If you do not install some Themes, there will be no tags added to any relevant animations you have installed so they should not be picked by mods using the tagging system like Violate or RSE. So if you want to install an animation pack that has a mix of Human and Creature animations, this means mods can tell the difference and only pick the ones that interest you by its settings unless you manually pick them in the AAF wizard.

Savage Cabbage animations is required forTortureDevice Animations / Sex Animations  For hugging and kissing Animations  Atomic lust is required for that to work All in all it is best to install All Requirements  For AAF

Now I have another problem, and this time I don't think it will solve itself.

It might have been addressed before in this forum but I can't spend hours looking for it. So I will be very happy and thankful if somebody knows and can help me.

Whenever my character is going to kiss, hug or cuddle the animations don't play, just the black screen and a text that says so and so did something to so and so.

It worked before but I think it stopped working when I updated AAF and other mods related to AAF. I guess it has to do with tags but I am still a newb when it comes to AAF stuff.

Usually if you have that pop up, it's cause the actor (or yourself) is busy. Meaning, they are active in an AAF scene already. Whether it's you or the npc, one is active in an AAF scene. Yet when you look at yourselves, nothing is going on. Usually a bug that happens in AAF that keeps you stuck in the last scene you were in, but not 100% on what causes it or how to fix it.

This is my take on it. Themes updated and changed some tags. A number of packs updated to reflect those changes. MCG has not updated in a while as author has gone missing. Very often an animation not playing to be replaced by black screen and dialogue means the animation once tagged for that is no longer current. Kiss, hug, and cuddles seem to be a regular issue. Most of mine will not play either..Sometimes, even after getting the dialogue box, if you wait a bit, the animation might still play..

I doubt this is the case because it is only cuddle, hug and kiss that don't work. Sex scenes always work.

Maybe if I install older version of the themes? Because it used to work flawlessly.

Edit: I ended up reinstalling everything AAF related, found out I was not using the latest version of AAF.  But now I have even bigger issues, AAF don't work now. It gets stuck at 20%. I put on debug mode but nothing happens, no debug text, nothing happens when I press home. Now I can't play at all, cause it's boring without AAF and I just wasted what's left of the weekend and can't play until next weekend. I'm sad.

In my case, when AAF got stuck (usually at 30 %), it has always been because some of the installed animation mods and/or patches was installed badly. Recetly, it was Ulfbert's patch or Staged Leito's fix, I cannot remember. When I reached this, I always had to enable/disable one mod at the time to find the culprint - luckily, with Vortex and profiles I now have a profile with clean and working installation of AAF so that I can get back to it anytime.

How do you "tag" people for orgy members, once you've initiated that option with an NPC? I'm not seeing the option under the MCG menu when I talk to other NPCs in the area. thanks

Pretty sure there is no manual orgy option if your character is approached by an NPC with this mod. If you are defeated, an orgy might random happen by your attackers but you have no choice in that. Threesomes are auto determined for NPC/NPC intersex based on the percentage you set up.

You can manually do it via the hotkey. Start an MCG dialogue, do the quick sex option or whatever. When the option to choose what position you want pops up (oral, vaginal, anal, etc), scroll down to "tag for orgy". It will close the conversation and then they will follow you. Then repeat the process with whoever else you want in the orgy. Once you got your two/three individuals that are following you, use the hotkey again on any of them, and then instead of going to MCG Dialogue, go to Orgy Member options. Then click start orgy. And voila, orgy!

Just a quick issue I'm having.

 

My widgets don't seem to display the proper statistics. They all sit at 0, yet I know my stats are higher. Like for instance, I get randomly crippled after violate and such, so I know my wear is really high, yet it only shows 0. Plus I get bad rep responses so I know my infamy is really high, yet it only shows 0 as well. And my lust meter is still sitting at 0.

 

I did adjust the settings and such, as I read a previous post about how that can mess it up. So I set them all back to default and reset MCG. Still, they all sit at 0 and don't move. Anyone by chance know a fix for this?

you can try going back to a save before you change the setting the 1st time  one more thing if you ever kick off a new play through  before you leave the bathroom always go in to the mcm menu and set stuff up  that is what i found works best  ..   just a tip on  that part  ..

So I romanced Virgil and made him my lover after he turned into a human just to get him out of the cave. Now I want to assign him to vault 88 but I can't find the option. I sent him there no problem, but there is no option to make him settle there like a settler. I turned cloning of unique NPCs on in the settings but it still don't work. Any ideas why?

 

Edit: I am also having trouble with divorcing Longfellow. He is my husband but I am marrying Virgil instead (I know he is ugly, but my brainy girl likes the scientist type). When I talk to Longfellow with MCG dialogue there is no divorce option.

Bug report:  Having Onlookers on will potentially lock out your follower for rapes if you have followers set for rape in Violate since they potentially can be onlookers (and masturbate) locking them out of being sexually assaulted via Violate.

There is a reset button for MCG. I usually will push that if stuck or you could just take Longfellow to a cliff and push him off it.

No actually a reset just gives you an extra sex stat sheet. Just drop it and your old stat sheet will still be there. Make sure you reactivate the MCG functions..Initiative and NPC/NPC. Defeat also if you use that..

Has anyone else had a problem with trying to start a MCG conversation using the hotkey and getting a message about "actor is busy"? It only happens with specific characters when they're just walking around not really doing anything. I can use the normal game dialog but not anything with MCG. I've tried to restart the mod, I've disabled all other features like NPC-NPC interactions, harassment, violations, etc. I only wish to use this mod for the dating, quick sex, relationship options. From what I've heard my problem may be with AAF marking him as involved in an animation event though he isn't in one. Is there any way I can check if that's the issue? I enjoy the mod when it works so it'd be a shame if I have to give it up. Any help appreciated.

is there a way to restrict the gender of the npcs who approach you other than blacklisting? cause otherwise it would be nice to be able let the men down gently (i generally play my SS as a subby lesbian ?)

I noticed some problems with the role assigment in animations, especially group sex. I tried some orgies with a male player and 2 women but the male player took a female position while 1 woman took the male position.

The workaround was setting the onlookers to zero.  So there.   Unfortunately it also means your infamy won't rise as fast as it should.
