 So what features does the mod have: 1) TWO DAWNGUARD SENTRY GUARDS AT EVERY VAMPIRE SPAWN POINT IN HOLD CAPITALS All of them are unique NPCs with distinct faces and a full range of Dawnguard gear. Some even have unique weapons. Some villages are also patrolled by teams of Dawnguard and Vigilants of Stendarr. VIllages covered are Dragon Bridge, Ivarstead, Riverwood, Rorikstead and Shor's Stone. All Sentries are set up as members of guard factions to make this mod more compatible with When Vampires Attack and Run For Your Lives. This also means they'll assist guards, make arrests AND FIGHT DRAGONS. Sentries are set to react neutrally to player and follower vampires however, meaning player vampires can go into town to sell and do quests, so long as they don't attack anybody or have a bounty. Other NPC vampires will be attacked mercilessly on sight however. Depending on your personal playing style and which side you're playing on the Dawnguard DLC, the Sentries can be set to Essential, making them unkillable, or to respawn only, meaning if they're lost in a vampire attack they'll re-appear after 10 game days. A note on Riften: I also took into account the Thieves Guild quest in the market and positioned the Dawnguard patrols wide enough from that spot to not impact the quest significantly. All Sentries also should disable during Civil War sieges (vanilla game script) so the fight doesn't become unbalanced 2) EXTERIOR SENTRIES OUTSIDE THE CITIES OF RIFTEN AND SOLITUDE Riften's North gate seems a spot of constant attack spawns for me. Now that spot, and the docks are watched by the Dawnguard, as is the Road just above the Solitude harbor. Mostly for immerison bu they will help with the occasional dragon attack at the Solitude stables. These particular Sentries can be toggled to Essential or completely disabled in the MCM 3) A DAWNGUARD PATROL BETWEEN RIFTEN'S NORTH GATE AND THE ENTRANCE TO DAYSPRING CANYON Mostly for immersion. After all, the Dwnguard has to keep it's supply lines open. This patrol does a great job of clearing bandits and wolves from the road. Again they can be set to Essential, Respawn OR toggled completely off if they're too much for you or you're already using Immersive Patrols. 4) VAMPIRE GUARDS OUTSIDE CASTLE VOLKIHAR A handful of unique Vampire guards now protect the outside of the Castle. Since the mod has all NPCs walking 24/7, these Vampires have a modified version of the Vampire sunlight weakness magic effect. They will be significantly weaker in sunlight, but won't take actual damage from it. Ergo, you have an advantage attacking during the day. These guards are respawn only but can be toggled off 5) DAWNGUARD RECRUITS IN DAYSPRING CANYON Similar to Castle Volkihar, Fort Dawnguard has it's own security. 10 unique NPC Dawnguard recruits are positioned along Dayspring Canyon standing guard. They're respawn only but can be disabled via the MCM So there you have it; a lore friendly, non-cheating and extremely customizable way to protect your favorite NPCs from Vampires and Dragons. The 'When Vampires Attack' and 'Run For Your Lives' mods are also recommended and compatible if you want maximum lore friendly protection for your NPCs. The mod was built with the MCM Menu being the only script added to the game also, so it should be very uninstall and compatibility friendly. The best part is that thanks to the new MCM Menu, you have multiple options on how to configure the number of Dawngaurd Sentries running about and if you want them to be killable or not (via essential state toggle options). Basic protection for the capitals and bigger towns, or max it out, it's all up to you. TRANSLATIONS (OldRim Version): Dawnguard Sentries Plus - Traduzione ITA by logan1710 Dawnguard Sentries Plus traduction fr by yassincraft MOD COMPATIBILITIES and CONFLICTS: I've played versions of this mod with over 200 other mods installed at once. Thanks to the only scripts it uses being the disable during civil war and MCM scripts, it's very friendly to most other mods. I have an article on the articles tab listing mods that are known to work with this one, and one that lists all KNOWN conflicts and incompatibilities. Check those articles before you ask if something works with this mod. As a basic guideline, the only mods that would probably not work are mods that make major changes to the structure of towns so that the mapped patrol routes for the Sentries wouldn't work. Cosmetic town changes are fine though. Mods that change AI around or monkey with Factions may also cause erratic behavior by the Sentries. RECOMMENDED: FUZ RO D-OH for silent dialog. VERY few voices work with the Dawnguard dialog factions, so this will let you "hear" more than a huh? from some Dawnguard Sentries. Likewise any mod that improves the Textures on the Dawnguard & Vampire equipment. I personally like EcthelionOTW and MissLexi's (absolutely amazing) EotW DAWNGUARD DLC TEXTURES REMASTERED. If you use a Sevenbase or UNPB body replacer, I also recommend FastestDogInTheDistrict's SEVENBASE ARMOR CONVERSIONS for the Dawnguard & Vampire Armors. Both look similar to the originals, just better textures and they don't make 7B characters look flat chested. Yes, UNPB bodies are so similar that Fastest Dog's mods have worked fine for me as a replacer. With all that said, I'd also like to give huge THANK YOUs to everybody who's given me an endorsement here or a thumbs up at Steam. I do this for fun and as a learning experience, but the ratings do help give me the motivation to continue. Likewise huge thanks go out to Crimson Blade, CPU, CDCooley, DarkFox127, lofgren, pevey, EnaiSiaion, Aqqh, FastestDogInTheDistrict, and several others who have all contributed directly or indirectly to my being able to make this mod work. Crimson Blade, mentioned above, was the author of the original Dawnguard Sentries mod. I took over the mod with his permission after he took a break from the game. While the mod has evolved a good deal since then, ALL credit for the original idea and initial work go to him.
  11. View File After many days of work I'm proud to bring you all the evolution of my Dawnguard Sentries mod from Steam. RCOTS - Vampires

    Version 0.1

    2,799 downloads

This is just a quick addition to RCOTS. It adds vampire versions of the child races. They can be used for character creation. Sanguinare Vampiris infection works too. And all child vampires should be recognized as such by the game. Installation: Drop files into Data folder. WARNING: This replaces the player vampire quest script, if you have any other custom race that can turn into a vampire, this will probably overwrite the needed script! I don't know how to add the scripting securely, so this is a replacer for now. Have fun!
  13. I've seen a number of people with this problem but no one seems to have an answer for me that works. Vampires in my game all have dark faces - as far as I can tell it's only unnamed vampires, not ones such as Hern/Hert/Volkihar. My friend told me it's an issue with UNP (I'm using CBBE so? I assume it's just a body mod in general if that's the case), I've seen people saying it's caused by hair mods (I'm using SG and KS), I've also seen people say that Humanoid Vampires no eyes edit fixes it (it didn't for me). Basically, does anyone have a clue what ACTUALLY causes this? And do you have a fix for it. It's fine if I can't get it working, they're just unnamed vampires and I can live with it, but if I can fix it that would be nice. Here's my load order for reference. (I'm using a lot of mods atm, but this has been a problem for me since SSE came out and I was using hardly anything)
  14. Hello! When vampires starts to use Drain Life, the script gets slow. After the combat, some scripts doesn't start and when I load and reload the game, they start running (character lost health with Drain Life that should be decreased before, for example) and this causes others scripts enter in "queue" after the drain life be solved. Is there any way to solve it? Maybe removing Drain Life spell from vampires?
  15. Forgive me if the solution is pretty simple, I'm not too good with mods. Anyway, when accept Lord Harkon's blood he asks you to transform into a Vampire Lord to continue. Upon doing this the animation takes a few seconds to start, and when it does it CTDs right before I actually transform. I don't have a clue what is making me crash right now. Load Order: Papyrus Log: Any help is appreciated.
