Welcome to the Red Rocket Basement Player Home Update 2! (V1.0.3)
VERSION 1.3 IS NOT PHYSICALLY DIFFERENT FROM VERSION 1.2. IT JUST CHANGES THE VOICE.
During its checkered past, the basement below Red Rocket had always been a perfect place to handle the more... shady business of Power Armor repair and underground dealings. Favored by local criminals to tune stolen goods, the cave access in the back gave them means to move, and repair, both stolen cars and power armor unseen. Now collapsed, the back entrance to the cave cannot be entered, but its secret entrance on the hill right in front of the shop makes it an ideal place to stay, while your settlers work up top. Shielded from both radiation and the dangers from up top, it's as secure as a vault!
Features
RR Basement is a simple undecorated player home. It has a workshop and quite a few resources you can scrap before you decorate it. You can use all interior workshop elements. Power is supplied at two places, players need to add their own power nodes to expand power across the home. The workbench is (SHOULD BE) connected to the workshop up top. This means that if you create a settlement at Red Rocket truck stop, you could in theory live out your days in the basement, while your settlers gather resources, food and water. Settlers will NOT enter the basement so everything there is yours.

How to Enter
For game balance the home is not available right away in a fresh game. You'll need a lock pick skill of Expert to be able to lock pick the entrance!

Known issues
NPC's and companions should have no difficulty navigating through the player home, unless you fill it up completely with furniture and book cases. All nav meshing was done by hand to ensure smooth navigation and I've play tested this player home thoroughly after making it over 6 months ago. I've been tweaking and adding rooms slowly since then and I found that this size was the best size for me so I can live in comfort, while raiding the wasteland...
At some places the wall meshes don't really align well, this can cause some overlapping/flickering lines here and there. This will be tweaked in the future as I find them, or if they really bother me.
Installation instructions
Drag the 7zip file into your mod manager and activate it... OR:
Unzip it manually into your Fallout 4 directory.

CrispAndClear Reshade Preset

Tired of all the blurry and haziness in game? I was so I decided to improve it.
I had to downsize images to fit the 2 MB max so they actually look better in game but it should give you a fairly good idea of the changes.
Depending on your system you may notice a fps hit. I also uploaded an alternate version that is a bit lighter.
If you don't like something, you can change it to your preferred tastes using the ingame ReShade menu.
INSTALLATION:
Download the latest ReSahde release at reshade.me and follow the installation instructions.
Unzip the CrispAndClear.ini and place it in your game folder (where fallout4.exe is located).
In game open the Reshade menu and select CrispAndClear.ini from the dropdown menu.
If you have any questions or issues let me know, I'll do my best to help.

StopHammerTime && Quiet Vertibirds

Stop! Hammer! Time!
While modding a custom companion I was often in or around Sanctuary. The settlers constantly hammering away at the houses, never ever actually improving them, was making me go crazy. Sometimes while chatting with an NPC... Sturges comes stands next to you and starts his F#$#$ing hammering... so I put a stop to it. I went into Sanctuary and took away all the 'Hammer around the house' activators from the map.
Only works for players that do not run other Sanctuary mods.
Otherwise, this mod changes nothing.
If you get glitches in the map, move StopHammerTime.esp to the top of your load order, so your other mods will have a higher priority.
There are other mods that do this as well, but often they are more invasive.
This only changes Sanctuary, not the animation or sounds itself.
Quiet Vertibirds!
Lowers the volume in turrets and vertibirds AND CATS, by adjusting the SoundOutputModel configuration.

Sanctuary Blueprint for Sim Settlements - RSE Brothel Raid Defense!

Hi, so this is my 1st ever upload lol. This is a settlement blueprint for Sanctuary Hills that I have had great luck with using RSE's Brothel Raids module! (as in I pwn their asses - bring on the waves lol).
It isn't pretty, it isn't perfect. But it is functional. The whores earn me caps, the turrets shoot shit and Heather tells me it's "Fan-Fuckin Tastic" - love it, hate it, download it or don't - just wanted to try and contribute to the best fukkin mod site on earth!

TF - Wastelander Fix

this mod simply fixes the Drifter outfit not appearing on Enemies (including Corpses) and the Player, it also fixes the Cage and Spike Armor addons forcing the Pipboy to Disappear when equiped, and as a bonus, it also sets the Cage and Spike Armor to only Use the Torso biped Slot, meaning they can now be worn with other armor addons such as Combat, Metal, Raider and Synth.

NPC Stats (for Diversive Bodies)

As wdaigle found out, the engine doesn't really like having S.P.E.C.I.A.L. on every NPC:

Ever used Diversive Bodies and wondered why everybody looks kinda the same?
Ever turned Diversive Bodies up to eleven to see some change and than cursed 'cause your Companions look ... well ... ridiculous?
Than this mod is for you!
Diversive Bodies uses S.P.E.C.I.A.L. statistics to morph the bodies. Problem is, only the PC and the Companions have stats (and some combatants and some jokes --> Mama Murphy has 15 STR). So I carefully examined the living conditions and social status of every NPC and ... Yeah, I just threw some D10 Now every body is S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Do I need Diversive Bodies for this one?
Not really. But afaik nothing else uses S.P.E.C.I.A.L., so I don't see any reason to use this without it.
You will need all DLCs though.
Are the any compatibility issues?
Sure. Anythings that overwrites NPCs is incompatible, but a merged patch helps greatly
Will you do ...?
No. It took me over a week of dice throwing to get everybody. I am not doing that again. You can easily do it in FO4Edit, though. The stats are in the NPC you want to change under PRPS-Properties.

Remove Helmet In Dialog

Have a face to face conversation. Let your companions really see what you think of them. Any helmet/hat which removes your hair, which is more or less any helmet, will be removed when dialog camera kicks in. Things like Faded Visor which does not remove the hair should stay on. This also works on Power Armor.
No Vanilla Edits. No Duplicate Helmets To Craft. Just Works. I'm reasonably certain.
THIS REQUIRES LIKE THE MOST LATEST F4SE CAUSE IT STARTED SE'ING S'S AND THIS IS MADE POSSIBLE TO YOU BY A FUNCTION THEY JUST ADDED.

FallrimTools -- Script cleaner and more

WARNING: Unattached Instances are a normal part of how Fallout 4 operates. Until I've determined how to distinguish between important unattached instances (still in active use) and the other kind (left behind by mods that were uninstalled), I recommend that you do NOT use the Remove Unattached Instances action on Fallout 4 savefiles.
NOTE: If you're having a problem with a savefile, and you want my help, you'll need to post the savefile here in the support thread so that I can run tests on it.
WHAT IT DOES
ReSaver is a savegame editor for Skyrim Legendary, Skyrim Special Edition, and Fallout 4. It is designed to provide more information that earlier tools, and to work with savefiles that other tools wont touch. It is relatively stable and reliable. Performance has gotten pretty good!
The interface is modelled after Save Game Script Cleaner; it's not quite as fast (because of Java instead of super speedy assembly language) but it is actively maintained and has a much richer feature set. Like filtering using regular expressions, and scanning your scripts and esps for context! For Skyrim Legendary, it should read and write saves that exceed the string table limit, as long as you're using Crash Fixes v10 or later.
INSTALLATION
Unzip the archive into a folder somewhere. Double-click on the file "ReSaver.exe".
INSTRUCTIONS
Unzip the FallrimTools archive somewhere. Double-click on ReSaver.exe. Choose your savegame. You should see a tree structure that has all of the save's script elements.
The #1 thing that most people need is to remove script instances that are left behind when a mod is uninstalled.
Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Show Unattached Instances". This will filter the list and show only the script instances that aren't attached to anything. Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Remove Unattached Instances". Save to a new file. Load your savegame in Skyrim/Fallout and make sure it's working properly.
ReSaver is quite stable and I use it myself. Fallout 4 support is still new and in a beta state.
I have hundreds of mods, including dozens of major quest mods. I NEED a serious save editor. That's why I wrote one. I can't promise that it's perfect. It's possible that it will ruin your savegame, hard drive, childhood, and kidneys all major organ systems. In other words, there is no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose, etc. But it's pretty good.
REQUIREMENTS
Java is a requirement -- ReSaver is written entirely in Java.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
Test the tools! Report any problems! Report any annoyances! Try cleaning a few savegames with ReSaver, see it the new tool works at all. Play with the tool, try to get it to crash in exciting ways. Let me know how you crashed it. Find problems or annoyances with the user interface.

Thicket Exc LOD bugfix

always bugged me this one and no fix so thought i would do heres a vid to the issue.
fix changes the position of the LOD so that you cannot see it like this. looks normal before and after drain of the water.
install via nmm then enable plugin. should be last on the list.
tested on 750 ti 4gbs and rx 460 4gbs both work.
