Dead body collision for FO4 1.0.0

Adds collision to corpses. Re-made by following the workflow posted for Skyrim at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30947

Necessary since the original FO4 mod which did the same thing is no longer available on Nexus

Installation = normal as with any mod
