Another suggestion on the auto poppup boxes and script lag countering...

 

I've had a few "You hear noises outside" messages that teleport me back to where I was 'napped, but my follower/rescuer had arrived and was putting down the enemies. I wasn't in much danger either time, and would have used an option like "No I think I can hide here" or "Let me grab my stuff before I run out the back door".

 

Something like the Snooze SLEN has, just in case something's going on and we cant do whatever right now.

I'll make a MCM option to disable the escape event at some point. It's more of a convenience feature more than anything

 

What was updated?

 

You mean for 3.0 yesterday, a lot of things. Change log:

 

 

  • 150+ kidnapping scenarios, including city-specific scenarios
  • 40+ radiant rescue quests
  • Added injury at the start of the kidnap, making it much harder to escape
  • Kidnappers will now cheer, laugh, clap and make comments when they're not having sex
  • Perversion events for kidnap victims after a few rounds (including you) turning aggressive animations into consensual ones, and changing the dialogues.
  • Expanded the cuckold scene
  • Optional integration with SexLab Eager NPCs
  • Added MCM options to disable spider scenarios and allow kidnappings when naked
  • Bug, stability and compatibility fixes
  • No longer gets kidnapped while on horse

Something I noticed, but only some of the time.. when I had a fellow victim with my PC the bandit paired with her would sometimes stand up and clap/cheer, presumably at my PC. The victim would continue animating.

By the way, i think ive seen vinfamy saying to someone that we shouldnt update from 2.1 to 3.0 but i did before seeing it, it havent created any kind of problems plus i have access to all content thats been shared with 3.0. Updating seemed working  fine for me.

Most likely due to script lag. Try a higher Scan Frequency if it helps. I'll see in the next version if I can implement something better to prevent incidents like this.

Updating could work in certain saves, but not all of them (some of the 2.x saves might have been created while a script is running that has been changed for 3.0), so I just recommend not updating to be on a safe side.

Finally got some time to test out the update, and it's been great so far!

 

One problem though is that I don't get teleported away after I "pass out" and have to manually exit the location.  This happened twice now.

Tested couple of times in Solitude for kidnap to happen. I noticed that the rapists didn't change. Maybe they don't always take turns, i don't know if intended? First time it was the same women about four times. Then threesome with her and an old woman. I agree Female/Male option would be good.

 

Also how do you retrieve your gears from the npc's in a city/town? First my gears were stolen by NPC in bards college and then some priest in the temple. I would have to slaughter the whole bards college to get my items back.

I'll look at Sexual Framework, ITTDM and Amputee to see if they can be optional soft dependencies

Below he posted some dialogues/comments from his other abandoned mod More devious quests which is awesome, but terribly script heavy and he doesn't have the time to change that.

A look might give you some inspiration if needed. :)

 

 

 

I have made the same experience on a similiar occasion. Within the save I acceptetd a quest in the bannered mare by Hulda, Hostage turned out to be Saadia and when I entered the dungeon she was taken to, the message about the invisibility turned up when I attacked a bandit. So, after clicking "okay" my twohanded sword still cut through the bandit. 

I killed my way almost to Saadia when someone of those bandits seemed to kill her, hence the Message about the failed quest in the Vanilla Game about Saadia turned up. I tried reloading and the very same thing happened as chem321 already discribed. Furthermore the questmarker vanished, on the map and on the compass. And there was no Questmarker on the door or Saadia as well.

 

Luckily i made a save befor accepting the quest and there Saadia is still safe and sound in the bannered mare. I am going to test, if the vanilla quest will still work there, it would be a shame if not.

 

Still I enjoy the idea of the mod very much so. Currently I am playying a straight hero, and dont want him to be kidnapped (cant think of a bandit trying to kidnapp an over 7 foot warrior who wields a greatsword). I am looking forward to test the other possibilities with another character. Keep up your good work.

 

P.S: Can someone tell me if I reported the bug correctly or if i could have done it in a better way?

 

 

The problem with saving and loading is noted and will be remedied in the next version.

 

The kidnappers will attack the hostage if you start a fight. The invisibility is there because you're kinda supposed to just walk undetected to Saadia, watch a bit and then start a fight there to keep her safe.

 

Btw, none of the damsels killed under hostage are dead permanently, they'll resurrect and teleport back to where they belong in your timeout hours (in MCM) deducted by 4

Not entirely sure how safe that kill-resurrect-teleport procedure is if a quest is already running, i've used resurrect some times to reset NPCs... maybe a copy would be better? Just a thought in case problems occure, as long as it works no need to fix it, though. To prevent a meeting with Saadia in the bannered mare while her copy is kidnapped, you still could teleport her to an unreachable cell like qasmoke or something.

Having an issue with the rescue quests, It all initiates fine from the innkeeper but it has no quest marker or information in the journal so I have no idea where to go.

 

I updated from 2.1 but used a save cleaner to wipe all the scripts from the old version and from my knowledge this usually works fine, plus i'm assuming the quest script has it's own file anyways. So I can't really figure out where the problem is.

I cant stop them from totally slaughtering me after they have all had sex with me. I never get the chance to escape because as soon as the sex sessions finally finish they all go hostile and act like i just broke into their lair.

 

I dont mind getting beaten up from trying to escape or even knocked out but they kill me and that just causes my game to reload the previous save which is usually before i got kidnapped or just as i woke up in the lair. :(

 

I have tried fighting back but they all have warhammers and swords and i have fists. I dont have a chance. :(

Are there no comments or screams from the player and her follower when raped? I only see bandit comments.

 

The player doesn't comment while raped for roleplaying purpose. The victim only starts screaming after the second round.

 

After perversion though, the player does make some comments.

 

Finally got some time to test out the update, and it's been great so far!

Hmm strange. Maybe try reducing the Scan Frequency. Or use the debug button if you don't want to manually exit the location.

They tend to take turns more if it's a scenario with a lot of NPCs. 

 

To get back your gear, use the Return Inventory option in the MCM. Or just tick unequip only and don't have to worry about this.

For the rescue quests, the scripts are separate but it also adds a reference alias for the victim in the original mod's overall 'quest', so I can imagine using a save cleaner to wipe all the scripts wouldn't be enough (i.e. it wouldn't reload the original quest already loaded onto the save).

So far I haven't heard from people any problems due to the resurrect script, but copying and teleportation temporarily is a good method too.

 

@ sophiextime: Maybe try reducing the Stamina Multipler you that the pass out event happens earlier?

V3.0 seems to be working great.

 

My did PC fall through the floor or end up in the roof on the odd occasion but resolved with SL controls and TCL.

 

wondered if there are plans for selecting what scenarios are available? Farm house was a bit awkward as the, normally innocent, couple who lived there end up involved in my PC's rape and then try to defend the rapists when I went back for my gear. Made worse when farmer who had my gear died, got reanimated by Serana and then legged it out the door!

Excellent work so far, I'm eagerly awaiting the DD integration. My consistently tied up characters would appreciate a kidnapped holiday without a belt.

ok i will try that. I had hoped i wouldnt  need to effect something thats going to shorten the experience and give me half the fun this mod provides all due to my game seeming to always want to kill me. :(

 

BUT if i have to reduce the stamina so i black out real quick and end the kidnap fast so be it. I guess this mod didnt quite turn out for me they way i hoped.

 

Still, great mod and hope everyone enjoys it.

Just because farmers don't attack everybody on sight, it doesn't mean they're innocent. ;) You just saw their usually well hidden dark side. :D

First off great work again on v3.0. The only issue I'm having is the kidnappers never take my gear in this version. I can see it's not a universal issue though. I don't have the unequip only option clicked. They don't unequip me either sexlab does when my toon gets raped so that's still working at least. Maybe you have a suggestion.

 

My wishlist would be more options with which assailants you prefer. i.e check boxes for human, creature, beast or even more detailed such as each race if possible. Any way looking forward to the next iteration although v3 has been great

A hint for all that use Sexlab Dangerous Nights 2:

 

Best set the "getting kidnapped if nacked" option in Kidnap MCM to false, and always sleep naked after that

because as soon as you wake up, to get a dangerous night, you have a high chance to get kidnapped before the SDN2 rapists have a chance ;D

 

although i testet what will happen if SDN2 event runs while you get kidnapped => it seems okey, saw no obvious script error

 

maybe there will be just some pretty frustrated SDN2 rapist standing around a empty bed, till time runs out and they go home to drink a lot

The kidnappers only take your gear if you are wearing something in slot 32 (body slot). Are you not by any chance? Does the retrieve quest show up?

FREE THE NIPS MAN!!!!! Ah I see thanks for letting me know. It would be nice to see an MCM option for that too. I love losing my gear. I guess I'll have to lock up the nips for the time being :D.

 

Also I forgot to mention another bug I ran into. While trying to make some bank and whoring myself out I ended up passing out after sex and ending up in simple slavery which I figure has to be connected to kidnapped as it's the only mod I have that has the pass out after sex and end up enslaved function. I use the TDF prostitution mod if that's helpful at all.

Love the mod, and for the most part it's working great. I'm just having a small issue where the kidnapping happens double or triple. When the "You've been kidnapped" box opens I have to click it two or three times for the kidnap scene to start, and then there is an extra victim for each time I click. The scenario runs fine, there is just more victims, and frequently one or two of them decide to be perpetrators instead. As scenarios go having more women at the party isn't so bad (although having Sylgia wake up naked in a cell and decide that her best course of action was to rape her mom was a little disconcerting. That chick's hardcore.), but probably a sign something isn't going right.

It does sound like Kidnapped, but not sure why the mod would intervene into a TDF prostitution event.

Yeah, that's due to script lag. I already implemented a few safety features to prevent this but it will still happen occasionally in some systems. Try increasing the Scan Frequency if it helps.

I translated your Mod into German, but i cant find the NPC "Comments". Where do i find them? Or can u disable them?

In the Creation Kit, find SLK_MonitorEffect in Magic Effects. Click on Properties in the script section. The comments are under HumanComments, VictimComments, PervComments and SpectatorComments.
