Mod looks really good and look forward to the work you will do on it, but I'm coming across a problem. When I click the "Start mod" button on the MCM menus it does nothing. The same is for the rest of the buttons like the "Start Respawn system" Button. Hopefully I can get it work!

Please wait for me setting up the page and instructions first, the download are still place holders

I am trying to use this and Raider Pet together.  However M.C.G. seems to be blocking Raider Pet's calls to AAF.  Any suggestions?

EDIT: I got it working.  Not sure if it was the load order or the changing of the rar, but it works fine now.

Thank you, don't download the mod yet i need to work on the mod description and faqs first, at the moment they are a place holder, maybe in 2-3 hours it will be ready.

I had this issue when I used the recommended file "M.C.G. Fallout4 2.0.rar".  I switched to the "M.C.G. FO4 Loose Files.rar" and now it works.

Also make sure you load MCG before MCM and AAF.

Oh, I beat you brother!  I already did... I loved your previous version when I used it with RSE... I am old school that way.  My OCD wouldn't let me wait, but to see how it works, what things might come up.

I have great confidence that it will be awesome!

At least make sure that when you install the loose files (the only version available at the moment) when prompted if you want to overwrite files you already have in your fallout 4 you say NO! especially if asked to overwrite MCM scripts or AAF Scripts, because they are packed there for compatibility purposes but in any way they should Never overwrite the ones from original mods!

I did it both ways... the mod is so vast... it is going to take me awhile to get a handle on it... but loving your work, your manuals, lol... wow, you have been busy.  My interest lies similar to the thread in Skyrim about the "Weak girl survival"... so the player victimization, surrender, etc... is what I will focus on.  Not so much into the romance portion in the wasteland, but this is true about any mod.  Perhaps one day, I will see this in a different light.  :)

John

EDIT: to say, impatience not really.  Just the way I like to run and test things.  :)  Probably spend more time doing this and being in xEdit more than gameplaying haha... It will have it's glory.

To ALL: I can't update anything more for today, I have other things to do. The mod will be ready to be downloaded for the general public within 1 or 2 days. At the moment only the Loose files are available to be downloaded and used by veterans at modding and only if you have already AAF and MCM installed. Please be patient. I will leave you with a short and low quality video about the start up process of the mod that you can watch on pornhub, it's still in conversion.  See you soon ;)

It looks promising, great ideas, good job.

I get a stable CTD with it however - when trying to enter Vault81 Curie's lab floor via elevator from the vault (as per allowed by "Shortcut to Curie" mod). I also use the Locksmith and CWSS patches (and mods respectively). I don't know which mod causes a conflict - needless to say the list goes beyond 200 of the mods I have. I do, of course, have all the dependencies installed and configured (in fact, I was trying to compare this mod to RSEE parts - after disabling those to avoid possible problems)

^ What he said. Was really confused why Install did nothing! ?

BTW does the vanilla relationship thing have an influence? IE Piper is my lover in vanilla terms, will I need to start from zero with her in MCG?

Video in Pornhub hahaha. Gotta wait till family is asleep then...... ;)

Heads up to anyone who cares- Atomic Lust (listed as requirement) makes changes to Curie and Cait :( so you'll likely need to patch them.

Anghelos, are the worldspace edits in MCG correct?

  • All the people who installed the mod yesterday have a a place holder mod, I tried to told them :P
  • This treats vanilla companion as a standalone system, the relationship level and vanilla affinity level doesn't mix. You can have sex with vanilla companion only if they are set as romanced through the vanilla way (i.e if you vanilla flirt with them) MCG just add some interconnection with the infidelty system and the ability to set as romanced vanilla companions that in the vanilla game you could not romance like valentine.
  • The video is just the start up process of the mod to let people see how the mod should startup nothing more;
  • My mod don't make changes to curie and cait so the changes of atomic lust should be used by mcg without problem, what changes does it make?
  • The worldspace "edits" are not edits :) , F4Edit list some cells if you referenced something in a cell in one of your script properties, they are only referenced not changed.

Ahh, the worldspace thing explains a lot! Good to know. Tks.

The thing with Atomic Lust is not an issue with MCG at all. I was simply warning other users that if installing Atomic Lust (for this mod) that they may need to jiggle load order/make a patch or any changes to Curie and Cait will be overwritten.

TO ALL: Now mod is ready to be downloaded. just to make it sure: READ THE MOD DESCRIPTION BEFORE INSTALLING, let me recap the installation steps:

INSTALLATION:

  • Make sure all the requirements are installed correctly with all their dependencies, so I suggest to read the instruction of each mod page carefully;
  • The main file you need to download is M.C.G. Fallout4 2.0.rar, install it using a mod manager or extracting the content of the "main Files" folder to your fallout 4 data folder;
  • If you want skippable dialogues you can download the silent voices "M.C.G. Fallout4 Skippable dialogues.rar" and install them using a mod manager or manually extracting the "sound" folder into your fallout 4 data folder; For an optimal experience I recommend to install the silent dialogues;
  • The files with (Optional) mark are not required to be installed;
  • Loose files are for modders;
  • IMPORTANT: IF PROMPTED TO OVERWRITE AAF FILES, DECLINE. MCG SHOULD NEVER OVERWRITE FILES YOU ALREADY HAVE IN YOUR DATA FOLDER. THOSE ARE FOR COMPATIBILITY FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T USE AAF.
    • For modders:
      • The file "M.C.G. FO4 2.0 Loose Files.rar" contains the mod not packed, with all the scripts loose etc, this is intended for modders that want to see the code or make changes/fork of this mod and for those that know how to make a manual install and don't trust mod managers. Don't install this if you already have the "M.C.G. Fallout4 2.0.rar" and/or the "M.C.G. Fallout4 Skippable dialogues.rar", you must choose only one combination.
      • IMPORTANT: IF PROMPTED TO OVERWRITE AAF FILES, DECLINE. MCG SHOULD NEVER OVERWRITE FILES YOU ALREADY HAVE IN YOUR DATA FOLDER. THOSE ARE FOR COMPATIBILITY FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T USE AAF.

This means that you only need to install M.C.G. Fallout4 2.0.rar and M.C.G. Fallout4 Skippable dialogues.rar for an optimal experience. Load Order is irrelevant.

DO NOT INSTALL LOOSE FILES IF YOU ARE NOT A MODDER.

 EDIT: if you are one of those that were so impatient to install the mod yesterday when it was not ready make sure you unistall that version first, nothing of that version should remain in your data folder before installing the real one that i just uploaded, and just to make sure: DO NOT INSTALL LOOSE FILES, NO I DON'T BELIEVE YOU ARE A MODDER, DON'T INSTALL LOOSE FILES!

A great and desired mod is finally here.

Thank you, I hope the mod is up to your expectations, this is still a first release and even if I carefully checked it for bugs something may have been missed. dialogues are still not well written and should be changed, I accept suggestions about those

I don't know if this happening to me only but when i click start the mod my game just freezes. I'm going to check if RSE mods effect it too.

Edit: Seems like removing the RSE mods fix it. I don't know if it was sheer luck but if someone can test it out to confirm it. What i did was had RSE installed before the M.C.G. mod. then tried to install it.
