-Getting the House:
If you are a lockpick expert you can easily pick the lock and BAM the house is yours.

However of you are more of a Idiot Savant the key is located on Toby, the previous resident. He is in a boat that has run-aground just West of the USS Constitution (Image below)

-Origin of the mod

As a member of the Team was wandering in the area, they suggested turning an old corner-house into a fully functioning player retreat, and thus the mod was born. The previous inhabitant of the residence, Toby was a squatting, chem addict who had "Borrowed" Chems from the wrong crowd, so don't feel bad, he wont be needing it anymore.

The House was nearly ransacked and thus has a few accommodations, but lacks on supplies, meaning you may need to do a few salvage runs to get the workshop into working order.

*** The NavMesh may be a bit iffy in some areas, companions, and friends are welcome, but might seem a little out of place, or confused ***
