I have a few mods that add dresses, and I picked out a few choices.  What do you guys think?

Disclaimer:  I might just pick whatever I want.

I have a couple party dresses too.  That'll be a surprise though.  The entry after the next is going to be like the Sims.

And, here's a bonus, for the evening.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get these damn things off.

You, my dear author, are a terrible person. For presumably making poor Destana walk up and down those very crooked stairs in heels. That's begging for some nasty injury.?

Yeah I'm 100% against heels in Skyrim, because who the hell wants to wear heels in combat?  A lot of the armor sets in the female only armor have heels.  You may have noticed the set I used for Teen Runa I replaced the boots with Shrouded Boots for flat feet.

But this is a special occasion!

That is a modest and good mod. I do already have UCM, Girl's Heavy Armors, Hoth's Collection, and Divine Elegance, as far as armor mods go. But I might add this and merge it with something.

I finally just moved my game forward today. Gasp!

I'm also very surprised what people are picking. I think the white dress is the worst.

Also, white neither goes with Destana's skin or moral fiber.  Think she's more of a purple.

Hahaha... Thanks for calling the dress, that I voted for, "the worst" option.?

While I agree, that D.'s leans more toward the "darker" side, I am not sure a very dark dress would be best here. My thoughts where as follows:

Option 1: Decent design, but the solid black color makes it look, like she's in mourning or some sort of Black Widow in the making. Perhaps not the PR message, you would want to send, when marrying Ulfric.

Option 2: Same as the first one, infact I like the elegant flowing look. But would D. really choose a dress of elven design, given how much of a dim view she and many nords take, on one particular group of elves?

Option 3: Would be my choice, if this would be about D. and Serana. But with Ulfric something a little more nordic, Skyrim-like might be better. For PR reasons, if nothing else.

Option 4: Simple, flowing, elegant (in my book) and not too ostentatious. Perhaps combined, with some sort of Fur-collar or something, so that we can at least pretend, that D. isn't going to freeze her butt off, while wearing this in Windhelm. Overall, this one would most likely give her the "Ice Queen from Hammerfell"-Look, that I imagined. Plus she does have the silvery hair and eyes for it, too.

Option 5: Too frilly for D. I had no issues picturing her, cursing this dress, for being way too impractical. I can picture it, without issue, on some imperial noble or one from High Rock. But D.? Hmmm...

And there you have it. Ultimately, it's obviously your call. I am just here, to write silly comments.

p.s. The "bonus"-dresses... perhaps leave them for the wedding night.

p.p.s. I just realized, what the color scheme of option 5 reminded me of. Not sure if it's a good association tough...

Well all the black ones are also available in white, red, and possibly other colors.  I just like dark colors!  I think Destana would be appreciative of dark colors for her wedding (it makes me able to sneak better!) And infact I just got an idea for a conversation between her and Serana.

Also, she is generally a fan of the Dunmer and has no specific problems with the Bosmer.  Altmer are even okay as long as they're not jerks (or specifically Thalmor)

Then that's all that matters. In the end, the only relevant question is: Are you having fun with your game/story? As long, as the answer is "Yes", all is well.?

Although, now I am really curious, what you have planned for the wedding, where D.'s ability to remain unseen will be relevant.?

p.s. Not a dress, but certainly quite purple.

No I'm not stalling writing the next entry, just working.

Good to hear that! However, if you do feel like procrastinating with the story-writing at some point, then it may be time for an officially sanctioned little break. Sanctioned by you, obviously.  Lest your motivation and shortly thereafter Destana's story go down the drain.

I'll probably slow down with the Wedding and the War, since I actually have to play Skyrim a little bit more to be able to tell the story of me playing Skyrim.
