THE BRIEFING

 

After writing a mob story here on Loverslab, I have had an itch to make sims from iconic games within the crime/gangster genre as well as from older Sims games.  

 

The purpose of this archive is so that you all can download sims that I create.  Since I am a novice when it comes to creating and exporting sims, I have tried to keep things simple when it comes to CC.

 

I had trouble exporting the body overrides and sliders that I use, so I have enclosed them directly below.  I believe that there may be some conflicting overrides, such as Golyhaw's body and the [BB] files or HD-feet and necrodogs-feet, so I think you can choose between them.  The [BB] files were the first ones that I downloaded with respect to body overrides, so I suggest you use those ones over any other body or foot override. If you have any aesthetic issues with these, please let me know.

As an FYI, I do have WW, WP and Basemental's mods installed.  I recommend downloading the mod that affords you more columns in CAS - it is immensely helpful!

 

For some of my sims, I use traits found within Chingy's pack. If you want them in your game, you will need to download that pack using the hyperlink.  Additionally, I may tend to use the "More Traits in CAS" function of this mod; I will try to limit this so that it is one less mod for you to maintain!

 

I do not create CC.  All of the custom content that is I upload here is the property of their creators.

The first protagonist in the GTA franchise, I kept Claude relatively simple to reinforce his quiet (read mute) nature.  I took Vincent as his surname after having embraced the French connotation in his first name.

This is a remake of Claude based on an artwork for GTA III that I had seen on Google.

 

Now, I am aware that the hair in the profile could be problematic, so I included another hairstyle in his everyday outfit category that you can substitute.

As an adult living in a penthouse in Del Sol Valley, Michelle Mason worked her way into wealth as a late bloomer.  She had always aspired to be a dancer and began plying her trade at the Vanilla Unicorn at the ripe old age of 30.  Entertaining young men and celebrities kept Michelle entertained and kept her lights on as she became one of the hottest girls in the city.

Michelle sought to cash in on her rising demand and accepted a lucrative offer to join "Aphrodite's Angels", an upstart escort agency in The Sunny Valley.  Instead of catering to the licentious behaviors and desires of patrons to Vanilla Unicorn, Michelle now gets to be wined and dined by the wealthiest men Del Sol has to offer.  She has even starred in a few AEP scenes, making connections with the producers and actors of that industry.

 

When she's not at the arm of an angel investor or doctoral student, Michelle throughly enjoys maintaining her figure at the gym with weight training, kickboxing and yoga.

 

Will Michelle continue this luxurious life at which she excels and enjoys?  Or will she have a change of heart and lead a normalized life?  Could she pursue a full-time career in the AEP industry?  Her body and network certainly says she can.  Perhaps being the arm candy of bachelors and married men alike is what best suits Michelle.  You decide.

Hong's Massage Parlor

 

I am not the most talented builder, but I wanted to create a "massage parlor" that I could run as a strip club/brothel.  Just a bit of fun running a business using Wicked Whims.  I do not recall how I came up with the lot name so feel free to change it if it does not jive with you.

 

The layout is supposed to be an apartment building with the parlor in the basement.  The forward area looks like a typical spa or hair salon.  However, as you descend deeper into the building, you'll find private rooms of varying sizes along with the dancing areas and bar.  

 

I took inspiration from various buildings in Amsterdam's Red Light District. The storefront, particularly, was directly inspired from these aforementioned photos and provided the basis of my decision to make this an underground venue.

 

I placed this lot in San Myshuno in the upper left quadrant by the river; although, I suppose that any 30 x 30 lot would work.  In the future, I may make female sims that you could use in this venue - still have other projects at the moment that take priority.

Bourbon Street (1940s Strip Club and Brothel - Early Access; free on January 14th)

 

I actually made this last year, I believe.  It featured in my story, "The Simsfather", so I thought it would be appropriate to share here as well.

 

It is a jazz club that doubles as a brothel.  It features a platform that the dancers can use, a lap dance area with tobacco dispensers, and a bar.  The idea is that this venue provides cabaret entertainment, with 15 private rooms of varying sizes in which patrons can get "comfortable" with the performers.  There is also an office area so you can launder your money if you have Basemental's mods installed.

 

I placed it in Windenburg on the same quadrant as the discotheque, but any 40 x 30 Lot should work.

 

You'll need Wicked Whims in order to have the tobacco dispensers and for this to function as a strip club.  I do intend to create my own crew of '40s dancers so that you can run them in this club, if you so choose.

Rachel Hendrix

Traits: Romantic, Self-Assured, Outgoing, Inquisitive, Thinker, Dance-Machine

 

I wanted to quickly push this upload since I have recently been slammed with work.  While you may have randomly generated this sim’s looks in your own game, I was so fond of this sim that I created a small backstory.

 

Growing up in a blue collar family, Rachel's father was a police man in Willow Creek and her mother was a waitress at the Sonny's diner in Crawford Quarter, the downtown section of Willow Creek.  As a young adult, Rachel has become fascinated with DNA technology. She has decided to follow in the footsteps of her father and has aspirations to work as a forensic analyst for the FBI.

 

Perhaps you could start her in college and have her work her way up the law enforcement track or within any custom careers you may have, culminating in Rachel's relocation to Strangerville to study more insidious crimes and life forces.

 

When she isn’t working, Rachel enjoys reading, dancing and meeting new people, in general.

 

The fashion that I have given her could allow her to fit into any mid or early 20th century legacy challenges that you may implement into your games.

Catalina Vialpando

 

Catalina Vialpando is the infamous antagonist from GTA III and CJ's short-lived girlfriend from GTA: San Andreas.  Fiery, passionate, and a lot of crazy, Catalina is focused on one thing - making money.  I gave her the crazy trait from Chingy's Trait Pack as well as the pheromonal flower trait from Nisa's mod.  This can add up to a lethal combination if one is not careful.  She also has the criminal aspiration (either that or one of the drug-related aspirations from Basemental).

 

Staying true to Catalina's character, it would appear that this iteration of Catalina also has a penchant for kinky sexual habits.  She is quite the dominatrix which would accurately reflect her character outside of the bedroom.  If she's is not dominating in the bedroom, she will be leading the charge during the various heists and robberies that she commits.  

 

I created two versions because I really could not decide between them.  In my mind, the Catalina on the left is the antithesis of her counterpart in terms of temperament, although I kept their traits consistent with one another.  I included them as one household, so you can choose to use one or both.  Perhaps Catalina could live in Henford-On-Bagely since that would reflect her residence in Angel Pine, a country-like area, during San Andreas.  Or she could live in an inner city area just like she did in Liberty City.

 

Since Claude Vincent and CJ are both playable, you could create a love triangle between the three as Catalina was romantically involved with the former as well as the latter.

Alice Suzuki and Jessica Park

 

Having met in college, Alice and Jessica’s friendship has persisted into the real world.  The duo has since roomed together in San Myshuno and their friendship has blossomed.  However, like all relationships, Alice and Jessica have experienced their share of road bumps.

 

Alice works as a talent manager for some of the biggest musical acts the industry has ever seen (I think she is currently in the rag reviewer position in my save).  While she has aspirations to start her own label, Alice has felt the after effects of “all work and no play”.  She has yet to find a serious partner post-academia who shares the same values.  Her career has certainly evolved while her love life is stuck in second gear.  Will she make time to invest in herself and find the companionship that she secretly craves?

 

Alice speaks to one of her biggest clients, international superstar, Adele.

 

Jessica is quite the opposite.  A care-free spirit, Jessica offsets the demands of her working schedule by embracing the world of casual dating and sexual rendezvouses, something that disinterests her friend and roommate.  I believe I had her working in a business-related or another professional field, but I cannot recall.  Nevertheless, she is the social butterfly of the group at the cost of an underachieving career.  Short of changing fields, will Jessica give more attention to her career?  Or will she continue to play the field while she waits for Mr. Right?

The Cappa Family (Early Access on Patreon; Free January 25th)

 

 

This is my first rework of an old sims household, but with a twist.  This is the one generation ahead of the infamous Capp household from Sims 2.  Consort is aged down to teenager and has been given two siblings despite being an only child in the Capp Family Tree.  I have reimagined Consort’s parents to fit the mold of an Italian Crime family.

 

You will need Lamatisse's Bare Skin Tones Pack for this family.

 

Consort’s father, Cosimo Cappa, is the most powerful crime boss in Willow Creek.  Coming from rough beginnings, Cosimo did his first crimes with childhood friend, Valentino Monterelli, as a way to aid his family during the Great Depression.  He has a small role in my story, “The Simsfather” (read Cosimo’s bio here)

 

It’s always about the money! Simoleons For Everyone is the best policy money can buy!

Speak for Trees is the movement that means the most to me.

 

Cosimo met and married his wife, Andrea (Andromache Thebe from the Capp Family Tree), when they were in their early 20s.  While Cosimo’s family was affected by the Great Depression, Andrea’s family was rather well off, providing additional fuel to Cosimo’s desire to become financially stable.  Needless to say, Cosimo’s relationship with his in-laws had gotten off to a rocky start, but had stabilized once Cosimo became “successful”.

 

Andrea has the materialistic trait as she is accustomed to a certain lifestyle that she has fostered for herself into adulthood.  She is the daughter of affluent parents and is part of a decently large family.  Despite falling for Cosimo at a young age, Andrea's parents initially did not find him as charming; though, they have since come around and treat him as a member of their family.   Andrea is also a capable mother who is heavily involved in all three lives of her children.  When she isn’t cooking, cleaning or tutoring, expect Andrea to be admiring her riches.

 

 

As the eldest child, Consort is an extension of his father, displaying the business mindset his father has maintained for the majority of his life.  Given his father’s political connections, one may think that a career in politics is in Consort’s future.  Consort has reservations about his father’s “business”, so a life in crime is out of the question - a sentiment echoed by Cosimo himself.  Still - perhaps circumstances dictate the younger Cappa succeed his father as head of the Cappa Crime Family and attempt to completely legitimatize the organization.

 

Barbara is the second oldest child and only daughter in the family.  A lover of books and the arts, Barbara is a skilled painter and adept writer.  She also loves the outdoors and has aspirations to become an ornithologist, or work in a general field that covers animals and nature.  She is kept several arms lengths away from the family business and maintains strong relationships with her parents.

 

Samuel is the youngest child.  Not too much thought went into making him.  He is technically a male heir to his father’s empire, but you can map out an arc for him.  Perhaps some old Sims lore is appropriate here?

Bourbon Street Dancers

 

 

The first upload of the New Year!  Thank you to all who have been downloading and leaving me feedback about my creations.  Since Bourbon Street is releasing publicly in a few weeks, I have decided to release the dancers now so that you can use them in the club (or however you please).  I used some traits from Chingy's V1 and V2 packs, so you will need them if you want the custom traits in your game.  You will also need "More Traits in CAS" for one of the dancers - although it is not mandatory.

 

Enjoy these girls!  I feel as if my sim creation skills are taking off largely in part to the plethora of CC that is out there.  As always, PM me if something is missing or if you have difficulty downloading.

 

Ramona Aviles

 

Traits: Romantic, Foodie, Pheromonal Flower (Nisa's Wicked Perversions)

 

As the eldest dancer of the bunch, Ramona also happens to be the most experienced.  She is the club’s most bankable dancer as she routinely handles business on the stage and in the bedroom.  Given her sexual prowess, Ramona is highly requested by the patrons of Bourbon Street, a demand she meets as she herself has a voracious sexual appetite.

 

She, along with Terri O’Reilly, look after the younger dancers of the group, protecting them from some of the more aggressive patrons of the club.

 

Away from work, Ramona is avid dancer as she specializes in the tango, merengue, and even the cha-cha.  She typically keeps her work separate from her private life as she doesn’t make many house calls, preferring to focus on eating scrumptious meals and drinking wine, which she attributes to her youthfulness.  As she ages, she would like to move off of the stage and closer to the legitimate production of dance and theatre acts.  For now, she is more than happy to take money from married men as her body has shown no signs of slowing down.

Terri O'Reilly

   

Traits: Hot, Romantic, Pheromonal Flower (Nisa's Wicked Perversions)

 

Terri is the “second in command” as she is only younger than Ramona.  She shares many of the attributes as her co-dancer. She thoroughly enjoys sex as well as dancing for the multitude of sexually charged men in Willow Creek.  Terri even has a little booty call on the side for late night house calls.  But are there more romantic feelings there than just sex?

 

Terri has a motherly aspect to her and she hopes to start a family one day.  If she is able to find someone who can accept her past, that person would be getting one smokey redhead as a wife and sexual partner.

 

Terri makes a brief cameo in Chapter 17 of my story, “The Simsfather”.

Naomi Austin

 

Traits: Jealous, Pheromenal Flower, Hot, Self-assured, *Cocaine addict (requires Basemental Drugs)

 

The third eldest on the crew, Naomi shares all of the sexual proclivities of her adult contemporaries, Ramona and Terri.  However, Naomi prefers the bedroom over the stage.  In addition to her affinity for sex, Naomi has a secret cocaine and morphine addiction and time in the bedroom allows her to engage in her pernicious habits.  Most of Naomi’s patrons are wealthy businessmen or FiDi bros who have easy access to the white powder.  The private time she spends in those cozy bedrooms is spent obtaining two different sources of pleasure: one carnal, the other chemical.

 

Unfortunately, drug use inside the club is strictly prohibited, so Naomi would get fired from the club and ostracized by her co-workers, many of whom she considers friends.  Will she be able to keep her drug usage hidden or will she take her destructive habit beyond the confines of the club?

Dolores Davidson

 

Traits: Pheromonal Flower, Cheerful, Cute (requires Chingy’s attractiveness traits)

 

Dolores is originally from the midwest, having been employed at a brothel owned by Al Capone.  A care-free spirit, she is willing to push sexual boundaries both inside and outside of the club.  If Ramona is the most skilled at sex in the crew, Dolores is the most open.

 

She has a bubbly personality that is quite typical of a midwesterner.  Polite, but firm, Dolores can be the life of the club on some nights and is the perfect compliment to someone like Ramona or Terri, who are more “professional” when it comes their craft.

 

Dolores has the “Trophy Wife” aspiration, as she does desire to eventually settle down with her long-time boyfriend.  Yes, you read that correctly, boyfriend!  Surely, you aren’t surprised that Dolores and her boyfriend are in an open relationship.  Hell, Dolores has even suggested that she bring a patron home to her boyfriend, which was warmly received.

 

When she isn’t working, Dolores enjoys going to the sunny beaches of Sulani, which are a change of scenery from the dreary country backroads of the midwest.

Celeste Decker

 

Traits: High-spirited, Dance Machine, Clubber, Teasing (requires Chingy V1 Trait Pack)

Celeste is part of the “brat pack” at Bourbon Street as she is only a young adult.  She is considered the most sexually outward of the “pack” as she actively strays away from the stereotype of a mid-century woman - her occupation notwithstanding.  She is a party lover, dance machine and clubber.  As such, she is no stranger to the typical party drugs like MDMA or ecstasy.

 

Despite enjoying the nightlife, Celeste has aspirations to turn in the stage for the bright lights of Del Sol Valley as she would like to become an actress.  She hopes that some big producer will frequent the club so that she can get her “big break”.  In the meantime, Celeste is happy to shake her booty and work the rooms of Bourbon Street.

 

Celeste is good friends with Isla Acevedo and Vanessa Higgins.

Vanessa Higgins

 

Traits: Music Lover, Good, Active

 

The second youngest of the “brat pack”.  Vanessa is rather naive when it comes to performing the carnal activities that her co-dancers perform and focuses more on dancing.  Vanessa has always loved music and art, so naturally, the stage has been a familiar place.  She is warm, down to earth and doesn’t mind playing hard to get with the boys.  As such, one might think that there is a she-wolf, so to speak, underneath the surface, waiting to burst out.  Is there?

Isla Acevedo

 

Traits: Alluring, Baby Maker, Gentle (Requires Chingy V1 and V2 trait packs)

 

As the youngest, Isla is the least experienced when it comes to dancing and the bedroom; she does not desire having casual sex while on shift.  Despite her naïveté, she is actually the most interested out of her co-dancers in having a baby and starting a family.  She has romantic interests to juggle and was only enticed to become a dancer at the insistence of her friends Celeste Decker and Vanessa Higgins.

 

A sweet, high-spirited girl from Selvadorada, Isla has options outside of the club.  Will she decide to pursue higher education?  Will she find a lifetime partner in one of her romantic interests who will give her the baby she so hopefully desires?  The abundance of options Isla has is a stark comparison from that of the older dancers, who may be locked into their career choices.

The Leone Family (Early Access - Free download on January 30th)

 

The famous crime family first seen in GTA III has made its way to Oasis Springs to partake in the gambling industry.  The patriarch of the family, Salvatore Leone, decided to trade in the dreariness of Liberty City for the hot-winded deserts of Oasis Springs.

 

Don Leone has been in the game for quite some time.  He is cunning, intelligent, fiery and a little paranoid - everything you would expect from a competent mob boss.  He has been married to his loyal wife, Sonia, for over 30 years and has a strong relationship with his son, Joey, who appears to be the heir apparent to the Leone Crime Organization.  His daughter, Angela, however, is more of a handful.

 

While his wife remained loyal to their marriage, Salvatore had other ideas.  He sought pleasure outside of his marriage and has been seeing his mistress, Maria Latore, for numerous years.  Unbeknownst to Salvatore, Sonia did find out about her husband’s treachery but has held her tongue all of this time.  What she doesn’t know is that Maria and Salvatore have a son.

 

 

Maria’s son, Michael, is two years old and is half-siblings with Don Leone’s other children.  While his mother tries to care for Michael as best she can, Maria prefers clubbing and scoring drugs to parenting.  Salvatore has since kept his distance from Maria and Michael, only coming for the occasional booty call or to pick up Maria if she had too much fun at the club.  He does pay for her silence, however, which has enabled Maria to live in a swanky home near Mirage Canyon.

 

Many times Don Leone has sent his son, Joey, or enforcer, Toni Cipriani (coming soon), to pick up a drunken Maria from the clubs and casinos along the strip.  As a result, Maria has “gotten close” with both individuals.

Joey Leone is the son of Salvatore Leone.  Back in LC, Joey opened his own chop shop and was a mechanic before joining the family business.  He is smart, ambitious and has his fingers on the pulse of the nightlife in Oasis Springs.  As a result, his father has Joey manage the few casinos that the Leone’s own along with a few other legitimate business interests.  He is being groomed by his father to take over the Leone business once Salvatore retires.

 

 

Sonia Leone is the disgraced wife of Don Leone.  She is a stereotypical Italian housewife, having married Sal when they were both in their mid twenties.  After birthing two children, she was cemented in her role as the caretaker while her husband was managing the family business.  Somewhere along the line, she discovered her husband ’s infidelity, but decided to sacrifice her own happiness in exchange for a happy home.  This sacrifice has led to an extreme sense of resentment towards her husband.

 

 

As mentioned, Angela has not been fond of being the daughter of a mob boss.  She is rebellious, a clubber, and despises school, preferring to smoke weed with her friends or Maria, to whom she has grown close.  Angela does have a wild side to her which has also seen Toni get involved on behalf of his don.

How will Salvatore manage the world around him?  Not only does he have to manage his business and evade the FBI, but he has to counsel his heir apparent, appease his over-bearing wife, and discipline his troublesome teenage daughter.  He also has to pay for the living expenses of his mistress and infant son, while mitigating the former’s hedonistic tendencies.

 

Will Salvatore’s newfound fatherhood be exposed to his wife?  Will Sonia, who is well respected within the organization, exact a personal vendetta against her husband?

 

Will Angela continue her self-destructive ways?  Will her party habits land her in jail, in an unwanted pregnancy or both?

 

Staying true to GTA lore, perhaps Claude is the one to end the elder Leone’s reign as head of the family.  Will the younger Leone be an effective leader if he takes over the family business?

Ichabod Crane (The Wolf Among Us) and Wilson Fisk (Marvel Universe)

 

These two played a minor role in my story, "The Simsfather".  I believe you may need the coward trait from Chingy's pack for Ichabod - I can't recall exactly if the trait is a part of the base game.

 

Both sims are meant to be corrupt and in Ichabod's case, a puppet who lacks a backbone.  They consistently place their own needs ahead of the good of the townies that they are meant to serve with no one to hold them accountable.  True to real life politics?  Maybe.  But given their virtual backgrounds, it made too much sense not to create their identical sim counterparts!

The Montez Household (Reimagining of The Montys from Sims 2; Early Access - Free on February 5th)

 

 

Here is another reimagining of an old Sims 2 household!  We have the previous generation that precedes Patrizio Monty, who was the father of Claudio, Bianca and Antonio.  I think the Portuguese version of the Sims has the Montys listed as the "Montez" household, so there was a convergence with old sims lore and my vision for this family.

 

I used the sporty and pretty trait from Chingy's V1 and Attractiveness traits, respectively.  They aren't mandatory, but just as an FYI, in case you would like to use those traits for Sylvia Monty, the mom.  Also, the ZIP files containing the names of the family members are just screenshots for the various outfits of that character.

 

Like the Cappas, Valentino, the current patriarch, is a mob boss who got his start in the underworld with childhood friend, Cosimo Cappa.  Somewhere along the lines, the two clans severed relations and Valentino became enemies with his old companion.  They both achieved individual success and began families of their own.  However, their rivalry persisted, both personally and professionally, as they continue to vie for control of Willow Creek.

 

Valentino's wife, Sylvia, stays true to her Sims 2 counterpart, at least in name.  She is loyal like most women of her generation.  However, unlike Andrea Cappa, Sylvia has grown weary of the rivalry between her husband and the Cappas.  She is restless in the face on the ongoing criminal enterprise her husband maintains.  Still, she spends her time rearing her children and keeping a happy home in the hopes that her husband does not get imprisoned or killed by their enemies.

 

Patrizio is a teenager like his adversary Consort.  The two remain on amicable terms as they have difficulty grasping the true nature of the rivalry between their families.  He is rather close with his kid twin sisters, Claudia and Isabella, and enjoys being active via jogging or playing soccer.  He and his dad are also good friends, though Patrizio does not currently have aspirations to join the family business.

The sisters are meant to be twins, but thanks to the genetics within Sims 4, I had to do some "finagling" in order to have them look in line with the rest of the family.  If their relationships are not set properly, you can always work them out in CAS.

 

Will the Cappa/Montez rivalry continue?  As the next generation, will Consort and Patrizio remain on steady terms?  Or will some unfortunate accident befall them perpetuating the standoff between the two clans?  Will Sylvia's loyalty persevere or will she exceed her threshold of tolerance for her husband's business affairs?  The power to alter Sims lore is now yours!

Desirae Wilkins

 

Desirae is a young adult who is a sophomore at Britechester University on a full ride scholarship for soccer.  Athletic, outgoing and a bit of party lover, Desirae has several friends in the various sororities on campus which allows her to satisfy her social needs when she isn’t studying or at soccer practice.  She enjoys music and theatre, attending various theatre acts that are offered around campus.  Her major is currently communications and media as she has plans to stay close to sports if a career in soccer is not feasible (I think she is currently an Economics major in my save).  Her athletic career is promising as she has the option to declare for the upcoming MLS (Major League Soccer) draft.  She and her agent have determined that she could have the chance to be taken highly in the draft, which means a chance to play professionally and make a good amount of simoleons at such a young age.

 

Like a typical college student, she is not adverse to the casual dating scene as she is currently having a fling with recent graduate Alfonso (coming soon).

 

 

Will Desirae forgo her final two years of college and turn pro?  Money certainly talks, but education can last a lifetime.  A lot can happen in two years, however.  Injuries, a sudden dip in play, or even a lapse in grades can slash Desirae’s soccer aspirations in a heartbeat.  How will her off-field activities affect her performance on the pitch and in the classroom?

 

Which path to the MLS will Desirae ultimately take?

As voted for on my patreon, this is the protagonist family from my story, “The Simsfather”.  If you are unfamiliar with the story, please give it a read!

 

The family consists of the patriarch, Alfredo, matriarch, Vincenza, Frankie and Vito (not included since he is not my creation).  The below blog entry contains the bios of each of the characters.  I did use traits from Chingy's V2 100 Traits Pack for all Alfredo, Frankie and Vincenza.  I also gave the gambler trait (Kawaii Stacie's Slice of Life Mod) to Alfredo per his back story.

Eric Reilly

Eric is the abusive boyfriend of Frankie Scaletta (trait taken from Chingy's V1 Pack), Vito's sister.  It is implied in Chapter 18 of "The Simsfather" that Eric was truly sorry for his behavior and vowed to change his ways.  This didn't mean much to Vito as he still ordered an attack on Eric for what the latter did to Frankie in Chapter 10. 

 

Eric comes from an affluent family and is currently studying business at Britechester University.

 

Hong, Mr. Lu and Bodyguards

 

 

Hong and Mr. Lu are high ranking officials in the Simkuza.  The latter accompanied Leo Galante to give Vito his final ultimatum in the aftermath of the assassination of Hong.

The Tropigala (Early Access - Public Release on February 20th)

Ok, this a build that I have been working on for the last month.  It is a 50 x 50 hotel built in the style of a resort, with respect to the interior.  Again, I am not the most skilled builder, so the exterior may leave something to be desired.  If it is not to your liking, you can go crazy with the entire lot if you decide to renovate.  The hotel can be placed in Oasis Springs or even Sulani, if there is a 50 x 50 lot there.

 

I lost a bit of steam on the third floor, so I decided to leave a room empty for you to redesign.  I envisioned another executive suite being placed, but you can add whatever you like - a gym, more rooms, theatre, etc.  

 

I believe that LittleMsSam has her 'More Buyable Venues' mod that can actually turn this into a fully functional hotel with staff.  However, I do not have experience with this mod, so please do your research.

 

I do have to credit Sixam and their hotel cc pack.  This pack comprises the majority of CC used on this lot (yes, there is CC).  All CC belongs to their respective creators.

 

Enable "bb.moveobjects" before placing the lot.

Andreas and Mulan

A mainstay in my current gaming sessions, Andreas and Mulan met when the latter moved into the apartment complex in which the former was living.  They are minor celebrities in Del Sol as they have ties to the gaming and adult entertainment industry.  Currently living together, this couple make their living through streaming and recording adult content for Mulan’s Onlyfans account.  Needless to say, Andreas and Mulan are extremely progressive and have no problem opening up their lives, sexual or otherwise, to their friends and colleagues.

 

Andreas is a former chef who has since become a full time streamer.  He is handy, athletic and romantic and if you have Kawaiistacie’s Slice of Life, can be assigned a personality based on these traits.  As the boyfriend of an AEP star, Andreas has the added benefit of shagging Mulan’s friends and colleagues, all in the name of “content”.  Of course, he and Mulan agreed that Andreas must use protection when seeing other girls, whether within the AEP industry or otherwise, a requirement that Andreas happily meets. Needless to say, Andreas, himself, is rather open with his sexuality, which is a turn-on for Mulan.

 

As a Switch streamer (Kawaiistacie mod), Andreas has built a large following which helps supplement the couple’s income through donations and subscriptions.

Mulan is the girlfriend of Andreas and is the stereotypical west coast young adult.  She is outgoing and energetic while being a bit if a klutz, something that her boyfriend finds endearing.  She is quite comfortable in her sexuality as she actually has a FWB relationship with Mrrakkon’s Tracey Mueller.  She has recently won AEP performer of the year and has won Best New Starlet in the past.  In addition to shooting for the premier AEP studio in Del Sol, Mulan shoots custom content for her followers with her boyfriend or other male performers in the AEP industry.  Did I mention that Andreas and Mulan have an open relationship?

 

As part of her job, Mulan keeps herself in fantastic shape through weight lifting and yoga.  Like Andreas, she is a successful Switch streamer, amassing a significant amount of subscribers.  She wouldn’t mind directing her own movies if it weren’t for the fun she is currently having as a performer.

 

Andreas and Mulan are close friends with “The Beverly Hills Friends” (coming soon).  Some of their traits are taken from Chingy's V2 pack, FYI.

Disney Princesses as Femme Fatales (Early Access - Free on February 27th)

 

These are created sims based on a rendering of Disney Princesses as femme fatales (artist’s link).  I am quite pleased with how all of them turned out!

 

The accessories are not included - I picked them up from @viktorvolkenterprise and RJ (also on patreon).  The cigar is from @effiethejay and the cigarette is from @onebillionpixels, I believe.  I also assigned traits from Chingy's V2 and V1 pack, as an FYI.  You will need Lamatisse's Bare Skin Pack as well which can be found on the download page of my sims or within my shared CC folder, if you have it.

The Trapanis (From The Simsfather)

 

 

This is the family of Rosa Trapani, who features in my story, “The Simsfather” as the love interest of Vito, the protagonist.

 

Originating from Trapani, Sicily, the family came to Willow Creek as refugees .  The patriarch, Francisco Trapani, was marked for death by the local mafia after he refused to murder a friend, who had made an insult to the mafia chieftain.  While the friend was eventually killed, Francisco vowed to provide for his family through different, less nefarious means.  For a short while, Francisco opened his own winery within Willow Creek, which he eventually sold to his oldest daughter, Martina, an aspiring chef.  While he maintains that fiery Sicilian temper, Francisco has a soft spot for his girls.

 

Giorgia is the matriarch of the Trapani family.  The ideal Sicilian housewife, Giorgia enjoys cooking for the family and making clothes, skills that she mastered in the old country.  She is quite even-keeled which is a contrast to her temperamental husband.

 

Martina inherited her mother’s cooking as she has aspirations to become a chef and open her own restaurant.  She is career driven and is the least romantically social sister in the family, partially due to skill and partially due to her focus on her career.  She experienced “sibling” jealousy when younger sisters Rosa and Antonia found partners before she did.  As the oldest sister, Martina shares in the matriarchal duties of tending to her younger sisters, especially Lucia, the youngest Trapani.

Antonia is the care-free sister who enjoys drinking fine wine and indulging in decadent food.  Her whims are waited on heavily by her partner, Niccolo Cambereri, a rising star in the finance industry.  Fashion and high-class material possessions are the name of the game for the second youngest Trapani, a small departure from her family values.  Nevertheless, she and Niccolo are in love and currently live with Antonia’s parents.

 

As the youngest, Lucia’s main focus is on school.  She is extremely talented in both the arts and science.  Her family pushes her to excel in the classroom as she is the only Trapani to receive an American education.  As a result, you can forget about boys.  Even if she found the time for one, she doubts that one could ever get past her overprotective father, Francisco.

The Murphy Family (Early Access - Available March 2nd)

 

 

As an older family from a previous save, this family of five has become a pillar of their community in Newcrest.  Led by patriarch, Cyrus Murphy, this Irish-American clan has promoted techniques to increase “greener” living such as water and electric conservation, gardening and management of perishable items like food.  Their efforts have garnered a small amount of fame as the local newspaper has been headlined by the family’s works in the neighborhood numerous times.

 

Michael is the middle-aged dad of the family and heart-throb of Llama Lagoon.   The eldest son of Cyrus and Judy Murphy, Michael is a Project Manager at a local tech firm in Newcrest.  Although, he is vying for that promotion to Director of R&D.  He consistently oversees the creation of new projects involving robotics and other tech that has automated a small portion of Newcrest’s work force.  While he gets to create and take home cool gizmos, his contributions to automative technology has sparked conversations about the future of automation in Newcrest.

 

Away from work, Michael is quite active and has largely maintained the athletic physique he had during his college years when he met his wife, Diana.  This has attracted the attention of some of the wives in the neighborhood that Michael simply shrugs off.

 

 

A devoted husband and family man, Michael enjoys spending time with his kids, particularly his son, Gideon and newborn, Reginald.  While his daughter, Elizabeth, shares many of his genetic features, their relationship has had rocky stretches given that the latter is at the peak of adolelscence.

 

Diana Murphy is quite active in politics, having risen to city councilwoman.  She has proposed and helped pass significant legislation promoting healthier lifestyles and less pollution which is reflected by Newcrest’s lowest footprint rating in the last 20 years.  She is well-respected by her constituents and friends as she tends to put the needs of others ahead of her own.

 

Diana’s biggest character flaw is that she is insecure, despite her confident exterior.  Her insecurity pertains to her physical appearance and competence level (imposter syndrome).  While she is a successful politician, Diana constantly wonders if she deserves to be where she is in her career.  Furthermore, she can be quite critical of her physical appearance even though she is an objectively attractive woman.  The attention her husband receives from other women certainly does not help matters.

 

When she isn’t tied up in City Hall, Diana herself tends to exercise, write and paint.  She is quite close with all of her children, dedicating a majority of her time to raising her newest born, Reginald.  The past few years have seen Diana grow close with daughters, Elizabeth and Samantha; the former’s venture into young adulthood has seen Diana lend sage advice when called upon.

 

 

Elizabeth Murphy is the eldest child and daughter of the Murphy Family.  Nerdy, quirky and outgoing, Elizabeth endears herself to the majority of people she meets.  She has many charming idiosyncrasies which have made her friends with members of the various cliques at her high school.  Elizabeth even has a classmate who is sweet on her.  Will the teenage romance blossom into something more or is Elizabeth awaiting her first heartbreak?

 

 

Gideon Murphy is the second oldest child and takes largely after his father in terms of studying electronics.  Gideon, however, has modeled his living habits in the mold of his mother as he is an extreme advocate of “green living”.  He and his sister, Elizabeth share a hipster fashion style and have bonded as they traverse adolescence; although, like most teenage siblings, they are not immune to the occasional argument.

 

 

Samantha Murphy is the youngest girl and the penultimate child of the family.  She is a tomboy at heart, preferring bikes and skateboards to dollhouses and tea parties.  She is troop leader of her girl scout pack and enjoys watching movies with her friends during sleepovers.

 

The one thing that plagues Samantha is her propensity for having nightmares that, while harmless, cause her to run wildly about the house in hysteria.  This has led to comical intrusions on multiple occasions.

Reginald Murphy is the newest addition to the family and has supplanted his sister, Samantha as the baby.  In addition to his parents, Reginald is also close friends with his brother, Gideon.

As the patriarch of the Murphy Clan, Cyrus has passed his strong genes to his son, Michael.  He is a former Navy Seal and spends his late adulthood tending gardens with his long-time wife, Judy.

 

Although he is an elder, Cyrus is still physically active as he kick-boxes and runs in his spare time.  Given that he is a veteran and a staple of the neighborhood, Cyrus tends to be recognized by his fellow citizens of Newcrest.

 

Judy Murphy is the mother of Michael and wife of Cyrus.  She has a skilled green thumb and enjoys dancing to jazz music with her husband.  Her exceptional cooking skills have her referred to by the neighborhood as  “Granny” or “Mrs. Judy”, monikers that she enjoys having.

 

 

She is friends with many of the other elders in the neighborhood and has a “girls night out” at least once a week.  Judy is especially close with her granddaughters, Samantha and Elizabeth, and spends as much time with them as she can.

 

Since Cyrus and Judy live in close proximity to their son (across the street), they are constantly popping in to check on their family and grandchildren, something that typically is warmly received by Michael and Diana.  Although, I suppose you can implement a storyline where The Murphys’ privacy is infringed upon by the intrusion of their in-laws.
