GM Full Model Switch swaps a character's native portrait model by sex through a native DLL injection:
tagged male characters render the female native model, and tagged female characters render the male native model.
Instead of swapping meshes, it uses a version.dll proxy loader plus MinHook to hook the game's portrait resolution at load time

Compatibility warning (English)
⚠️ This mod injects into ck3.exe, and its hooks are tied to specific game versions. Verified and working on 1.18.2, 1.19.0.4, and 1.19.0.6 (all three tested in practice). Major version jumps require re-extracting the RVA and recompiling the DLL. The author has only tested this on his own setup (64-bit Windows + the CK3 versions above); if your OS or game version differs from the author's, he believes the mod will not run, and you would need to test or re-adapt it yourself. Back up your saves before use.

Sex Scenes
In addition to the sex events added by CD3, the mod also modifies the vanilla have_sex_with_effect so that at the end of the event where the effect was called, a sex scene will run. Likewise, the vanilla rakish_brothel_night_effect has also been modified so that the Rakish trait's stress coping event and Visit a Brothel Decision will call a sex scene at the end of their event chains.
All sex scenes will use the Royal Court even if your ruler does not have one. You can play as Landless Adventurer, Count, Duke or Administrative Lord, etc. and still be able to run Royal Court sex scenes. For solo scenes/jerkoffs, the character event window will be used.
In some courtrooms such as the Byzantine and Chinese courtrooms which are huge, the camera transition from the throne room to the cd3 room will take longer and may also cause motion sickness. You can turn off the camera transition in the game options. This will make the scene change instant.
Character Interactions
This mod adds the following character interactions:
Sex and Sex (Bottom) - Use these to trigger sex scenes with your lovers, spouses, and escorts. You may turn these interactions off in the Game Rules if you want a more passive way of having sex where you will rely on your arousal meter and other sex events. Threesome - Engage in a threesome sex with your consorts (husband, wife, concubines), male escorts, and lovers. Fornicate - You can have sex with other characters too with this interaction. You can bribe them or use hooks. Emperors, Kings, and characters with high honor will not accept bribes but you can use hooks against them. Strong hooks will guarantee fornication. If you will bottom for them, they will be more willing. Greedy characters will ask for more gold. Note that you have to be at the target character's location for this to work. Masturbate - You can masturbate if your arousal is high. Hire Escort - In case you want your escorts back (your escorts from your previous ruler), you can use this interaction on them. Spy (Voyeurism) and Stop Spying (Voyeurism) - Use these to proactively spy on any character. By proactively spying, your character will be prioritized or picked as the voyeur in jerkoffs and sex scenes involving the target character. This will also give you Sleep Voyeurism event featuring the target character. Note that voyeurism will not happen if you are away from the target character.
🍆Schlong Traits
Schlong traits are genetic and for males only. There are four: 🍆Big, 🥒Large, 🥕Small and 🌶️Tiny. Each gives attraction bonus or penalty. If a male does not have a schlong trait, that means his schlong is average.
The chance of inheriting or gaining a schlong trait depends on the following:
Genetics - Father having a schlong trait (Big Schlong, Large Schlong, Small Schlong, or Tiny Schlong) This gives the highest chance. Physique - Parent with any physique trait (Hale, Robust, Herculean, Delicate, Frail, or Feeble). Both parents are accounted separately in the calculation. Testosterone - Parent with the Athletic, Strong, Club-footed, or Weak trait. Both parents are accounted separately in the calculation. The green colored traits above contribute to inheriting a big or large schlong. Red ones for small or tiny schlong.
Note that the child can still gain a schlong trait even if his father does not have a schlong trait (i.e. his parents have physique traits or traits like Strong or Weak).
When it comes to culture, schlong traits work just like physique traits. For example, having a big or large schlong will give prestige (or a negative opinion if you have a tiny or small schlong) if you are a Norse.
In sex scenes, big and large schlongs might cause stress to a Bottom.
For more flavor, you can change the Schlong Trait names in the Game Rule to use Immersive names like Well-Hung, Fingerling, etc.
Arousal System
Upon legal age (18), you will get an arousal tracker variable. You can see it as a UI meter on top of the Stress Meter of your character (Lower Left Portrait). When it turns orange, you will get an erection, and stuff happens when your arousal is high.
Every quarter, male characters gain an amount of arousal. By how much depends on the character's traits, personality, and circumstance (in army, travelling, imprisoned, old age, etc.). Voyeurism and encounter events also give the characters some arousal if the involved character is good looking.
When your arousal is high, you will be given an option to abstain, relieve yourself, or have sex with your partners and escorts. You can also manually relieve yourself if your character is currently abstaining or has an erection, just right-click on your character and select the option. Characters may also get super boners called Towering Erections - this is a character modifier that makes the character's schlong erects vertically.
Escort and Escort-Client Relationship
You can also hire escorts as a decision and fuck them. You can lose the escort relationship if the escort is no longer your courtier, has become your lover, or reached a certain age. You can view all your escort relations in the Sex Journal.
Sex Journal
This UI window serves as the main container for different UI's made for CD3. Currently, it can display the list of your male escorts. Click on the book icon in the right tab menus to show the sex journal.
Voyeurism
The player and characters directly under him (courtiers, direct vassals, guests), and all characters participating in an activity can spy on each other's intimate moments. Characters that are very sexual (Deviant, Lustful) and non-straights are the ones that will likely to spy on other characters while honorable characters will try to avoid such act.
The player and other characters can also spot voyeurs during their jerkoff moments if they have high intrigue or high venerator hunting skill. Traits such as Patient, Paranoid also comes into play when detecting voyeurs. Once detected, you can call them out, or give them a nice show. In some cases, they can be invited for sex. Spotting voyeurs is only implemented in jerkoffs and not yet in partner sex scenes.
You can proactively spy on any character with the Spy (Voyeurism) character interaction. By proactively spying, your character will be the prioritized/picked as the voyeur in jerkoffs and sex events involving the target character. You will also see the target character sleeping naked. Note that voyeurism will not happen if you are away from the target character.
The mod also has decisions to enable or disable passive or accidental voyeurism. These decisions do not affect proactive voyeurism.
Top - Bottom Mechanic and Sexperience
By default, characters will either be bottom or top. You can change this by selecting a preference. You may choose your preference via a character interaction (Right Click on your character, must be 18). By having a preference, the game will give you your desired position in sex scenes but not a 100% guarantee.
Stress gain and loss are applied differently to a position - the Top will mostly get stress loss while the Bottom has higher chance of stress gain (traits, schlong size, sexuality, and sexperience points are accounted for). Regardless of position, each character in the sex scene will gain Sexperience points which will help the characters prevent stress. Sexperience is tracked by the Sex Mastery lifestyle trait.
Straight-Curious
Hetero male characters may become straight-curious if they happen to spot a good-looking character doing a solo scene. Straight-curiousness may also be obtained in an event called The Husky Tavern which is a low-key gay tavern located in your capital barony. Straight-curiousness may lead to a hetero male character becoming homosexual or bisexual. This mechanic is useful if you are playing a straight male character and you wanted to make him homosexual or bisexual or just role-play as a straight male character with a gay curiosity.

Compatibility

What is it?
Vanilla Framework tries to replace ALL vanilla portraits with pornographic versions, except for most of the machines. This includes portraits for crises and paragon leaders as well as all playable species. The only portraits from the base game you should see with this mod installed are the machines (though they may sneak in through events that need to be patched). There is a non-replacer version available that adds new portraits without overwriting any base-game files.
Species added by this mod include futanaris that may be accessed using the traits from Lustful Void or by the gender traits included in this mod. In addition to portraits, this mod adds 3 new traits to help control the gender of your species: Male-Futa (+10% pop growth, replaces females with futas), Female-Futa (+25% pop growth, replaces males with futas), and Tri-Gender (+10% pop growth, females portraits will include futanaris and full females).

Requirements
No requirements other than a copy of the game Stellaris, but check the installation guide as the mod has to be downloaded in parts. Lustful Void is highly recommended for use with this mod as the gender traits work with VF species. All species may be accessed without DLCs, however you will need the relevant DLCs to access certain species classes such as aquatics or necroids. If you lack any species DLCs, you can access the species as a non-DLC class from the DLC Species category on the empire creator.
Compatibility
This mod is designed to be fully compatible with Lustful Void's gender traits but can still be played without them. Other mods that tamper with coding for certain base game events, crisis, and paragons may cause issued. This mod overwrites 00_portrait_sets and 00_portrait_categories with a blank file to remove base game portraits. This game also overwrites the code for most paragons, crises, and some events. Base game portrait sets and portrait categories are overwritten to remove them, but other mods that overwrite them should work fine if they are placed BELOW VF in the mod order. The base game machines portrait set is technically overwritten but no changes are made, it is included in the VF machines portrait category so any changes other mods make the the base game machine portraits will be reflected in the category labelled "Machines (VF)". This mod includes the following mods (they are part of VF Continued and should not be installed separately): VanillaFrameworkPortraits+ by EnviousEll, Vanilla Framework Events Updated by Railgunner2160. This mod includes portraits (but not code) from the following mods: Furry Dickgirl Portraits by Nightsail, VF Inspired Themes by Railgunner2160. These mods may be installed alongside VF Continued in order to use the species created in those mods, as the portraits in VF Continued are all integrated into the VF species.
By default, each species will use the Male and Female image sets, but when used with Lustful Void, you can also use the Futa images. When creating a species, select their appearance, then a gender trait (All Male/Female, Futa), then change the rulers appearance. The rulers image won't update itself in the creation menu when you choose a gender trait, so you'll need to do that yourself.
Submods
REQUIRED - VF Portraits: contains the image files for humanoids, mammalians, and reptilians. Optional - VF Hyper-Size: contains species tailored to the hyper-size fetish. Should work fine on its own without other VF versions.
Alternate Versions
Standard: downloads that have no special designation are the regular version of VF as described in the "what is it" section. Non-Replacer (NR): this version of VF adds the portraits without overwriting base-game files. This means that you will see base game portraits for all crises, events, and paragons, and that base game portraits may be used by randomized species (or by the player in genemodding/empire creation). This also maximizes compatibility with other mods. NR versions still require VF Portraits. Legacy: older versions of VF may be available for download for people who wish to stay on old versions of Stellaris. Versions older than 2.4 do not require VF Portraits.
Installation
Delete any old versions you might have installed
Download the latest Vanilla Framework.zip and VF Portraits.zip. These are only separate mods because the mod was so big I had to split it up. Both Vanilla Framework and VF Portraits are required for the mod to work properly. Troubleshooting
Missing Human, Mammalian, and Reptilian portraits: these portraits are now stored in the VF Portraits submod due to size limitations. Download VF Portraits (which can be found in this Loverslab file) and install it the same way you installed Vanilla Framework. Ensure that it is enabled in your mod list. Base game portrait appeared: while the goal of the standard version of VF is to replace ALL portraits in the base game with porn, this is difficult to achieve with my limited understanding of Stellaris scripting, and I cannot personally test every event and galaxy generation. You will likely encounter some species that still use base game portraits due to a bug or oversight. The only way to change the portrait once it has been generated in your game is to edit the save, which I cannot help you with. If you encounter any base-game portraits, please report it in the mod's forum so I know to fix it. Before reporting, make sure that you can replicate the bug with only VF (and optionally lustful void) activated to make sure its not another mod breaking things.

Vanilla Framework Continued
Vanilla Framework was not created by me, and if the original author requests that I take this mod down I will not hesitate to do so. The purpose of Vanilla Framework Continued is to keep the original Vanilla Framework mod working with the newest versions of Stellaris. There are too many species added for me to thoroughly test each one, so reach out if something does not seem to be working. This mod works with the Lustful Void monogender/futa traits, as well as the VF gender policies, however I do not support the base game monogender options.
BUG REPORTING:
For now, bugs can be reported in the main forum for the mod. This is a large mod, so I cannot thoroughly test every feature before publishing. With this mod installed you should not see any base game portraits except for machines, if you see a biological base-game species portrait, there is likely a problem. The first step in troubleshooting in issue is always to try replicating the issue with only VF Continued (and official submods) and Lustful Void active to ensure the problem is with VF Continued and not from another mod or incompatibility.

Phaze's Futa + PA patch

This is a small patch that fixes a metabolism issue for futanari characters when using Phaze's Futa + Physical Attributes.
Previously, the mod failed to apply the basic metabolism score to futanari characters, forcing their target weight to 100+ by default. This patch fixes that core issue. Additionally, I have tweaked the math to include an extra score modifier. Because futanari characters often possess specific traits that the Physical Attributes mod interprets as weight-inducing, these adjusted numbers ensure the algorithm functions properly.
I have personally playtested these values across a 30-year in-game run, and the results look great: characters with modifiers like "Obese" (or related conditions) will still gain weight as intended, but normal characters will no longer automatically balloon to 100 weight.

Physical Attribute Optimised

I was trying to make Physical Attribute a little bit more optimised, without too much cutting the content as Light and Ultra Light version propose. I make some changes in math, add additional checks before full chain of updates start running for every character. It make the math work not every time, so the speed become better.
My changes:
Tier cache — height/weight/muscle modifiers only recalculate when a character crosses a tier boundary Fewer tiers — 7 modifier tiers per direction instead of 17–20; max/min prowess unchanged Distant character throttling — rulers and characters in player realms update normally; far-away AI courtiers update once per year Compatibility preserved — traits, genes, and continuous variables unchanged; works with CBO Unofficial, Better Barbershop PA Extension, and Futa_PA_Weight_Patch I tested during the 30 years run, was working okay without problems and by feeling better then basic version.
This mod replaces the Physical Attribute mod. To optimize performance, changes were made directly to a copy of the original codebase instead of using a patch. As a result, you cannot use both mods at the same time.

📜 Lore Guidelines and Galactic Canon
Our existence is not of this world. The Cosmo Scrylla emerged directly from the depths of the Shroud. However, due to an unfortunate cataclysm, a fraction of our population was exiled and materialized onto this physical plane. Our sole and true objective? To re-ascend to the Shroud (yes, our canonical destiny is to walk the path of the Galactic Crisis).
Because our previously immaterial bodies were forced to adapt to the physical laws of this dimension, our unstable mass naturally generates Dark Matter. In return, this creates an overwhelming biological and spiritual dependency on Zro.
Canonically: We view ourselves as Nonadaptive to this universe and Decadent, always preferring to enslave, subjugate, and utilize the labor of lesser civilizations to sustain our whims.
🛠️ Developer's Behind the Scenes (The Technical Bla-Bla-Bla)
"I won't lie to you: it took an absurd amount of work to fit this species into the Psionic category. The Stellaris game engine treats mysticism as a secondary category (e.g., Humanoid/Psionic or Aquatic/Psionic). You can't create a purely psionic race in the base code.
Because of this, the Cosmo Scrylla are categorized as Aquatic as well. I chose this combination because it perfectly fits the visual aesthetics and mythological origins of abyssal creatures.
Regarding the custom Trait: my initial goal was to make it function similarly to the Budding trait (population growth via organic pop assembly), but adapted for psionic races and requiring a Zro upkeep cost. Unfortunately, my coding skills fell short, and I couldn't program this specific mechanic. If anyone who understands more about Stellaris modding can give me a hand or help implement this, I would be immensely grateful!"
The psychic connection is flickering... Secure our Zro supply, or reap the consequences.

📖 Development Background
During the development of the Gender Metamorphosis mod's "female-on-male" reversed animations, I conducted a deep analysis of CBO's animation code and made two important discoveries:
CBO had registered threesome animations but provided no call entry — meaning the threesome functionality was buried and unused Scene loading supports custom assembly — furniture, decorations, and camera angles can all be freely combined After completing the four-love (trans/reversed) system, we built upon these discoveries to create the threesome and orgy scene systems. Since these features differ significantly from Gender Metamorphosis's core "gender transformation" design philosophy, we decided to release it as a standalone mod — GM Deer Terrace Pavilion.

During the development of the Gender Metamorphosis mod, we reserved several training interaction entries in the right-click context menu. In later development, we built a complete GUI training panel that integrates all training actions into a visual interface, while also adding a "Find Master" passive training entry — allowing slaves to be trained by AI masters as well.

Gender Metamorphosis is a comprehensive CK3 gender overhaul built on CBO (Community Body Overhaul). It constructs a full three-dimensional model — gender identity · body transformation · social dynamics — atop CK3's extremely simplified vanilla gender system, spanning from genetic inheritance to physical expression, from social interaction to narrative events.

Overview
This mod focuses on creating engaging and rewarding interactions with the player’s sexual and romantic partners centered around BDSM themes, primarily domination/submission and control. My aim is to introduce mechanics that complement vanilla gameplay and will mesh well with other mods, while still being relatively lightweight. This will greatly expand how much you as both a player and a ruler can get out of your love life, while avoiding pulling your attention away from regular gameplay.
Submissive Partners should appeal to players with interests across the BDSM spectrum. Things will start off light, and if that's as far as you want to go, that's fine! Care will be taken to tailor content to what you've indicated that you're interested in, and you can feel safe that you won't suddenly get hit with something intense that you weren't prepared for. If you are looking for more hardcore kinks, you'll be able to push your relationships in that direction, but it will be up to you to do so.

Train spouses, concubines, and lovers in obedience and submissiveness, molding their personalities to suit your tastes and turning them into loyal servants for life
Control your partner’s clothing privileges, orgasm privileges, and fertility
As your partners progress in their training, unlock new rules you can set for them, new types of interactions, and more specialized ways to train them
Earn various mechanical benefits from having well-trained partners (primarily fertility, prestige, stress loss, and vassal opinion) without breaking the game

Carnalitas: Make sure it is active & above Submissive Partners in your load order
Installating/Updating
If your CK3 mod folder doesn't exist yet (on Windows, Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mod), you need to create it. To install, unzip into your CK3 mod folder, add this mod to your playset in the CK3 launcher, and enable it.
If updating, I highly recommend you delete the old mod files and reinstall every time, in case I renamed something or deleted old files. Versions 0.3+ are incompatible with save games from older versions.
Compatibility
No known compatibility issues, other than with mods using the same trait indices as mine (5600-5699). Be sure to check the compatibility section for Carnalitas, though.

So 2.0, I've got a new workflow, thanks to @Erudasu for recommending Illustrious to me, it indeed seems more flexible and has a lovely KCD2 loading screen Lora that I have and will be using. I will not be "remastering" this mod again, I'll just refine what's there and add more.
Installation : export the .zip and move both files to \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod and enable using your mod manager of choice

This probably wasn't the first thing that would have sprung into your mind when it came to Futanari development, but here we are.
If you enjoy The Viltrumite Empire mod from Steam Workshop and want to subjugate the planet whilst repopulating your race, what better agent could you ask for than a super powered Futanari? It's like natural selection.
This patch operates like the existing ones for Additional Degeneracy and Elf Destiny, where it takes the genetic traits from the target mod and allows the Futanari pregnancy system to ensure they are inherited by offspring. In this case, the patch also handles the Viltrumite Blood potency based on who the parents were.
Beyond just patching traits, I also mad this mod allow Viltrumites of any gender to be Knights and Commanders from age 12, so they can put their super strength to use sooner!
Plus, a "Futrum" coat of arms icon is also included.

This is a low-effort set of 137 AI-generated portraits of women with multiple breasts that are naked and thicc with body piercings. I made it for my own fun and thought I would share. Since I am not a 3D artist, there may be imperfections or mistakes. If you don't like a particular image, then I encourage you to replace it yourself.
How I made this mod:
Generated images in https://perchance.org/ai-photo-generator with a prompt, doing 9 at a time with Professional Photo in Square format. Download each image as a PNG. Remove the background with https://dezgo.com/app/remove-background. Download the edited PNG from dezgo. Hand remove any remaining background in GIMP or if dezgo failed. Scale to 350x350 pixels, and export as DDS.
My prompt is below. You may note that I asked the AI for four breasts, but it sometimes gave me more. I kept that ones that looked decent enough because so many of the images were too cursed to use.
