Uninstall:

Uninstall the mod with NMM. I don't know, if NMM will restore the original BGS_Logo.bik. If not save your stored BGS_Logo.bik in ..\Skyrim\Data\Video folder.
Upgrade/Downgrade/Change the versions:
Make an Uninstall of the version you don't want to have anymore like described above, than install the other version you would like to have as described above or restore your original BGS_Logo.bik.
It is just a replacement of the starting video.
There are other versions at the LE-section. But as it is only a replacement it is working for both versions.

Arachnophobia (SE version)
This is my first time converting a mod. It worked perfectly when I tried it, but I apologise if I somehow messed up the zip file and it doesn't work for you.
To summarise, this is a mod that allows spiders to wrap you up in webs and potentially take you away to their lair for consumption if you don't escape. I thought it was an interesting mod and was surprised I didn't see it here yet.
It's still in Beta phase so expect minor bugs.

Additional Information
If you were already using "Jeweled Butt Plugs [SSE]" this version of it now contains a new ESP and file paths. You may run both versions at the same time if you are in the middle of a save you do not want to fuck with. However I personally recommend uninstalling the old version. If you do, any plugs your characters currently have will vanish and you'll need to craft new ones.
The plugin is already an ESP-FE (fake ESL).
The Anal Beads will just stick straight out of your ass if you do not have HDT-SMP working.
The Anal Beads will not be able to be dyed if you do not have a working DyeManager AND install the additional Dyes file on this file. The dye slots are numbered 1-15 starting from left to right. Slot 1 will dye the balls. Slot 2 will dye the string.

A simple mesh edit for Tail Armors to slightly improve UV mapping and reduce texture stretching on Argonian tail armors. This texture stretching is unfortunately an issue that was carried over from Female Argonian Tail Anus Fix when LordiAnders created Tail Armors.
This fix will work for both the Replacer and Stand Alone versions of Tail Armors. Only needed if you use the Female Argonian Tail Anus Fix compatible tail armor meshes. If you are using Tail Armors BAT - Bigger Argonian Tails compatibility file, then DO NOT INSTALL THIS FIX!!!
Install Tail Armors first and then install my fix over top. Also use a mod manager if you aren't sure of what your doing.

To save forum space from repetitive information, please see
this thread for most of the necessary information about these
races, and the mod overall. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE THREAD.
I will NOT repeat things that are easily answered by simply
reading my previous posts there. If you can't be bothered to
read, I can't be bothered to help you should an issue arise.
I will however, repeat some of what I posted there to insure
that it's seen:
First, this race mod comes in THREE parts.
The pair of races built on a Master file, and a
second plugin, which provides additional
(under construction) content atop TWO floating islands.
One over Lake Ilinalta (Draenei faction), and the
other in The Reach above the river (Man'ari faction).
You DO NOT start your character on either of these.
You reach them through their teleporters on the ground
beneath them. All currently available info about these
islands is explained in the linked WIP thread.
Finally, the BodySlide files to set everything up to
you preferred CBBE shape.
In the BodySlide folder you'll find two additional
folders. These folders are the required pathing for
the body and it's textures for BOTH races. They
share body meshes and textures. And I HIGHLY
advise AGAINST trying to change the body type.

Most importantly:
A LOT of time and effort went into building this mod.
It was actually supposed to be my first race mod
ever for Skyrim, but was shelved for Moonshadow
Elves for LE back in 2012. I released the Draenei for
LE some time ago, but wanted to take it MUCH
further for SSE's more stable engine. So bear this in
mind while reading the following quote from
the other thread:
I put my all into this. And I'm quite pleased with
how it's turned out so far. And I'm just getting started.
I have a TON of content already slated for this.
Everything from Draenei vs. Man'ari battlezones, to
custom spells and enchantments. I'm also looking
into a sizable number of custom armors from which I
can create more hoof armors.
I kept the additional content apart from the races specifically
so I can add content through the plugin, and not risk
any changes to current playthroughs. So there shouldn't
be any need to start a new game when I update the add-on.
With that, I hope you enjoy these races as much as I do......

TextureSlide - CBBE Beta UNP Alpha

12/24/2019 Uploading UNP Alpha / CBBE Beta -- Thank you for checking out my first Mod. I can use your help and feedback on how well it works in your hands.
PLEASE do not upload to other sites! Please play nice and do not pirate.
The purpose of this mod is to accentuate the visual changes in shape provided by BodySlide with a complimentary change in shading. Thus "TextureSlide" Hmm... Maybe ShadeSlide is a better term. We can think about and discuss it. By modifying Shape ( Bodyslide Mesh ) and Shade ( ShadeSlide Texture ) a more powerful and better looking illusion is achieved. This is a Texture Slider. It uses different "Normal Maps" to adjust the shadow strength of the breasts depending upon the weight of the Female Character.
CBBE
I wish to thank Ousnius of the Nexus for allowing me to use the normal maps of CBBE.
I also wish to thank the work of Guk and other authors for inspiration and documentation on how to create this magic. Where they used the normal map to modulate the musculature and veins of the actor, I just play with the shadows.
I used the Petite, Normal, Curvy and SevenBase normal maps provided in the CBBE - Normal Map Options - v1.4 FOMOD and blended them together. I also overlaid the nipple enhancement of the "Fetish" normal map on each of the other maps.
This mod provides four key pieces
1) Two BodySlide Presets. One Nude and one clothed. The Zero Weight is close to the CBBE Petite, but I did shrink the breasts a bit more. The 100 Weight is a little bigger than the CBBE SevenBase 100. I chose these to start with because people will be familiar with them from the original BodySlide. I did this to emphasize the dynamic range of the preset.
2) Pre-constructed Meshes of the above Nude preset ( Note: you will have to regenerate your own outfits if you want to achieve this variety of clothed women running around Skyrim )
3) The normal maps ( based on 2K resolution to start for simplicity )
4) The ESP ( small, should be able to ESL it, but I have not looked into doing it )
It does not contain the other textures. It uses the file names and folder structure of CBBE. It should be compatible with other texture sets as long as they do not rely heavily on a modified Normal Map. If people do like this magic, I should be able to tweak the system given time and proper permissions to include other body types looks. For example, Sexy-Sporty abs constant and the range of breast sizes shown here. The same magic should also work in UNP, but not this set. I have not asked for permission or built the set for UNP.
It will not affect Custom NPCs that use their own custom textures and folder structures. If there is interest, these can be patched with permission of the original author. As a proof in principle, I built the magic into my version of "Mango". Her mangoes can grow from cherries to watermelons. I have not uploaded it, but could do so if there is interest in showing how it can be done to specific NPC..
UNP:
I thank HHaleyy of the Nexus for use of his UPN Fair Skin. I have never used UNP. I wanted to get this uploaded so people can at least try it before the holidays. I put together 9 normal maps for UNP. The Slider technology works, but I have not tweaked the effect. The shading of UNP is more subtle than with CBBE. This might be why people like the texture set. Not judging, just making observation. People with more experience with UNP can help me with constructive comments. The more we work together the better the results will be. Unlike the CBBE version, this version only contains the Normal Maps and the ShadeSlide technology ESP. I figure you all know what body mesh you like and if you want to increase the dynamic range of the breast slider, you can do it your self. PLEASE NOTE: if you have a narrow preset of huge boobs, this will look funny. The ShadeSlider is designed to cover an A cup to DD.

Equippable Tails and Ears (STATIC) - SSE Port

Okay, Let me get this one straight. THE HDT doesn't work. This port was requested in a PM to me. I ported this mod to use the ears. The tails DO NOT work. The new HDT mod you can get for SSE is completely different than the old HDT mod so I couldn't get them to work. And I really tried to, but yeah. The tails kinda just stick straight out. If anyone knows how to help fix this then throw me a PM.
This is basically for anyone that wants some equipable ears.

dogs Simple No More Stupid Dog
A very simple mod that completely disables the "Stupid dog / Good dog" NPC scene.
In comparison to other mods that deal with this particular annoyance this one does not try to alter the scene or make it rarer or more immersive, it just gets rid of it completely. This will be of particular interest for those using mods that add more dogs to populated areas which may then result in this scene playing over and over.
Known Issues
