Hey everyone, sorry I've been inactive for such a long time. I'm just popping in to say that I am no longer updating this thread because my interest in The Sims 4 died a long time ago. I'm happy that this thread has helped a lot of people when starting out, but if anyone is willing to takeover then by all means go ahead. Mods may close this thread if they desire.

WickedWhims is a mod that adds sex gameplay to The Sims 4. It is created and maintained by TURBODRIVER, and has been in development for quite some time.

(By default, WickedWhims comes with a penis model for both male and female sims. Other things must be downloaded seperately)

Better Body - A body replacer for both male and female sims. Female sims require separate skins in order for details to show.

EVE Body Mesh - A complete body replacer for female sims, includes textures.

Female Body Details - Various skin overlays, from nipples to vagina textures.

LoveBelow SkyrimFantasies Diphallia - Multi-Pene model arranged side-by-side. (Don't forget the Multi-Pene Rig!)

LoveBelow SkyrimFantasies Vertical Diphallia - Multi-Pene model arranged one above the other. (Don't forget the Multi-Pene Rig!)

LunarEclipse - This model was modeled by LunarisEclipse, and rigged by Vampiressa. Works for male and female sims. (Don't forget to download, the original files!)

Multi-Pene AP Rig - A new rig that adds more penis bones to allow for diphallic sims.

Pornstar Cock - A rigged penis model that offers a variety of sizes. Compatible with both male & female sims.

Futanari Penis - A rigged penis model for males and females, two styles: vagina (no testicles) and testicles.

Vagina for Men (and Masculine-Framed Sims) - A vagina model created for masculine sims, so that animations will display as they should.

Dumbaby Body Mesh - Body meshes for male and female

Heavy Boobs - increases the maximum size of breasts and improve their appearance. (You need textures such as Female Body Details)

Sopor's Allure - A revised breast mesh, increases the breast resolution and adds nipples and areolae to the mesh.

Batuu Skin fixed - Fixes male and female skin color not adapting to batuu bodyparts. Supports naked bodies.

Simdulgence TS4 RealGens Penis - contains penis and chest mesh, The penis has 3 testicle styles, 3 foreskin styles and wide range of hard & soft penises.

Incubus Dreams - a penis for demons, with 6 texture variations avaliable as Skin Details or Tattoos.

Necrodog's feet - A high poly replacement for feet.

MIKKOI Female Body Details - includes more than 1000 interchangeable female body details available in CAS (tattoos and body details).

Good Old Bodies - contains improved Cmar's female body and "classic" WickedWhims male bottom that was used in the mod before the holes update.

BTTB6 - 3 Top Body Meshes, Medium and Large Penis Sizes, 2 variant, 1 Anal variant. 19 meshes in total + much more.

Supern4tural WW Penis - Penis model with CAS Sliders, cut and uncut variants, and HQ mesh.
