Items that can be set on/off are initialized when the menu is closed and opened, but the hotkey setting is changed to 'f3' for a very short time (if specified in f3) and then back to 'none'.

I tried '2,3' for items that can be set up on/off, but it didn't work. I don't know why only MSG keeps changing to default when the other mod's settings are saved without any issues.

Didn't MCM warn you when you tried to use keys like F3 that there is already something assigned to it? Try assigning the "B" key or quote key as a test.

What are the timestamps of keybinds.json files in the config folder for MCG? The timestamp was cut off again.

 

Maybe MCM is reading settings from one place and writing to another. Can you search your hard drive for all copies of any folder named "MCM"?

 

I suggest creating a thread on the more general mod about MCM since the issue isn't directly related to this thread's topic. https://www.loverslab.com/forum/59-fallout-4-non-adult-mods/ If you @Cranky Cat then I can find it.

 

Also, the MCM main mod page discussions might be of more help from people most familiar with the issues. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21497?tab=posts NVM, nobody seems to be getting help for this there. :(

 

Edit: Please verify that you have Mod Organizer v2.4.4 (upper left on window title)

I never tried with MCG. I think there is a romance "cheat" option but I don't know if it works when there isn't one already part of the character. I know Sexual Harassment definitely includes Strong since he was in the screenshots and I think Sex em Up has a cheat to force relationships with any NPC. MCG has a "cheat" to force a max attraction but I don't know what that does for Strong. I don't have a set of save games.

 

Maybe I can find a vanilla save someone uploaded and make a profile for it to test MCG better without having to progress so far.

Nope, apparently not! No dialogs like that with Strong with MCG even with the animations installed.

Strong is a vanilla companion, vanilla companions are treated with a different system: romanceable ones unlock sex after you vanilla romance them.

 

Non romanceable ones like strong, valentine etc requires you to reach full vanilla affinity level before you unlock the mcg option to force romanced on them, and then have sex.

 

You can for sure have sex with submitted super mutants, don't remember if you can have mcg dialogues with friendly super mutants, like virgil super mutant or the one friendly in far harbor

Infamy doesn't seem to be updating. It seemed to work fine early in my game but it seems to be stuck at 13 at the moment. I've had my character do plenty of things which should increase infamy like public orgies and the like but it's not increasing. 

 

Edit: It does seem to increase for murder but not for any sex act.

I apologize in advance if this post does not stand by the forum's etiquette; it's my first post.

 

I have a problem with animations in MCG on my first attempt at installing. If this is a know (noob) issue, please point me to the solution. I have searched for it to no avail. If this is a standalone bug that requires proper reporting with logs, please let me know and I'll do that in more detail.

 

The issue with the animation is self-explanatory with these screenshots (imgur link, I don't know how to upload pics). It seems to happen for both AAF animations and normal-game crouching. Also to the movement of some female NPC's:

Hello, welcome to Loverslab. I had similar problems and I'm pretty sure your problem is related to body and/or physics. I don't think it's related to animations and even less related to M.C.G. mod itself. M.C.G. mod itself is just a set of scripts which only trigger the start of animations in an immersive way. Have you checked and followed the guide here? If not, I highly recommend you to do so, there's a lot of useful information and tips that will help you to install it all properly and also to avoid many known issues.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I followed that guide to the best of my ability, but I had added other minor mods before that and maybe that messed up something.

 

I think I will start from scratch to make sure I do everything correctly. I plan to uninstall the game and all the mods and reinstall everything back. Is this safe, or should I consider something before doing this? For reference, I have the game on Steam, so I hope at least my saved files will stay backed up in the cloud.

If you have saves you'd rather not lose I would suggest not relying on saves to the cloud. Manually back up your saves. If you don't know how there are plenty of youtube videos which will show you how. If you're new to modding in general I would suggest searching for Gopher's modding guides for Fallout 4 on youtube. They're a bit old now but probably still relevant.

Well, unless you have a perfect way of rolling your old mod list back into the game, then I'm afraid your old saves will be useless. There are lots of scripts running in the game added by various mods, these scripts and references to them are baked into your game save files, so naturally if you change your mods (which is exactly what's going to happen when you reinstall the game and start modding it from scratch), those old saves relying on mods and scripts that are no longer loaded and active will simply not work. In best scenario the saves would refuse to load, in worst case they will load, but eventually break anyway, in the worst time after you already invest too much time into them. If you're serious about fixing your mod load order, it's always better to not dwell on older saves.

Is there any particular version of CWSS required for this patch? I am currently using 4.01.

CWSS has been updated after the MCG mod finished developing, so latest CWSS is not compatible with MCG patch, to have a compatible CWSS patch of MCG you need an outdated WSS version from before april 2020

Yeah, I kind of figured that out after a while. Unfortunately CWSS has gone from the Nexus, so I can't find the older versions anywhere.

So I'm having an issue where the mod keeps telling me that the player is currently in an AAF scene when I use the hotkey even though I'm not. Is there a mod that causes that to happen or is it a load order thing or what?

In the NPC sexual harassment feature.. when the NPC comes to me and tries to put a syringe on it.. Fallout 4 exits to the desktop.

Not sure if this has something to do SKK Replace Any Actor, but I can't seem to move my new slave (an operator from just outside sanctuary, replacing a bloodbug spawn?) very far before she completely despawns or dies? There is a popup that says slave is no more or something, I've physicallly seen them just vanish into thin air when moving to the next cell maybe?
