TF - Wastelander Fix

this mod simply fixes the Drifter outfit not appearing on Enemies (including Corpses) and the Player, it also fixes the Cage and Spike Armor addons forcing the Pipboy to Disappear when equiped, and as a bonus, it also sets the Cage and Spike Armor to only Use the Torso biped Slot, meaning they can now be worn with other armor addons such as Combat, Metal, Raider and Synth.

Ever turned Diversive Bodies up to eleven to see some change and than cursed 'cause your Companions look ... well ... ridiculous?

Than this mod is for you!

Diversive Bodies uses S.P.E.C.I.A.L. statistics to morph the bodies. Problem is, only the PC and the Companions have stats (and some combatants and some jokes --> Mama Murphy has 15 STR). So I carefully examined the living conditions and social status of every NPC and ... Yeah, I just threw some D10 Now every body is S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

Do I need Diversive Bodies for this one?
Not really. But afaik nothing else uses S.P.E.C.I.A.L., so I don't see any reason to use this without it.
You will need all DLCs though.

Are the any compatibility issues?
Sure. Anythings that overwrites NPCs is incompatible, but a merged patch helps greatly

Will you do ...?
No. It took me over a week of dice throwing to get everybody. I am not doing that again. You can easily do it in FO4Edit, though. The stats are in the NPC you want to change under PRPS-Properties.

Remove Helmet In Dialog

Have a face to face conversation. Let your companions really see what you think of them. Any helmet/hat which removes your hair, which is more or less any helmet, will be removed when dialog camera kicks in. Things like Faded Visor which does not remove the hair should stay on. This also works on Power Armor.
No Vanilla Edits. No Duplicate Helmets To Craft. Just Works. I'm reasonably certain.

FallrimTools -- Script cleaner and more
WARNING: Unattached Instances are a normal part of how Fallout 4 operates. Until I've determined how to distinguish between important unattached instances (still in active use) and the other kind (left behind by mods that were uninstalled), I recommend that you do NOT use the Remove Unattached Instances action on Fallout 4 savefiles.

WHAT IT DOES
Â
ReSaver is a savegame editor for Skyrim Legendary, Skyrim Special Edition, and Fallout 4. It is designed to provide more information that earlier tools, and to work with savefiles that other tools wont touch. It is relatively stable and reliable. Performance has gotten pretty good!

The interface is modelled after Save Game Script Cleaner; it's not quite as fast (because of Java instead of super speedy assembly language) but it is actively maintained and has a much richer feature set. Like filtering using regular expressions, and scanning your scripts and esps for context! For Skyrim Legendary, it should read and write saves that exceed the string table limit, as long as you're using Crash Fixes v10 or later.

INSTALLATION
Unzip the archive into a folder somewhere. Double-click on the file "ReSaver.exe".
INSTRUCTIONS
Unzip the FallrimTools archive somewhere. Double-click on ReSaver.exe. Choose your savegame. You should see a tree structure that has all of the save's script elements.
The #1 thing that most people need is to remove script instances that are left behind when a mod is uninstalled.
Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Show Unattached Instances". This will filter the list and show only the script instances that aren't attached to anything. Go to the "Clean" menu and select "Remove Unattached Instances". Save to a new file. Load your savegame in Skyrim/Fallout and make sure it's working properly.
ReSaver is quite stable and I use it myself. Fallout 4 support is still new and in a beta state.

I have hundreds of mods, including dozens of major quest mods. I NEED a serious save editor. That's why I wrote one. I can't promise that it's perfect. It's possible that it will ruin your savegame, hard drive, childhood, and kidneys all major organ systems. In other words, there is no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose, etc. But it's pretty good.

Java is a requirement -- ReSaver is written entirely in Java.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
Test the tools! Report any problems! Report any annoyances! Try cleaning a few savegames with ReSaver, see it the new tool works at all. Play with the tool, try to get it to crash in exciting ways. Let me know how you crashed it. Find problems or annoyances with the user interface.

Diaper Lovers Fallout Bodyslide Path fix

Faster Walking OR Jog Instead!

If, like me, you are getting annoyed with the plodding, slow walk of your character then this mod should sort it.

It now comes in 3 versions....
Â
1. Faster Walking Speed
Â
This applies a 30% speed increase to their walking speed without adjusting their running or sprint speed. This increase is about as fast as they can go before it looks too weird. It also adds a 30% speed boost to sneaking which helps make your character feel a little more nimble and athletic, while not making you too fast.

2. Jog Instead of Walk
Â
This version applies a 250% speed boost to walking. This may sound a lot, but it is actually just enough to make your character move from a plodding walk to a pleasing jog speed. All other speeds (including sneaking) have been kept as close to vanilla as possible (although there are some rounding up issues on the calculations, but nothing that should be noticable). This version works well as the progression from jog to run is about right for a human, it is just the sprint which is a bit high - might fix that in another version (ah...see below!).

3. Jog Instead of Walk (Realistic Sprint)

This version does exactly the same as the basic Jog Instead of Walk above but also lowers the sprint speed to a more realistic pace.

Installation
1. Use Nexus Mod Manager (or any other mod manager) or simply place the required .esp in your fallout4/data/ folder and then activate it in game.
2. If you're loading a saved game then you will need to activate the speed multiplier through the console as the multiplier value gets baked into your save.
Type Player.SetAV SpeedMult 130 (if using faster walk) or Player.SetAV SpeedMult 250 (if using jog instead of walk).
3. People using survival will need to start a new game as the console is not available in that game mode (there are some mods around that re-enable it though)

Uninstalling
Remove the .esp from your load list. You will then need to reset the speedmultiplier as it will be baked into your saved game files. Open the console and type Player.SetAV SpeedMult 100
This will reset your speed multiplier back to normal and once you have saved your game you shouldn't need to adjust it again.

Any other mod that changes movement speed or the speed multiplier.
Might not work well with game pads (but then you probably don't need this mod anyway)

Known Bugs
The whole movement type system seems messed up. The walk speed is hard coded - you can only change it by using the speed multiplier so the only way to produce this mod was to find a multiplier that made the desired walk/jog speed and then reduce all other speeds by the same factor .

In addition, someone seems to have assigned the NPC_Gun_MT movement type to the player when they are using a pistol instead Player_Pistol_MT. This probably means the NPCs are going to move slower with their weapon drawn...have to see how that works out. Hopefully they have been assigned the Player_Pistol_MT in which case it can be fixed. If not, then meh! Not much I can do about it...they'll just be super cautious when their weapons are drawn.

Trouble Shooting
Q. I installed the mod but my character still walks at the sames speed and now runs/sprints slower!
A. This means the speed multiplier hasn't been applied to your character. This could be because another mod is conflicting or you are using a non-standard character preset. To fix open up the console in game and type Player.SetAV SpeedMult 130 or Player.SetAV SpeedMult 250 depending on which mod version you are using. This will apply the multiplier and you should be all set.

Q. My character looks a little weird when walking faster!
A. Unfortunately the walk animation doesn't speed up well. There are some other walking animations for female characters, so try those. If you still don't like it you could try reducing the speed multiplier by a small amount using the console in game till you find a pleasing walk speed. e.g. Player.SetAV SpeedMult 125 - this will also change your run, sprint and sneak speeds so use sparingly.

Q. I want a faster or slower jog!
A. You can use the speed multiplier console command to tweak the speed. I wouldn't recommend going up or down by more than 10. e.g. Player.SetAV SpeedMult 240 - this will also change your run, sprint and sneak speeds so use sparingly.

Just a few cans of water. Well, no more! Now you can build your own settlement at the Water Tower. And did I mention you can build to the top?

NOTE: Due to several factors, it appears I can't make a full settlement at this location. However, you can still use the area as a build space. And during my testing I realized you can build a defensive base (long range guns), disable the esp, and the structure you built will still be there and functioning. You just wont have any workshop ability there.

This settlement features a generous area around the base of the tower, a rigged connection to the tower so you can get water for your settlement, and the height will assist in giving Abernathy Farm and Red Rocket a bit of fire support.

This mod lowers the explosion direct damage radius and removes the stagger effect from molotov cocktails. You should now be able to fight raiders without accidentally picking up your keyboard and beating your mother with it. The fire damage and damage over time is unchanged.

First I looked at trying to make people throw grenades less - but all the CombatStyles have Throw set to 0... all of them... So then I said fuck it, and did a little research based on some common sense and probably getting me on a few national security watch lists. Molotovs don't really have that forceful of an explosion. And they sure as hell shouldn't 1 shot you... They are incendiaries, they light shit on fire. They don't explode with the force of a super mutant that ate ten million cans of beans.

Makes all followers range ahead similar to how Dogmeat does. Handy for making them be the tank too by having them be the ones enemies see first. Also gets them out of the way more which was a pain in the ass since I play in third person. I usually go solo but I have been told they say funny shit so I started dragging them around.

Take Your Cores

This mod automatically pulls all Fusion Cores out of your power armor when you get out of it. It has two modes, timer (default) and distance. Because we have no MCM yet for Fallout, you will have to update and change its settings through the console. Don't worry, I've made it easy. See the Settings section for more info.

Timer Mode

Gives you the cores from the power armor X seconds after getting out of the frame. This mode is the default. Note that pulling the core before the shut down sound finishes, causes the shut down sound to stop. See the settings section for more info if you are using shorter animations or longer sounds, and you wish to hear it.

Distance Mode
Â
Gives you the cores from the power armour after you walk X meters away from the frame. This allows you to keep the core in while staying nearby to do your charisma checks or whatever, and hopping back in without having to reinsert. Or if you are Eric and apparently constantly just accidentally jump out of your armor on accident. Honestly depending on feedback distance mode will probably become the default in future versions.

Because we have no MCM all settings are done through changing variables from the console. The pattern looks like this:

So you literally type set, the variable name, the word to, and then the value you wish to set. Then hit enter.
Switch to Timer Mode set PALockMode to 1
Switch to Distance Mode set PALockMode to 2
Timer Mode: delay before removing core. (in seconds) set PALockDelay to 5.5 This is the value (5.5) I use for Car Sounds for Power Armor, the most immersive mod on the Nexus, to get that beep beep at the end. If you aren't using that mod you might as well just go throw your power armor in the ocean and give up ever being accepted in the Atom Cats.
Distance Mode: Distance before removing core. (in meters) set PALockDist to 8

Because we have no MCM I have included two bat files with the mod. Every Time You Update you should run the PALockUpdate file, and if you want to reset the options to defaults then you can run the PALockReset file. These are TXT files which sit next to the ESP file, if you care to inspect them.

The vanilla game iXPRewardKillOpponent = 20, so my Agility 4 character should have been gifted 8xp for that kill, she got 13 because of Int and whatever else. I feel this is on-par with generic kills where I seem to get anywhere from 6 to 16xp, plus rewarding you for high agility and having been able to successfully sneak up on someone.

There is no ESP for this mod. The Sandman perk uses a script fragment to perform the kill which in it, hilariously uses the Skyrim StartVampireFeed function, followed by a 3 second delay, and then the Kill function, which is why the vanilla game gives no XP. This mod should be compatible with everything, unless it modifies that one perk entry point fragment, which I seriously doubt will ever happen. This also means it should scale with any mods that dick with the XP giving like lower xp or higher xp or whatever.
