Would it be possible to also end the dialogue if a scene is interrupted?

I think you need to clarify a bit what the problem is... do you mean end the vanilla dialogue when you get shot at... or the time between when the convo ends and the AAF scene starts?

Update:

 

My initial impressions Looking at Indarello are promising. I didn't realize they'd added tags to the position data though Themes is still a requirement so I am assuming these are suppemental. There is no MM support. I'd imagine that's not necessary since @Ulfbearth has already updated the gay anims with tags so as long as you had both it'd probably be fine.

 

Due to a fuck up I can't actually install and test it this morning. I've got a little Mod Organizer rebuilding to do... I've also managed to go and get sick... I didn't get a damn thing done yesterday but sleep and play some Fallen Order ? ... so yeah fun times.

@Tentacus you have quite a ppl following your projects around here, have you considered making a discord server? I think it will make easy for you to share your projects progress state and for troubleshooting...

I'd have to think about it. I have no experience using discord in that way, and barely have the capacity to manage what I am doing. :)

BW dialogue.

For example...
PC starts servicing a John, someone starts shooting and causes damage to the John and AAF completely terminates the animation/scene.. unjoined, but the BW dialogue popups will continue while you're walking around killing shite. hehehe

Another example: Servicing/rape by a John and the animation changes from doggy to say, blowjob and it puts one of the actors in a place that causes damage (or the game says can't happen) and AAF ends the scene/unjoined.

In both cases you'll see the NPC landing on the ground then getting up and walking away.. or whatever.

 

You can test this in Dunwich Borers. The first 2 Raiders in the mine, one is cooking by a turret & a tent with a sleeping bag. You can't get to the sleeping bag because of the tent. So.. with Use Furniture On, AAF will try to use the sleeping bag... and fail resulting in ejecting the NPC and ending the scene.

Is that an AAF setting? Combat doesn't interrupt AAF scenes for me. This literally happened and the scene didn't stop.

Anyway I can look into it but it'd probably involve editing every popup in every sex script which I'm not eager to do for something I've never seen happen in like 100 hrs of testing.

Sounds like you need a no combat during sex option.

 

Discord is more trouble that it is worth, frequently crashes any web browser which requires you to use it on a phone or a tablet or something else instead. The crash occurs due to lots of images and video posted on the server over time it uses up more and moar memory to keep up with and then crashes the web browser

I never used discord in web browser, just pc and smartphone. I also use it to announce stuff and realtime support, so i think its very useful and helped me alot. Thats why i suggest making one.

 

You said you wont be able to manage a server yourself, but if happen to at least find someone to manage it to you, i can tell is very worthy.

The discord app is not something you should trust ever.

 

There is another problem finding someone to be a moderator/admin who is not an asshole I don't think such a person exists really. Once your server is up then you have to deal with it all the time which is moar work for you. You could just have bots run your server but set them to kick rather than ban when something happens that you don't like so the users get the message without being banned. Actually I'm not sure you can just kick someone temporarily but I vaguely remember it being possible.

I had something similar in one playthrough.... every other mod would conclude, mcg sexual harassment etc... with the peeing popup and sounds effects and the manically laugh.  

 

It was fun, but I thought game would be jacked up and since this was a test game, it was at least interesting.

How so it shouldnt be trusted? almost everyone use discord for this stuff. We have servers for AAF, Atomic Lust and Rufgts mods, Ousinus for OS & BS support, ZaZ has its own server as well!

 

Well idk, its up to you, it just came to my mind to suggest you making a server.

Discord app does a lot of stuff to make sure it can identify your computer for you know... reasons. Regardless of why it does that the point remains that it does. I forgot to write earlier a very good reason not to use discord is that it can eat up a whole lot of your time. I could spend hours on some servers just trying to catch up with things after only a day of not looking at them. You can use whatever you want but I can guarantee that discord will be the black hole that swallows a lot of your time.

Update:

 

Okay... so it's still early... but I'm probably gonna release a patch for Hardship that uses Indarello + Ulf's One Patch Temp fix  Instead of using Polistros patches. This required me to go point a number of scripts at different animation names... The advantage is that people don't have to remove the Leito XMLs from One Patch anymore, and more importanttly it'll give you a lot more new animations to play with than what themes can give you. (currently) As well as all the other benefits of Indarello.

 

The disadvantage is that it's a bit of a pain in the ass to install correctly... Custom moans despite not being called a hard requirement IS... If you don't have it installed things get incredibly flaky... long animation load times hanging on the black fade in screen, which fucks up the timing of Hardship and for some reason was causing position changes to not occur. Once I installed Custom moans that all went away. (Not too bad as it turns out Custom moans is super neat)

 

So yeah I'll test it a lot tomorrow. (If I feel well enough)

I'll also have the version with the old requirements as this is enough of a pain that I wouldn't want to force everybody to migrate. I'm still holding out hope that this community gets it's shit together and makes a standard soon... so this is almost certainly a stopgap.

That's because a mere mortal can't break shite like I can. LOL!

It's not a big deal, and is rather funny when it does happen.

 

My PC got Violated in a Vault with 16 or so NPC's standing around. I got one of them to pick the handcuffs.. which took forever (LOL) and the pacification timer ran out.
All hell broke loose, my PC went into bleed out 3 or 4 times (tgm was on) while the NPC was calmly "trying" to pick the cuffs. Even though the PC was waaaay out of alignment, the "scene" played out fully.
Because... the NPC never took damage.
I should have recorded that.. was really funny!

I downloaded the mod and it is working but they just wont have sex. I ask to sell body for sex and they say they would like to, then they say let's go somewhere private. After they ask for a more private space nothing happens. Am i supposed to follow them, are they supposed to follow me? they don't seem to follow me or be going somewhere so i dont know what to do. Please help me out i'd really like to see what this mod has to offer fully.

Raider Captive dialogue:

If you are running RSE II CSA. In order to activate the raider captive dialogue. During a CSA abduction, once you have reached the raider camp, make sure menacing raiders are toggled off, then toggle on the raider captive dialogue, and then activate Beggar Whore mode. IN THAT ORDER.

 

Consider this an experimental, rough around the edges feature.

Beggar Whore Mode:

Toggling this option on activates all the interaction dialogue for this mod, as well as allowing for the detection of if you look threatening or not to Raoiders and Gunners. In general you should toggle BW mode off when doing vanilla quests, using vendors, or engaging with other mods that do similar things to Hardship.

 

Sexual traits, history, and appearance:

By equipping the menu item you can build out your character how you choose... determining things about them, from their sexual history, their sexual likes and dislikes, and whether npcs percieve them as average, very attractive, or just plain ugly. How you look affects how they treat you as well as how much you can charge!

 

Makeup Mirror *

Access the looks menu from anywhere, including editing the body without the dreaded camera bug, (See known issues for caveats)

 

Begging:

Barely managing to survive? Now you can beg for necessities like food and water... If you are pretty enough maybe they'll even throw you a few caps. Most won't help you though, and some of the ones that will, may only do so in exchange for sexual favors.

 

Prostitution:

Eventually you might get tired of begging for scraps, or doing favors for them. Then it's time to go into business for yourself selling... yourself. Make caps! Get rich, but be careful some guys just want to take it for free! To become a prostitute you can A: Just set "already a prostitute" In the sexual history menu, B: Beg until somebody offers to trade for sex, then demand caps instead or C : ask people if they know of any jobs that don't require fighting until one of them tells you that you can become a whore.

 

Menacing Raiders:

If in Beggar Whore mode, and with your weapon holstered (most) Raiders will no longer attack you on sight. Instead they'll send one out to menace you. This leads to a conversation that can end one of several ways... mostly bad... But hey... a chance is better than none.

 

Sensible Gunners

If you are in Beggar Whore mode with your weapon holstered Gunners will act much more like the paramilitary outfit they seem to be than the vicious raiders they are in vanilla. These are people you can do business with,... but don't let your guard down they are still bad guys. You can hire one to temporarily watch your back with caps or your body if they are so inclined.

 

Pimps:

There are 4 unique pimps in the mod that the player can be recruited by. They provide some protection from rape, and added opportunities for revenge against or reformation of customer rapists. They do this at the cost of taking half your earnings and punishing you if you don't earn enough. They also provide small perks such as chems, alcohol, and cigarettes when you perform well. (This is very smoking mod friendly) There are 2 male and 2 female pimps. One of the female pimps is a dominatrix who explicitly puts you in a "consensual" D/s relationship. She has unique features in that she will assign you humiliating tasks along with your basic whore duties. If the player character is male she will make you occasionally cross dress and this can lead to (if the player wants) full time sissification. ALL OF THE PIMPS require you to already be a prostitute before they'll talk to you EXCEPT B.D. He doesn't care.  I can't remember if turning one trick is enough or if you need to have 5 customers. It's one or the other.

 

Bad Boyfriend:

There is an additional kind of follower who is kind of a pimp light. If solicit a rapist customer multiple times you will have an opportunity to begin an abusive relationship with them. The only benefit of this (beyond roleplaying) is that you have a simple, low feature follower that can help you in combat, who will rape and steal from you on a regular basis... However he won't take half your caps once a day like the bespoke pimps will.

 

Addiction Dialogue:

If you are addicted to Jet, Psycho, or Alcohol, and have none in your inventory, the "My prices" dialogue option will be replaced with you asking for the item you are addicted to. If the customer doesn't have any it will revert to the normal dialogue. Additionally there is a menu option which allows you to suck cock for cigarettes. This is designed for if you are using the mod: Smokeable Cigars - Cigarettes - Joints - With HardCore Auto Save To save in survival mode, as cigarettes are pretty expensive and hard to come by in the large towns. This dialogue which can be toggled on and off replaces the "No Pussy" sexual limit on women and the Male/Male special dialogue on men.

 

Extra male Dialogue:

Because males have no need for a "No pussy" limit, I used that dialogue button for special dialogue for Male/Male interactions. You can choose your orientation/attitude in the mods menu as seen in the first video. Choosing the "Denial" option allows you to roleplay a straight guy forced to service men out of desparation, and complain about it the whole time. :)

 

Predator Dialogue:

Use your position as a prostitute to victimize your customers with theft or murder. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: While enabling predator mode adds a dialogue choice to the negotiation menu for male customers... for women it is an automatic thing because there is no negotiation phase... so unless you want to assault the female customer turn off Predator mode before getting to "someplace more private". :) 

 

Damage/healing system:

When beaten by a rapist, boyfriend, or pimp, the player may be physically injured (vanilla damage) and tagged with a keyword that tells NPCs that the player is visibly bruised. That's the main reason I added the Makeup Mirror so the player could easily and somewhat more reliably bring up the looks menu and apply appropriate bruises. Over time the damage will fade (though each beating adds one point of damage, so if you are raped and beaten by an entire raider camp it'll take many days to fade) When all damage points are depleted you will get a message saying that your bruises have faded. Unfortunately this seems to be the best possible way to do this in Fallout 4.

 

There is also a sexual wear and tear system built in that will cause a tiny amount of vanilla damage. This is affected by lubrication. Pussy lubrication is handled by simple player choice of how aroused (or not) they are as a scene starts, while anal lubrication is handled by RNG deciding if the customer provides lube. If the player has "cooking oil" in their inventory they can offer it and that provides a better chance. Anal damage is also affected by the player's mental state. You will be offered a choice of how you feel about the situation which affect if you are able to relax or not. and if you are tense you will take extra damage regardless of lube.

 

Companion sex:

Dialogue options to offer free sex to teammates, including, including offering them/asking them to take your virginity if "virgin" is chosen in the menu. If Free sex is offered before you've whored yourself to the NPC, you will no longer have the option to whore to them. Theoretically should work with any modded followers as long as they are flagged as a teammate. Also works with hired Gunners in this mod.

 

Mercenaries and Safe Passage integration:

This mod has compatibility with my other mod Mercenaries and Safe Passage . If you have Blaze hired, (most) raiders won't menace you. It makes whoring to Raiders safe and you get slightly better payouts.

If you have Sergeant Hammer hired, Menacing raiders will be more fearful of you (same with Strong and Danse), and you will be unable to beg from Gunners. "You had enough money to hire sarge! Do I look stupid"?

 

Companions and raiders

While accomponied by Vanilla human companions (or Strong) you (IIRC) Won't be raped by raiders and the dice roll is between fighting them and being let go. You can still be raped if you have Dogmeat though the chance is less. If your follower is intimidating (Strong, Danse, Sarge or Dogmeat) you get extra intimidation dialogue. There is also extra dialogue for if a Pimp is accompanying you. Also with or without companions there is always a small chance a menacing raider will just say they are going to murder you and attack.

AAF Themes Required as of this release, however will be replaced by One Patch to Bang them all 2.0+ in the near future

Fallout 4 Animations by Leito Is the pack this mod was most designed to work it has EVERY kind of animation this mod calls... TECHNICALLY with the right combination of other pacjks you'd be fine but don't come bitching to me about missing animations. 

Polistro’s AAF Compatibility Patches (or similar mod) to enable same sex animations. (This also will be replaced by One Patch 2.0+... hopefully)

I will not provide tech supprt to people using solely One Patch 1.1.1 

Real Handcuffs

 

Soft:

Atomic Lust (Or rather JUST Rufgt's old animations. You don't need the main Atomic lust) is a requirement if you want F/F cunnilingus.

 

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Stash those caps -- Necessary if you have a pimp and ever hope to save any caps.

Smokeable Cigars - Cigarettes - Joints - With HardCore Auto Save -- The best alternate saving method for Survival, and makes some of the rewards in Hardship more valuable

Survival Options -- Just extremely useful in general. Also great to turn on the wait saves if you want your PC to be a non smoker.

Immersive Waiting -- To make the wait saves even more usefu

 

INSTALLATION

Use a mod manager. I recommend Mod Organizer 2. I will only provide assistance to questions pertaining to this manager. It's recommended that you activate this mod after the Prewar/Any alternate starts. However... if you don't, and find you don't have the menu object, simply save the game and load that save.

 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPGRADING TO 1.0.7 FROM A PREVIOUS VERSION!

If you load 1.0.7 on an existing Hardship save from a previous version, the script for the [SETTINGS] BW MENU item needs to be reset. To do so simply "drop" the item from your inventory. You likely won't see it disappear but will get a message saying it was added. save, and DONE!

 

Note about the slave collar:  I used DixiePig's (with attribution) because I have always freaking loved the design, It suits Queen Isabel's background as a raider well. I'm not changing the texture and material paths so You may be prompted to overwrite if you already have The original mod, This is fine, won't hurt either mod, but if you uninstall one you'll need to reinstall the other to get the collar back . (Only true if you aren't using Mod Organizer 2 which you should be? I am informed that this is also true for Devious Devices.

 

KNOWN ISSUES/CAVEATS

If you are in real handcuffs, Hardship will automatically put you in Beggar Whore mode. This may change in the future if I add an MCM.

 

* The makeup mirror item is more reliable than the console command "showlooksmenu 14" It even allows you to edit the player's body without breaking the camera... USUALLY. This bug still randomly manifests every so often. I have no idea why. I feel like this happens most often when I am right outside the vault, so maybe don't do that. As always SAVE EARLY SAVE OFTEN. If you access the Makeup Mirror from the pipboy the screen will turn black until you hit Tab/Controller B button, then go into the looksmenu if it's behaving itself. If you access it from the favorites menu as is shown in the first video it will go straight into looksmenu. This is definitely the more reliable and preferred method. DO NOT use the mirror while sitting as there are repports that this will crash the game.

 

If you have any mods that edit Hotel Rexford (such as the excellent Fixed Hotel Rexford) Place it below Beggar_Whore.esp in your load order. You will not be able to use the Rexford features with a mod that uses an alternative interior Cell for Rexford (such as possibly Depravity) The same goes for Home Plate mods. They should all be compatible so long as they use the Vanilla Cell as a base.

 

XDI May or may not be compatible. My testing was inconclusive, but I am hearing it works fine from others. Personally I'd still recommend using the vanilla dialogue interface.

 

This should be compatible with any player rape/abduction mods as long as you make sure that Beggar Whore mode is disabled when you are captured. It's been tested with Violate and RSE2 CSA. The menu will automatically be disabled when you are abducted in CSA, but you'll have to roleplay responsibly if using another mod :) You should use the hotkey surrender option, as a holstered surrender option will likely cause you to auto surrender to Menacing Raiders.

 

IF YOU ARE PLAYING MY OTHER MOD DLYH... TURN OFF BW MODE UNTIL YOU'VE COMPLETED THE COLLAR RELATED DIALOGUE WITH ANY GIVEN NPC. otherwise you may end up with a follower you can't interact with until you get the collar off.

 

Sometimes you will get the addiction dialogue when not actually addicted yet. This is a vanilla bug with detecting the conditional. It only happens rarely and there's nothing I can do about it. If this problem persists you can simply make sure to keep one of the items (booze, psycho... etc...) in your inventory.

 

This mod's "healing" system works on a simple 24 hr timer with a set refresh time every day. This is perfectly sufficient most of the time but it means that if you get beaten up right before the timer turns over you will heal right away. This also applies to "The Mayor's favor".

 

Raiders who are using furniture will not menace or spectate. Roleplay this as them being lazy and take the win. ;) If a Raider you've never met is standing and won't menace you, they may have bugged keywords. You can use the KEYWORD RESET utility to fix them. This utility can also sometimes fix customers with bugged dialogue, but this is MUUUUCH rarer.

 

If you are using an alternate start mod like Start me up, you may not start the game with the [SETTINGS] BW MENU item. If this happens Save and then load that save. The item will appear.

 

LEGAL:

The source code is provided for you to make personal changes, should you wish to. It is not provided for you to alter, compile and redistribute your own version of the mod. The mod, HARDSHIP is only allowed to be hosted and downloaded from Lover's Lab, under my specific user account. Plugin addons using Hardship as a master that don't interfere with my original dialogue or code are allowed... for example additional pimps.

You need to speak with them again. They will follow you to a point, remember the game pathing is stupid as hell. LOL

But it 's an immersive (hate that word) way of moving the NPC to a "better" place to have sex.

I noticed that if you're wearing a Robco Shock collar and handcuffs, when a Raider removes the cuffs, it removes the shock collar too. Which if using Raider Pet, causes them to become instantly hostile.

If you're using the same function as Real Handcuffs debug menu does, then that would explain it. Since it doesn't have the option to remove one or the other.

Okay... so it's still early... but I'm probably gonna release a patch for Hardship that uses Indarello + Ulf's One Patch Temp fix  Instead of using Polistros patches. This required me to go point a number of scripts at different animation names... The advantage is that people don't have to remove the Leito XMLs from One Patch anymore, and more importanttly it'll give you a lot more new animations to play with than what themes can give you. I actually play with this setup, i make a lot of tweaking here and there and honestly can't remember how i end putting all things work together but it involved using polistros and one patch with indarello over it, i think.

 

All work corectly, including indarello features working with latest versions of hardshit. I also use MCG and RCA as AAF mods and they work fine too.

 

As said, dont remember exactly wich things i edited until all work, but anyways if you need any particular testing let me know

Yes. you need to walk somewhere where you won't be seen. (You can also just do it right there... This is for roleplaying) The next time you talk to them you will get a negotiation menu (if men) or the AAF scene will immediately start(women). I highly suggest you watch the videos. Links are at the top of the mod page.

 

There is also a utility function in the "Utilities" sub menu that lets you teleport any John that takes too long while following you.

Yeah there is no way around that that I'm aware of at the moment... sorry. Just exit Beggar whore mode if you have the collar on. I couldn't get Hardship to play nice with Raider pet... That's why I made the abduction content for CSA.

Okay big ass problem with Indarello. The current version of Bodytalk 2 requires you to build the mesh with 0 erection. Indarello's morphset data expects it to be set to 1. So if you build it the right way your dick won't work and if you build it Indarello's way you'll have a permanent boner. (gee whiz may as well go back to first gen EVB) I'm gonna try deleting his Morphset data to let Bodytalk's take over and see if that fixes it.  I'll confess I don't know much about this morph shit.

Yeah, I have learned to live with that ? Apparently, Indarello likes it that way because it didn't seem appropriate for him that men lost their erection during rape scenes: during rape scenes in Violate, the victim passes from one man to another.

Ah okay thanks. As I've made very clear I am constantly way behind what is going on on LL as a whole since I have my head. stuck in my own mods. :)

While I do understand this kind of personal hang up, that is much less immersion breaking than every man having a constant boner 24/7. Thanks for the info... glad I didn't waste time reporting the "bug" to him.
