If that is the only account then it can't be helped. Many crime scenes are looked into thoroughly using forensics, interrogation and eye witnesses. If possible the head of the investigation team should be the first to witness the crime scene possibly prevent it from happening but that is neither here nor there. Second best scenario, if there is security footage the cops will likely take that evidence over the statement of say an almost retired janitor with failing eye sight.

 

30 year old books huh. I'm pretty sure even history books have been updated since the last decade. Like anything it depends on what addition you are buying. Textbooks do update often so unless 30 years is an exaggeration I'm going to say no.

 

In the end it depends on who you trust. I trust professors much more than I trust schizophrenic bums in the park.

Calm the fuck down.  If you post something on the internet you need to be prepared for folks to mock you.  Yes it sucks, but that is life.  Life is messy and it is most definitely NOT FAIR.  If you try to campaign for fair you will live a life of misery and end in failure.  Find something you can enjoy.  Even if it is just little things.  Hope is not a cruise liner, it is often just the size of a small seed.  Water that hope and it WILL GROW.  Venting about something on the internet is a dead end road.  It won't change anyone or improve anything.  Instead go talk with your folks and tell them how you feel.  Go talk to a counselor.  Call a help hotline.  There are dozens of things you can do that will help.  This isn't one.

Next thing people will claim that they didn't know shooting someone can result in death.

I give up.  I can't break it down any simpler than a jury isn't necessarily going to assume that the officer knew he was choking him with his knee.  Now fingers around his neck, yep that would clearly indicate he knew he was choking him.

just an hour ago i found the nuclear option, i can make sexlab do exactly what i want by editing sslActorAlias....but doing so may also kill Creature Framework forever.... no more MCM, no more penis selection menus, all CF based mods unusable until updated to non-CF, no going back, no downgrades.....when the edited script is used sexlab can/will directly interfere with CF by removing any of it's applied armors.
