I have created NSFW bodies and adjusted color tones for the 3 followers Lara, Ada And Jill created by ShinglesCat or SC on patreon and released publicly recently.
you need only the original mod for the follower of your choosing out of these 3 or all 3 of them, the file includes them all but doesn't require all to function correctly, so if you just want jill, just get jill from the original patreon post and install this, it will work just fine.

First follower pack released! After some days of testing it with no problems, this mod will be released. For this one I used RaceMenu instead of ECE as I usually did. ECE has been giving me some headaches when I had to export the head and RaceMenu works better for me in that matter. From now on, I'll be using RaceMenu again for my characters. This means I've remade their faces from the start, but I tried to make both versions as close as I can.

Hello Skyrim modding community! Today I bring to you a mod I’ve been putting together for quite some time and is finally ready for re release. I uploaded a version of this earlier but removed it due to it not being as fleshed out as I would have liked. Now I feel its worthy of being shared. Behold!
This mod has been built upon from two mods available online. One is Female Enemy Monster Aesthetics Leveled Encounters and Immersive Monster Girls. Both are mods no longer supported but I felt were great when used together, so I combined them. Almost all creatures have been redone to be more feminine and aesthetically pleasing. With a few exceptions. Some have edited abilities and items as well. Levels and spawning have also been tweaked. Several Followers have also been added to the game; so if you get tired of killing beautiful creatures, you can recruit them!
I’ve wanted to see a mod like this for quite some time and I hope others will like it as well!

Freya - High-poly Charmers of the Reach UUNP Follower

Very curvy "Imperial" archer, using Charmers of the Reach head meshes as a base.
You can find her hanging around in Haelga's Bunkhouse in Riften.
She comes with unique models for her clothes and leather armor, and should be compatible with any follower system.
A good ENB preset is highly recommended!

Expect severe clipping when building outfits using her body preset, you will definitively have to fix them in outfit studio afterwards!
Her teeth can look glitched with some facial expressions, I'm still looking into it.

How to replace her body:
Move your body's meshes (femalebody_0.nif, femalebody_1.nif, femalefeet_0.nif... etc) to the " meshes\actors\character\Freya\body " folder and replace everything.

Futanari Prisoner Standalone Follower +Schlong Files
Hey gamers!
Finally, Prisoner is available for download, along with her customized schlong mesh and textures
She is a standalone follower, found in Jorrvaskr, Whiterun. UUNP body.
There are two variations: Classic Prisoner, in her standard Nord bikini, and aMidianBorn Prisoner, with a similar Nord bikini using aMidianBorn textures. The aMidianBorn version is just a little bit taller, since she is wearing high heels.
Don't forget to have a schlong mod installed! SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim by b3lisario
SoS is required for the loose schlong files. Some work (copy + pasting, Racemenu edits) will be required in order to use the files in the SoS Loose Files download. Remember to back up your existing files, and I'd recommend using Equippable Schlong, linked below. If you prefer to keep her female, or ignore the mesh and give her a schlong size of your choosing, that's completely up to you.
All the credits are found within readme files, and the SoS loose schlong files are everything you need to faithfully recreate Prisoner in your very own Skyrim.
If you are having issues with her Racemenu settings resetting, make sure to keep her position in the load order intact, and try "Equipable Schlong" mod found here https://www.loverslab.com/topic/20826-sos-equipable-schlong-and-more/. Specific settings within SoS MCM menu might be required, such as making sure she doesn't have a schlong assigned, if using "Equipable Schlong".
If you are having issues with her Racemenu SOS settings not appearing, sometimes spawning her via console is the culprit. Try manually tracking her down in Jorrvaskr, Whiterun. Also, make sure you have XP32 Maximum Skeleton - XPMS mod installed.
UPDATE: Uploaded "UVR FOR NORD BIKINI" which is her UNP Bodyslide preset in case you'd like to make more outfits for her.
EDIT: Added a file, called SOS - FutaPrisoner Addon, created by TanookiTamaTachi that includes and esp allowing users with the full version of SoS to add a schlong to Prisoner via a new SoS Addon. Here is the original post:

She is vanilla-voiced, has a healer mage AI set, and she is romanceable and marryable,
Also, she loves sex, sex, sex, and more sex! My god! She simply cannot get enough sex! She has absolutely NO sexual limits! And is EAGERLY willing to do ANYTHING in the bedroom!

Get the latest version of Ion. The original version of Ion lacks the pieces to complete the integration. The Ion follower mod is not a dependency for Elsie, but IS required if you want the integration to work. If you HAVE Elsie, and then install Ion, that will work best. No guarantees if you already have Ion as a follower.

Elsie is a follower and you'll find her in the Riverwood Trader. She has a small quest to help her fulfill her destiny... to become a Milk Maid....
NOTE!: This mod is written basically for a male player character. Some stuff just plain won't work if using a female player character.
I'm working on this. I mean... I can REMOVE the condition that checks that the player is male, but some scenes might look bizarre.
Cows.... yes cows...
Elsie (and the player) can turn female NPCs into cows. Not visually like Being a Cow. These are NOT Milk Maids. You'll basically need a mod that does pregnancy and milkiness for them to be functional in that regard. I use SGO 3 and it works fine.
In order to actually MILK them and get anything other than the animation as a result, you'll need a mod that handles that until I can start building in support for other mods milks. Right now, if you install JUGs (very small and not scripty), it will handle the milking of SGO 3 milks so basically you can get MME milks and SGO3 milks at the same time when a breastfeeding animation runs.
Again... cows are NOT milk maids and not covered by MME. HOWEVER... you can have a milk maid that is also a cow... and cows can be public (free for use by other NPCs) or private (only you can milk them and have sex with them).
Cows walk around naked. Because... they're cows.
Greetings and how they work...
Greetings are handled by the game's built-in system for "hello events". No cloaks. No scripting. Event driven by the game.
VERY IMPORTANT! - some of these encounters have their frequency based on MME's NPC comments chance. I set mine to 100%. If you want things to happen less often, set that lower.
Male NPCs can greet female NPCs, cows, milk maids, Elsie, or other females who have expressed curiosity.
Female NPCs can greet milk maids and Elsie.
Elsie can greet other females.
Milk maids can greet other females.
Cows will solicit milking or filling from male NPCs and may greet Elsie or other milk maids with varying results.
There is a variety of results (scenes) that can play out depending on who is greeting who with some variety built into each encounter.
This mod adds Elsie and also adds additional dialogue for those of you using Milk Mod Economy. I started writing it for me. I wanted a follower and wanted more dialogue for MME, which has become one of my favorites. (Thanks, Ed86!)
It REQUIRES MILK MOD ECONOMY and all of it's required dependencies.
Also, you need to run FNIS as I've included a couple of animations necessary to the look I was after.
I use UUNP body (Zeroed Slider Preset, UUNP Special for that.... special area) and there are places where I use NiOverride to morph bodies. How this will work on other body types, I have no idea. As far as I know it won't break anything (I don't change or replace default body meshes), but I have no interest in trying to figure out how to make it work with everything.
FAIR WARNING
I used part of a LUSH (Milk Slave Outfit) gear set and Black Rose armor so credit to those authors (need to find my notes and give proper credit)
And MANY thanks to qotsafan for his coding help and suggestions.
MUST be AFTER Milk Mod Economy in your load order..... MUST MUST MUST!
So... follower... additional dialogue with your milk maids... dialogue with female NPCs who may be curious about milk maids or want to become a milk maid.
Scene Setup:
Give it a run and have fun.
Oh and you don't have to take Elsie as a follower to get the additional dialogues for milk maids and NPCs... but... she's so damn cute, why wouldn't you?
Version 2.0 Notes:
No longer requires ZaZ Animation Pack - while I love and appreciate the ZaZ pack as an amazing volume of work, it just adds way too many animations that I never use. My system doesn't handle it well.
Installation: I just copy over the old version. I tinker and change stuff a lot and it hasn't broken yet. So I'm assuming it's fine to just copy over your old version. I'm sure someone will let me know if that's not the case.
SLIF compatibility: If you have SLIF installed, Elsie will use it for breast size changes. BodyMorphs will still be used for hips and waist since they really don't change a lot.

i'll create a tutorial on how to create standalone ported followers once im comfortable enough doing this.
different ENB and Lighting mods will have different effects on her skin tone and may create neck seams , personally i use GIMP to edit the textures , i use Right click on image -> colours -> exposure OR any of the other colour settings to make the textures match.
i made the textures with my own ENB and lighting mods in mind so , if you have a general fix for this it would be nice to share it with me so i can fix this for the next follower i make and also the previous ones, cheers :D.

if you need to change her stats or outfit i suggest you use a follower framework , i personally use EFF , it allows you to set her default outfit to NONE so you can then change her inventory as you please.
P.S : pose shots and stuff aren't my thing really, but everyone is welcome to contribute shots and if they are good it will be made the cover/teaser and main screenshots for the mod.
