Practical Thaumaturgy

On tonight's episode of Practical Thaumaturgy, we ask the question: is it possible to conceive new life within the Soul Cairn? Tonight, with the aid of the lovely Serana and four grogeous hand-picked volunteers, we aim to find out!     As ever on Practical Thaumaturgy, we favor a "hands on" approach to problem solving.     The test procedure is strenuous, but as ever, our very own Serana is standing by to take good care of our volunteers.

On The Bright Side...

"Well, on the down side, I'm a slave now..."       "... on the bright side, there's always the chance our new Master will force me to do perverted things to my friend Carolayne."   "All in all, it could be worse".   (Just messing around, really. Thought this screenshot might took good with a canvas filter.)

The Grey Cowl Of Who Now?

I don't know how I get into these things! I found a note on a dead thief in Riften, and that had wanted me to talk to a beggar. So I spoke the secret password to old Snilf in the Market who gave me another note. This note to said to rob a noble's house in the city (I cheated and I persuaded her to give me the key), and that in turn produced another note telling me to pick someone's pocket in Solitude. Honestly I have no idea why I do these things! For all I know there's a couple of Scamps watchi

Party Hats, Hail To Molag Bal!

In my basement in Lakeview Manor, I have a couple of slaves. Back when they were new to their collars, I had other things I wanted to get on with, so I told them to stay there and masturbate. They both had leashing collars, which meant there was no danger they might run off. So I left them to it.  That's Yvarra in the witchyhat...     ... and hatless Ringvild. Just in case anyone was interested.     Anyway... Whenever I walked past them , I'd take a seco

Special Retention

Meet Stevie Ayo. Stevie is Justin Ayo's slacker son, a perpetual disappointment to his old man. However, after several attempts and many false starts, it looks like Stevie is finally going to get his doctorate.  His thesis, Sex, Synths, And Submission: Improving Conditioning Techniques By The Manipulation Of The Orgasmic Response, has been very well received in certain circles. The only trouble is that he's been having great difficulty getting permission for a pilot project, and without being ab

Perfectly Dreadful, Part 2: Modesty Unbecoming.

I had just spent a perfectly dreadful night, chained on my knees on a cold stone floor. The reason for this abominable situation was lying on a decidedly comfy looking bedroll, and snoring his head off for the last few hours. Was it unreasonable of me to expect a little consideration when He awoke? Some small passing interest in my comfort?   What actually happened is that He stood up, looked me up and down like a side of meat hanging in the market, and then said "You. Stand up. Now".

Perfectly Dreadful

It's all been perfectly dreadful, and that's all I have to say about it.   * * *   Honestly, the entire thing is simply shocking! What have things come to if a woman can't enjoy the ambiance of site of national archeological importance... What? Well, yes, it was a Draugr tomb, but I don't see how that has any bearing on the subject...   Well, if you must know, we had this godsawful row at home, and I was like "well if that's how you feel, then I might as well be dea

Cattle Drive

Notes for a possible mod or game. This is an idea that popped into my head a week or so back, and I'm writing it down to try and exorcise it. Consequently, there is a very good chance that this will never progress beyond these notes. No pictures as yet, though I may add some later.   With that out of the way...   Cattle Drive!   Fifty bound and naked human females need to be herded across 250 miles of hostile wilderness The women are genetically engineered and lab g

Training Circle: Lilly

The plan is to go round the circle, praising and punishing until everyone seems stable, and then to pick one slave out for some special attention.     So this is the first of my Special Attention girls.        She had some fancy elf name like Lilandria or Leylandi or somesuch thing, but that's a bit fancy for a slavegirl, so I'm calling her Lilly. Also having taken a picture for the record, the hood is going back on.  I'm hoping it will help discourage ru

Training Circle

It's like this: I set out from Falkreath to kill the leader of Knifepoint  Ridge for Siddgeir. When I set out I had one slave. She still wasn't fully resigned to her fate. so I brought her along so I could train her on the way. Then I picked up the necromancer adept on top of Falkreath Watch Tower, a couple of sleeping hunters at Hunters' Rest who just too tempting for words, and finally ran into a couple more bandits just before Knifepoint, so I had six in two when I got there.   Then

Plans

I've got some free time coming up, and I'm in Skyrim mode, so I'm going to see if I can get going again on Girl In A Jar. I have a couple of weeks starting this weekend, and then some more over Christmas, so RL allowing, that should be enough time to get  the ball rolling again. (It's either that or play with AE and I'm not that desperate to go fishing in Skyrm ?)   Anyway, first order of business is to work out where I left all the bit and pieces. After that, I'll finish up on the Hel

"Can we talk about this?"

This is a WIP model I've been messing with while my I ponder animation export issues.   That ... item, is intended to be part of a gag for the poor soul strapped into that contraption. Only I built in in a separate window and pasted it into the scene. THre's something about the look on that girl's face that made me want to laugh. So I thought I'd share.       Don't worry, I promise to scale it down to something reasonable before release

Tattoo Workshop 2021, Part 2

If you followed the previous entry, you should now have a set of dds format overlays ready for looksmenu. Now I'm going to show you how to set them up so Looksmenu can show them on your character.   Software Needed: Material Editor   Setting It Up   The first thing you're going to need is a plugin. Every set of tattoos in Looksmenu has its own folder based on the plugin file with which it is associated. So let's have a new one. The easiest thing to do here is copy o

Tattoo Workshop 2021

I want to walk through the process of making tattoo sets for the Tattoo Frame I'm making for the Raider Reform School. Specifically, I'm going to create a tattoo set based on this:     That's a scannable QR code, watermarked with the Institute logo, and identifying the wearer as a designated Institute Synth, and encoding a brief statement regarding the Institute's policy towards synths in general. I'm going to make a tattoo overlay branding this on someone's left ass cheek,

Girls Not In Jars

I'm not happy with the direction the whole Girl In A Jar was going.   I mean, I took seven girls who, let's face it, probably had never done anything worse than be a bit snippy with the servants, and I subjected them to four thousand years of torment and sensory deprivation, just so t he player would be able to justify them as mantelpiece ornaments and occasional fuck-toys.   So I'm not going to do it. I'm going to put this project on hold while I rethink the backstory. I wil

Hellne

A long time ago...     ... back when the Snow Elves still walked in sunlight, and when  the Dwemer still mined in the deeps below...               A noble lord offended a powerful wizard.       In retaliation, the wizard abducted the lord's daughter...     ... and returned her to him, shrunk down and imprisoned in a magical jar.   This is that daughter. Her name is Hellne.

Animating Emissive Color

I want to be able to animate  some of the ENB lights I've been using. Doing the color on a normal mesh is fairly easy. The Fuzzy Physics Institute tutorial is my basic guide for that sort of thing, and the information there was what let me get the animated cuff words working. Nut it doesn't work for ENB lights. Mainly, it turns out, because the lights use a BSEffectShaderProperty rather than a BSLightShaderProperty, and that has its own set of controllers.   Once I figured that out, it

I thought I'd try my hand at a GIAJ main menu replacer.

Not rocket science. I just took Main Menu Background Replacer from Nexus, then created a Textures\interface\objects folder in a parallel MO2 mod and substituted my own menuwallpaper.dds file.     I think I might keep it for a while   General mod news: I two quest playable, and starting on the third. Still tweaking and bug fixing here and there. I want to get a bit further forward before I consider any sort of release though. Still, at the risk of jinxing myself,

First proper look at one of the girls in their quest location

OK, it's nothing you haven't seen before but you wouldn't believe how much grief I went through to get this:   2021-03-15 12-46-16.mp4   For a model that worked every time in the test cell, this broke in every way imaginable in Tamriel. Koriina here refused to get in her jar and wandered around the table top, or she'd get in but then end up standing on the cork. Or half way through the cork. Or the activator perk wouldn't work and the activator volume I tried in its plac

Attaching Art Objects to Armor

Busily debugging the first quest, and one of the problems I've been having is that the static word rings I've been using appear foolishly low on the taller girls. Also, if the girl doesn't align quite right with the furniture, the ring clips the arm or misses it entirely.   All of this inspired me to take another look at using animated add-ons for armor.     I finally got it working! The rings rotate, they have attached lights (rather too bright at the moment, but

I got the rotating text working - again!

You would not believe how much trouble this little sucker caused me.   2021-03-08 06-31-26.mp4   I got the rotating words working before, but the mesh was just a 2D plane. It tended to vanish completely unless you were looking down on it, and even then it was a bit lackluster.   So I made a 3D version. Made the text in Inkscape, imported the SVG into Blender, extruded the mesh to get teh 3D. Then it was just a case of export it as OBJ, import that into Outfit S

Furniture vs AnimObjects

AnimObjects are great. You set an idle on an actor, and the furniture and/or armor auto-equips and if the actor isn't exactly where they should be, the AnimObjects are still right. Plus you can target the actor with something like Jaxonz Positioner and move them around.   The disadvantage however is that, if you're shrinking the actor like I am, the actor's collision remains full size, so you can't put them on shelves or too close to one another, or anywhere the actor couldn't normally
