Currently for Legendary Edition only, I don't have the Special Edition (But if anyone wants to port it feel free to).
2 Versions available: Shaved version and a version with Pubic Hair using The Painted Lady: Color-Matching Pubic Hairs Includes Default and Sweaty specular map options. Uses a custom UUNP preset which you can also download (expect lots of clipping - no 0 weight included) the same preset is setup for SoS - High Poly Futanari Addon + Bodyslide Files or SoS - Schlongs for Female Foreskin UUNP and the included skeleton has customized genitals size for SoS.
Located in Whiterun; The Bannered Mare. Levels with the player starting at level 5 and is marriageable.

Tavitha
Tavitha is a standalone follower that uses your meshes and textures. She can be found at Serpent's Bluff Redoubt, West/South West of Rorikstead
Tavitha is being held captive by some Forsworn at Serpent's Bluff Redoubt. She has a quick quest that has player escorting her to Frostfruit Inn,in Rorikstead.
After completing that quest Tavitha will: a: Be available has follower(Just leave her in Rorikstead)
b: Will work farm in town from 9-5,daily
? Will hang out in Inn when not working
Tavitha has numerous lines of dialogue for sex(MGTOW) that is geared for male player.Her dialogue will be different when she is working farm. If she is not at work,getting laid is no problem.
When she is at work it's initially always a no,you will always get a chance to talk her into it though,but it's still a no most of the time. At work/off work dialogue has cooldown. Sometimes at work she can be a mouthy little bitch.
If you take Tavitha as follower or you assign her a new home she will still have a good portion of her dialogue available.Some of her dialogue is unique to when she has farmwork package running.
New version doesnt care if you have follower spot open and doesnt want you to assign her a new home.After releasing her from shackles,and other stuffs,she enter into package that has her following you,this will remain the case until you have taken her to Frostfruit Inn and talked to her upon arrival.After that conversation she use her Rorikstead packages,have dialogue for sex,and will be regruitable as follower.

New game is recommended, especially if you had MHYH'd her with initial version.
Few nit picks:
I barely tried and failed at blocking other mods dialogue from showing,particularly during quick quest. Her dialogue will at least be at the top
I did not make,nor do I know of,an animation for player to run when releasing Tavitha from shackles. I allow for the first line of dialogue used on Tavitha,while shackled,to disengage itself as it is set up to do so and if you use mod that zooms in on npcs whilst in conservation, the unshackling just looks and feels better.
I did not create a reference,which would be locked into save game,so that quest journal points to Rorikstead, we should all know where Frostfruit Inn is, it's in Rorikstead.

I made this mod for myself, because I didn't find any other with all the features I wanted, and I'm sharing it.
It is a Nordic ruin that has been renovated and is for sale.
You can buy for 27000 septins and use it as a home or hideout.

Behind Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood
There is a marker on the map
Space is not lacking
It has 16 extremely spacious rooms and a recreation area within a cave with dwarf heated natural pool, stream, tents and toilets.
* Well lit lobby with antique and contemporary Nordic ceramic decor.
* Secret room to store stolen items. Secret door in the lobby, the lever is easy to find, is behind a plant.
* Player's room (bath basin suite), containing various utensils and features, for example vertical stones and god images so you don't have to look for skyrim, study table, fireplace, displays for your necklance etc.
* Library containing 9 bookshelves, holds up to 486 books, has meeting table and research tools
* Kitchen equipped with an improvised Nordic old refrigerator in the middle of a glacier, campfire with cooking pots and skewers, dwarf extractor fan, food preparation table, pantry, cistern, oven, cellar, table for 12 people. Note: The Butter Churn WORKS !!!
* Room your followers (up to with fireplaces, study desks and conversation venue.
* 72-seat church equipped with all magician features, including the Atronach Forge and exhibitors for all Daedric artifacts. It has statues of almost all the daedras.
* Workshop and treasure room equipped with all the desks you will need and exhibitors for most of your trophies.

Simple storage of arrows and darts
With just one click, you store or remove all your arrows or darts of a certain type.
Coherent Treasury
In this mod you will notice that what you deposit is exactly what you see. When you put coins, coins appear, if you put gold bars you will see gold bars, if you put stones you will see stones, and so on.
In addition you deposit items directly where they will be exposed, to give more realism to your experience.
Don't understand that I am criticizing the work of other modders, but it is very strange that you put money in a vault and suddenly see (outside the vault) statues of Dibella, pearls, gold chandeliers and suspended boats and many other things that They are not coins.
Extremely simple storage system
Containers specific to certain items will display a menu asking if you want to store such items, saving time and effort.
Work desks will load all items from the containers and, when finished, will return the manufacturing items to their proper containers, INCLUDING those ALREADY IN INVENTORY, saving you time and effort as you do not carry these items on adventures. .

Common questions (F.A.Q)
Why isn't there an exhibitor for the Miraak Mask?
A: Because Miraak not only has a mask, it has an entire set of items including a tunic, sword and staff. Therefore, I believe the most appropriate is a mannequin and weapon displays, so all Miraak items will be visible and in one place.
Why aren't the Aedric artifacts in the treasure room?
A: At the beginning of the text I said "If you are an honorable person ...". I don't really care if you made covenants with tortures, tortured and killed people who trusted you, ate human flesh, and so on. Save the prizes for these deeds in the Church. I just think that these demons should not be near the treasure, the ancient scrolls and the side of such high beings as Isgramor, Sovngarde, Thalos, etc.

A: If you look closely at the details, you will see that this is an adult mod project. In some upgrades, it will be totally unsuitable for children.

Cynthia the Spellsword

While Cynthia can be used by anyone I had two particular groups of people in mind when I made her. First was the newcomer to SexLab Framework. Cynthia acts like a vanilla follower except that she has unique (unvoiced) dialogue that allows consensual sex. In this way, someone familiar with followers can play the Skyrim game to which they've become accustomed and simply add sex to the mix without having to load too many additional mods or learn a lot of new interfaces. The second group was those who like their Skyrim immersive. As mentioned, Cynthia responds to dialogue like a vanilla follower. There are no elaborate spells or shouts or whatever to make her have sex with you.
What makes Cynthia different - in one word: sex.
Cynthia has dialogue ("Would you like to ... you know?") that allows the PC to start a sex act through SexLab Framework. Additionally if her arousal is high enough (over 90) she is unwilling to talk about anything else. You can find out for yourself what happens when she brings up sex and you don't give it to her.
Cynthia also starts without any inventory. This means that you will not have to worry about the annoying habit of the game to change your follower's clothes back to their default, since default is naked). She will use the vanilla game's AI in that she will wear the "best" outfit that you put into her inventory.
Last, and not related to sex, Cynthia will not spawn the annoying hunting bow that vanilla followers get. In fact, she will prevent any followers from spawning it IF you have not loaded something after her that restores it. (Only applies before (above) the ff version)
What you want to know about Cynthia:
She can be found in White River Watch in the last interior cell (the one with the wolf) She fights as a Spellsword (duh!) - think Vigillant of Stendarr She levels up with the player She has perks in alteration, destruction, one-handed and restoration. This means that early in the game she appears to be more powerful than the PC. Later she will be much less so. For her "normal" follower functions she uses the same voice as Lydia She is essential (non-killable) Besides being a follower she is marriageable and will serve as a steward for a Hearthfire home

Meet Danielle and Dahlia, twin sisters from Cyrodiil. They have come to Skyrim for some adventure. Unfortunately for them their adventure has gone sideways. They have been captured by bandits and are being held for who-knows-what nefarious purpose (this is LoversLab after all). If you choose to rescue them they will be happy to follow you and add to your adventures.

I reproduced her as a follower in Skyrim. Took ages to create her and was not easy at all. There are not many japanese followers out there. I consider this one my best shot. She is a piece of art. Almost everything custom, meshes, maps, etc

Dear Friends .... i must admit a big crash over this model. She is Hitomi Tanaka, she is the best, any other words unnecessary.
I reproduced her as a follower in Skyrim. Took ages to create her and was not easy at all. There are not many japanese followers out there. I consider this one my best shot. She is a piece of art. Almost everything custom, meshes, maps, etc
My goal was to import in Skyrim Game, my most wanted model, i worked on this project for a whole year.
My obsession to recreate face and body to the last detail was at its peak.

Description:
Introduces a rambunctious talking skeever named Skat into the world. He can be found around a bridge not far South East of Riften (Results may vary between visual setup, but you might have difficulty spotting him. He's a master of camoflage!).
Skat was born from a skeever and humanoid couple, and has thus been gifted with speech. His heightened intelligence and some unique combat abilities have allowed him to survive the wilds against numerous enemies and know to identify and avoid the tough ones. That is until he is one day approached by an unsuspecting "castle dweller", you the player, who manages to peek his curiosity enough to speak with him. With some unconventional convincing, you might just gain his trust and persuade him to join you on your journey, which is sure to be chock full of much "recreational" fun with Skat and his skeever pals!
All Gender Flavors:
Within reason. That's male, female, and futanari/dickgirl/hermaphrodite. Skat comes with built in support for any of these three roles via the "(Options)" dialogue. Instructions are simple. When playing as a male, keep the futa option turned off (I think male dialogue won't appear if futa is turned on right now). To see female dialogue, play as a female with futa turned off. Literally the only time it should be turned on is if you are playing as a female character with a female sos addon (Penis). And that's vanilla gender, not sexlab gender.
Sexy Meshy Boi:
Skat features several of my own tweaks and adjustments for the best experience. He's got his own race for all follower features. He uses the Fusa project mesh, so he's a very fwuffy boi! His penis texture has been adjusted to not be so absurdly bright, and he also uses a cleaner texture so as not to look so mangy.
Requirements:
It needs all the usual stuff, ya know. Like FNIS and SKSE. Skeleton for your character. If you don't know for some reason, just follow the long trail of prerequisites.

Problems:
PROBABLY...hopefully doesn't have any. There is a disabled incomplete quest that I couldn't figure out. Has a few other unused assets. And for the moment I am trusting that I got all the sex scripts working and didn't make any spelling mistakes. Be sure to point out any oddities.
Incompatibilities:
Skat should be compatible with everything. (However if you notice anything odd going on with your dialogue overhaul mods after installing Skat, let me know. I edited something and removed the edit afterward.)

I am rather new to modding. I have been doing odds and ends to just learn how to tweak my own unique game experience. This is the first time sharing anything I have done. I am still learning quite a bit. I am currently working on learning how to create quests. So maybe in the future Agatha will have a request related to her. For those who understand what I am talking about, I have altered the setting for the wispshade race to be able to go through doors. Usually this is not recommended for making creature followers because then draugr will be leaving their assigned sandboxing areas, etc...but since the wispshades are set to stay buried until you get close enough to emerge, and really have no sandboxing assignment to speak of, this should be ok for this follower. Please let me know if anybody has any issues with wispmothers entering the city gates, etc...
Funny thing, I use Lover's Victim that only works on the human race until I added the patch to add dogs and horses to the list. But apparently, giving a creature a human voice is enough to let it be an aggressor for the Lover's Victim mod posted on this site. Just FYI. Now if we could talk these awesome animation creators to come up with more than just the one single animation for a wispmother, that would be awesome. (Hint hint hint)

Because it has much better bone weighting as the standard CBBE body... and the 3D vagina looks also nice.
Can I reactivate the HDT vagina?
Yes! You need the tool "BodySlide" and choose the "Ceraph Body HDT", there is also a HDT version of the human penis! (Its a bit buggy if you use both)
You also need Clams of Skyrim installed, or a other mod that contain configs für HDT genitals. (AllinoneAnimatedPussy should also work)

Some people asked me to make followers based on my True Amazon Race mod, and that's what happened as a result.
Three standalone followers with muscular body shapes and perfect combat skills.
For the basis of their appearance, some characters from different games universes were taken.
They all have their own camps, armors and weapons (and one of them even have some spells).
All of them are essential (can not die), their minimum level is 10, maximum is 500, and they grow in level together with the main character.
All followers equipment and spellbooks can be found in a backpack near Warrior Stone.
This mod compatible with Amazons race mod, so followers can use all armors and other assets (textures, normal maps, skeleton variants...) from there.
Profiles:
Hippolyta the Amazon
Warrior with a two-handed halberd. Prefers light armor.
She traveled to Skyrim until she came to hot springs, where she decided to stop and rest.
Her camp is near to the camp of bathing hunters in the Windhelm volcanic tundra.
Can train player in "Two Handed" up to 100 points.
Senshi the Warrior
One-handed warrior with sword and shield. Prefers heavy armor.
Traveler from distant lands. Professional blacksmith. Trying to solve the secret of dwemer metal.
Her camp is near to entrance into Mzulft.
Can train player in "Smithing" up to 100 points.
Sell weapons, armors and dwemer stuff.
Tyris Flare
Spellsword with powerful fire magic. Prefers clothing.
She traveled to the College of Winterhold to improve her knowledge of the magic of destruction.
Her camp is near to Knifepoint Ridge.

Bugs, limitations and other things
Because of modified skeleton and followers height (scale 1.18, as in Amazons race mod) you can expect clipping or other weird things in some poses or animations.
Because of custom body, this followers can't normally wear vanilla armors.
Player character and followers from this mod is protected from unique effects of power-attacks (force-pushes), but other game characters is not. So be careful.

Summary
La'hyza and her daughters, Kaashni, Ja'ya, Daro'ssi, and M'liah, are a poor Khajiit family of former mercenaries, who recently set up camp along the road to Hammerfell, in the southern mountainous region of Skyrim. They are stealthy and nimble fighters with varying abilities and preferred combat styles. La'hyza is a balanced fighter, skilled with one-handed weapons. Kaashni specializes in offense and wields war axes in both hands. Ja'ya is capable in both melee combat and fire magic. Daro'ssi is a talented archer who can easily take down opponents from a distance. M'liah is an agile assassin who prioritizes speed over defense. NSFW, adults-only mod outfit options are still limited; you may create compatible outfits through BodySlide and Outfit Studio please minimize dis/mounting of horses during combat to avoid potential bugs please use Batheile's built-in dialogue option for changing her outfit instead of the outfit-change options that come with follower overhaul mods (if you have any installed) to avoid potential bugs Please let me know if there are any problems/incompatibilities/requirements I missed.
