Trying to use xEdit to add TAWOBA like the post is explaining but there is no ARMO section to expand. Am I missing something?

Using the SSE version of the mod and its requirements

I'm also having trouble with getting the bikini curse removed despite paying a guy in Riften to remove a curse. Thought maybe this was the reason why

¿Bikini Curse?; you mean the penalty for holding a bikini license and wearing an armor/cloth part with not "_SLS_BikiniArmor" keyword on it. 

 

Drop the bikini license and eventually the curse clears.  To not activate the penalty, you need to wear only assets that has the "_SLS_BikiniArmor" keyword.  

 

The edits are for the tawoba plugin not survival.  You need to select the "ARMOR" section of the plugin "the amazing world of bikini armors.esp" or any other and create an override copy by right click and select "Deep copy override into".  Select from the list of plugsins at the bottom the third one named "<new file>.esp>".  It should have an "ESL" flag in one of the columns. It should ask for name, name whatever you wnat but something that tells you what it does, and the name is unique.  If the armor names turn "magenta" color it means there's a plugin overriding it, your new plugin. Got the bottom of the plugin list to find yours.

Select name, right click "add master" and select "Sl Survival" from list.  Now you can add the keyword to the armors in your new override plugin.  Follow guide bellow and use method 2 to add "_SLS_BikiniArmor".

You can edit directly but is safer as an override plugin especially when adding masters and if you commit mistake is easier to detect by tracking overrides highlights.  An override will let you install updates of the original master mod plug in and maintain the override changes, no need to do overs.  

 

If everything good you can merge but in SkyrimSE is not necessary if you have the esp flagged as ESL.  ESL plugins are grouped automatically at index 254 as one ESP.  All together treated as one.  In Skyrim LE you need to merge to liberate plugin index space. Do not flag ESL plugin with new cell records as a precaution.  The bug triggers when edit cell from ESL by ESL but better be save.  Override's only mods are save to ESL flag and if theres a special exception xedit will fail to save and log why, there's a few.

 

Be aware that xedit will make a backup of the modified plugins during save in "Data\SSEEdit Backups".

Necessary to rollback errors after saved.  You need to exit xedit to finalize changes, the modification and saves goes to temporary cache until exiting.

Just a quick idea, how about in addition to licenses there is a fraction system. Say for simplicity’s sake a free person, or slave. There may be different rules for each fraction. A slave may have to listen to every demand male NPC’s make. If the slave fails to listen, they get some kind of crime that lowers their disposition score. A person can become a slave if they get defeated in battle, voluntarily submit, or reach a certain vulnerability state, such as wearing 5 DD items. A well-behaved slave may earn the right to take paying jobs which ultimately can lead to buying her freedom. As until she gets a licensee to work all money will get confiscated with enforcer checks. A misbehaving slave may be forced to spend time in the kennel with no option to wait or sleep for “x” amount of time, after which she will be back to a zero disposition and have to work her way back to a well-behaved slave. Like this there is a rewards and punishments system together with a catch and release system. I know this is something slave run was supposed to do but never actually worked out. This mod is very close to implementing such a system, which may make this mod vastly more appealing to many people.

As always, I feel I should thank you before saying anything else. So thanks :)

 

I have a suggestion / request!

 

The daydreaming system is cool, and the voices are cool - and can easily be disabled completely if you simply set them to 0% - but is there any chance we could get a distinction between arousal and addiction based daydreaming for them? They fit really well (for me, at least my current game) for when my character is suffering from 'cum withdrawal' but when my PC is simply aroused, it doesn't quite make sense. Imagining them naked, seeing dicks instead of mushrooms, etc., I like that showing up when aroused both as a metric for me to know arousal has hit a certain point, and because it's simply a cool mechanic. However, if my character is turned on and wants to have sex, to me the various voices talking about sucking a dick or cum on the face don't line up.

 

I don't know how much of a PITA MCM coding is [I'm sure it's pretty annoying], and then making those MCM changes actually affect the mod properly probably makes everything even more of a PITA, but I found I had to disable arousal-based daydreaming or the voices, and I'd like to have both on, just not have arousal trigger voices.

[My current character / why background]

 

Current play-through (first one I've had since the Voices update), my character is an Imperial who came to Skyrim because reasons, and I've decided it's canon that IN SKYRIM cum is an addictive substance with some level of contact absorption. Whether it's a magic enchantment affecting cum in the entire region, strange genetic deviation that applies to the majority of Skyrim's inhabitants, or what, I don't care. But, it means that my character came to the nation "clean", and after being 'exposed' to cum has started to develop the addiction. So, maybe PC is turned on because I just killed a dragon, so start seeing things and thinking a lot about sex but then if I happen to talk to a male NPC suddenly "YOU WANT WARM CUM ON YOUR FACE" and I'm just like: "??? that doesn't fit right now kthx."

 

When the PC is NOT aroused, but that cum hunger starts to set in and they're too embarrassed or annoyed by their own cravings to want to resolve it, and then the insidious voices start showing up "You'd feel so much better if you just..." and it really FITS with the character concept and current RP for me. Eventually they give in and calm the voices/addiction [unclamped hunger, ravenous can dramatically impact a PC that's 'holding out against their addiction' even at low levels], and the cycle continues.

[Nice to have section, eminently skippable but still!]

 

I mean, if I were to include "nice to haves" beyond that in the cum section... Would it be possible to pull the hunger/addiction values and such from a data file instead of being hard-coded into the .psc/.pex? I'm not saying it needs to be in the MCM [though hunger values per stage are visible there, and it would be *nice* to be able to modify them rather than just look at them]. Just having a .json or something that we can edit and save without needing to recompile scripts would be nice =]

 

I have no idea how performance is impacted by reading from .json compared to hard-coded variable [though for SOME REASON I suspect that the hard-coded variable is faster :P ]

Let me see if I understand - You are asking for "voices in your head" to be linked to cum addiction only, but the daydreaming about penis mushrooms, naked males, and pearl necklaces to be linked to arousal only?

Question.

Would it be possible to add certain NPC's to the list of creatures that increase SLSO enjoyment and increase corruption? Like say, create a situation were my PC could only orgasm from sex with a certain NPC.
 

Hipothetically speaking, what should i edit to be able to do this?

Hi, everybody! I need help. In my SLS hotkey for action not work. For example, in this mod we have 3 options "ask about dick". I push the button and nothing happend.

It`s looks like i have`t some animations. But additional animations packs not requriment 

May spmybody know whats the problem?

Can't understand your English.

 

  I think, you are saying that the Sl Survival configurable "ALL-IN-ONE hotkey" do not work.  It needs UIExtensionsLE (Old Skyrim 2011) or UIExtensionsSE(Skyrim Special 2016).

 

Download new version of SL_Survival ->beta<- for SkyrimLE in THIS post at bottom and SkyrimSE from HERE_SE.

Has anyone had success using the hunter borne cache with cache tracking? In my testing most or all of my stuff has been stolen every time I leave my camp. I'm trying to respect the camp away from roads rule, I even tried halving the distance in the mcm and I'm still getting robbed.

When pick pocketing, some time i get the "starts equipping restraints" dialogue, but nothing happens. MCM setting for this is 4 devices (I think that's the default). Using SE version but I don't think anyone responds to SE thread.

I love the toll evasion feature but would it be possible to remove/disable the part where the guards put restraints on you after you've been caught?

 

What changes would I have to do myself to do this?

One suggestion: adding a hide sack to the inventory to hide items that would get confiscated by inspections.

 

 

i do have a problem with that contraband/Escort setting. Somehow cant find where to turn that off.

is anything by sls cappable to stop my dodge roll and sprinting ability while under bikini curse? Bc that stopped working on my new game and i dont know why.

 

also, having a okay-stable new game (knock on wood), is it save to create the simple merged patch now early game, will it conflict with anything like facegen data if i later want to change npc faces in game?

Also, is assumed that you will use the "Stashes" feature.  Review the "Stashes" section in MCM.

 

"Contraband" is a license feature "concept", so the follower's settings are in "License 1" (of 2) section left column.  Check Follower, Force Check Devious Follower, Follower won't carry contraband, Follower won't carry keys.

 

The "Bikini Curse" magic effect is on the Bikini License inventory item.  Drop the license item to clear the curse because you are supposed to equip bikini (_SLS_Bkiini keyword) tagged assets only while using the license.   You can turn it off in the Bikini License section in the right column, it will also include a hint about what equipped asset triggered the "curse".   You need to add the keywords to your bikini mods items to use the license.  Read the mod description page 1. 

 

The "curse" effect force an animation behavior simulating a tired PC.  No being able to run is part of it.  Just get rid of the cursed license and wait to recover. 

 

The merges may mess-up NPC face configuration if it mixes differences instead of overriding them by preferred aesthetic plugin, normally the last one doing the override.  It depends on your merge tools and there's also "BASH tags" usage to direct the tool actions. You need to read the tools instructions for that or just try it and cheat in game to be able to review the merge NPC's effects.  Learn to use xEdit tool and you be able to review merge overrides in plug-in form lists.  I have not seen facegen issues with merges but it may happen.

Does something in SLS cause Arousal gain from drinking plain old potions..? Every time I drink a potion - just a regular, vanilla, potion with no Forced Milk Maid procs or anything - I get a moan, an arousal bump, and a horny apropos message. I cannot figure out what's causing it ?

Yes (see next post) but you could choose a "Snowberry Start" while you're still in the Abandoned Prison (I'm assuming you're using Alternate Starts) which will give you three one-week licenses for weapon, magic, and bikini armor.  Its in the SLS MCM on the first page I think.  You can only select it while you're in that startup room, once you choose your fate and activate the bed its too late.

Disable license and tolls.

  What the problem reading the MCM options descriptions and trying them? 

Monoman1 do not wrote them to make the mod pretty, at least not the only reason. ?

Once that is done I suspect rebalance will actually be superfluous and can be removed. 

 

Anyone know if anyone's done this or something similar yet? Merging TAWOBA - Rebalance with the CBBE Patch?
