I would like to share what info I've got about Horizon compatibility (thanks to @4wnrs6). I haven't found this information here in this forum. There is a Horizon setting holotape, what you can open in your Pipboy and you can find an Alternative Death Mode option which can be disabled. This is the Horizon's revive system and it can be turned off in this way. You should have this holotape under "settings" in the misc category. As it seems this is why we couldn't use the player defeat system of MCG mod earlier if Horizon was installed. Two revive system can't work at the same time.


I have just realized this a few hours ago, I'm still testing it and I do not want to make a statement too early, but it seems MCG's player defeat starts to work after Horizon one is disabled (game needs to be reloaded after turning off this Horizon setting). In MCG if you hold Option key (not Main key) for a few sec, then a window appears, where you can force start the player defeat system even if Horizon is detected.

More testing is needed, I'm on it... ?

The fact that horizon and MCG respawn system didn't go well together is a know fact since maybe the beginning of MCG mod development. If you search the first dozen pages of this support topic you may find the discussion about it.

Another user in fact did extensive testing some months ago and he found that even disabling the Horizon revive system, the MCG respawn system was not able to correctly work. For this very reason Anghelos, the author, implemented a lock to the MCG resoawn system so that it could not be started if horizon was detected allowing the users to play horizon with the rest of MCG features. Just recently, in the last update, Anghelos decided to liberalize and eliminate this lock giving only a single warning so that users could experiment more if they would but still they should not be used together imho.

Hi,

Thank you for clarifying it! In a few hours test I figured out, only respawn part of player defeat system works. I mean my character can respawn in that place which was set within MCG, but no assault, no abduction, no bad end or whatever animation should come. Doesn't matter how high chance I set for these animations within MCG's options. So sad it can't work with Horizon! ?

Does "AAF XMLs Extended 1.0.3" still needed for newer versions of MCG or can it be uninstalled (AAFXmlsExtMCGPatch_HM.esp)? Previously it was added more furniture support for MCG like Home Maker or Settlement Supplies Expanded. Does this furniture types supported in base mod?

It was never a requirement, that mod is a completely optional addition to expand the list of furnitures you can activate with the "DO IT" activation option to have sex upon. In addition that mod patched many savage cabbage animations to allow them to  be executed with all gender combinations. After savage cabbage animations have been updated a month ago many users reported that AAF XMLs Extended 1.0.3 was no more working correctly, producing AAF errors.

 

Anyways for what concerns the list of furnitures you can activate, even without that patch you have a different MCG system that allow to choose relatively precisely a furniture without directly activating it, if you have an animation for that of course. Basically if you use the "nearest furniture" button when choosing the type of animation when planning sex, the nearest furniture, if valid (which means you have an animation that explicit that furniture as valid to be executed on), within a metre and half (2 yards - 128 CK game units) from the player will be chosen by AAF scanner.

Hello. I have struggled going through different guides to finally get this working and I believe I am very close to having everything working! There appears to be one last issue I cannot seem to figure out I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction.

 

Like I said everything appears to work but everytime I go to do something within MCG I see an error message:

AAF ERROR [034] Failed to start scene because there are no SOLO MALE HUMAN animations. Filters exclude include. Install animation pack with this type of animation.

 

This is weird because I can pretty much see any animation if I use the AAF wizard but for some reason when I use MCG it doesn't work. I am kind of new to modding in FO4 so I apologize if this is a really silly question.

 

Anyways from what I have been able to see so far this mod is absolutely amazing and I am looking forward to getting everything else working and playing it more.

Hi! Do you have AAF themes all installed correctly? Also from the error you reported it seems you don't have a male masturbation animation. You can find one in Atomic Lust, which is a mod that must be installed (you must not install the old rufgt animations, you must install the actual named Leito anims) .

I thought I did setup them up but everytime I launch it it does say there are no AAF themes installed. I do have Leito anims but I also do have old rufgt animations too. Let me try removing old rufgtim animations. 

 

I do have atomic lust and a lot of other animation packs. Could it be something wrong with my order?

 

Also for the AAF themes I see on the MCG page it says: You need to install all of them. There are ALL IN ONE patches in the making from other authors that will include the features of themes in the future, in that case you will be free to use those new patches in place of AAF Themes;

 

When I click the link and go on the forum there are a lot of different options is there one you recommend that works?

Excellent, but make sure you have the Atomic Lust animations correctly installed now that you unistalled the older ones (called rufgt animations). There was no point in having rufgt and Atomic Lust together because Atomic Lust is the upgraded version of the old rufgt file.

Also, when you had installed the AAF Themes, did you selected the option to install all of the themes: Vanilla, Kinky and Creatures?

I installed Vanilla and Kinky based on what is says when I first launch it and AAF says it is installed.

 

I hate to bother with so many questions but is there a global list of all of the animations. I just went through a couple tests with MCG and there are still some like MALE + MALE and others that it shows the same error for. 

 

Also is there an easy way to turn of AAF debug mode? Or do I need to reinstall. Thanks

Sorry one last question. I just tried to add some more animation packs and I got back into a broken state I was in the very first time I tried to install everything.

 

Essentially the AAF wizard doesn't open and if I try and start anything using MCG literally nothing happens. Is this an indicator of any known issue? Maybe the load order is wrong? Where should MCG be in relation to the order?

I was able to go through one more guide and I believe now have everything working. This mod is absolutely amazing. 

 

The only animation I still seem to be missing is for multiple people involved. Whenever I am defeated the gangbang animation skips. Is there a specific pack for that?

Guys sorry I am being very busy in real life in this period so I am not giving much attention to this support topic, I hope in the near future I will find the time to answer you all.

I am investing the few time at my disposal for the game in playing it and fixing bugs. In the last gaming session I wasn't able to find any but I changed 2 small things regarding cigarette animation and divorcing consequences for my gameplay reasons, the last one is expecially a balancing act.

 

The only strange thing I found were that I didn't have any Quest rewards notification recently, after I implemented the sex limiter setting, did you noticed any lack of sexual quest reward lately? I was not able to determine if this is indeed a new bug, I will need more time to confirm or not this, let me know!

Been getting "such and such has been impressed with you. Talk to them for a reward?" Had 3 in a row. Is that considered a Quest Reward notification? Seems more frequent than usual..

Yeah I get the "Quest Reward" popup all the time after each quest. Haven't had any issues with it not showing up. Especially on a new game was rather hilarious taking Preston and the Scooby Gang back to Sanctuary. Got one from Preston afterwards, then went to Sturges and got one from him after helping around Sanctuary, then went to Mama Murphy to give her drugs, and got another from her after that lol. So it's been pretty productive. ?

Thanks guys :D I found why I didn't get much quest rewards in my gaming session... I had the "Gender Limitations" setting as "Eterosexual" and I was playing as a male and in that game session all the quest givers I did a quest for were males so that was why they did not proposed me any sexual reward xD... how silly of me ?

 

See... even I that I coded this mod with my own fucking hands sometime get confused by it ahahhaha ?

Hi superfungamemodders!

About your question I assume you set the "Player Defeat Rape Distribution" to "Orgies" instead of leaving it to the default "Max Followers", well in that case you need an XML Patch that unlock the gangbang animations, mostly from SavageCabbage animation pack, to don't have any gender specific condition for the actor input. Patches like AJ Various XML Files and AAF XML Extended 1.0.3 allow this kind of liberty but unfortunately I saw many reports that they no longer correctly work with newest version of Savage Cabbage. You may need to wait until they get updated and in the mean time I suggest to stick with the "Max Follower" choice or you could manually edit the needed XML Files if you know how to do.

 

The Max follower choice even if doesn't play gangbangs animations they could allow a similar experience if you have a companion since both you and your companion (and also all your MCG followers) could be raped by available enemies, the difference between "Max Follower" and "Orgies" choices is that for the latter only you and your vanilla companion are raped with two different animations but those animations are gangbangs of up to fivesome, in the former instead each one of you and your followers is raped by one enemy, so being a couple sex BUT the ensemble could still be considered an orgy, an assemblation of couples that have sex all near each other.

I still have this weird problem with "The one patch to..." blocking oral animations in the animation choice menu. I only get a text box like with missing animations (xy fucked hard with xz) but the animations are there and working in every other situation.  Somehow the patch either blocks the animation fom playing or skips them, without the patch it works fine.

Can anyone help me? I installed all mods again and the problem stays like it is.


And by the way, the free camera during sex animations doesn't work anymore with the newest MCG and f4se version. Any idea what happend there?

All these are not bugs created by MCG and thus cannot be resolves here. Use those mods support topic to resolve those issues.

My opinion is that you updated your Fallout 4 recently but yoi didn't update your F4SE and AAF accordingly...

Fallout 4 had an Update recently and I installed the new F4SE and it works without problems. Do I need to update AAF as well?

You must update AAF everytime you update your Fallout 4 - F4SE. And I would add that all the requirements of AAF must be updated when you update your Fallout 4. This includes also LooksMenu.

Thank you very much. I'm still new to modding fallout.  I updatet LooksMenu because it gave me an error message when starting F4SE.

No problem, I understand. Modding Fallout 4 using nexus mods is generally easy but modding Fallout 4 using Loverslab mods is much more complicated, requirements and instructions get messy and difficult to follow but those are more important than ever here in Loverslab due to the fact that with sexual animations and systems we create something for Fallout 4 that was never intended to be run on this game, pushing it to the limits.

Do I still need the "AAF Patches for Leito and Crazy Animations" and the "AAF Compatibility Patches" ?
