So... heres a development / mod activities question.

 

Would anything in this mod qualify for sending a companion affinity event outbound? Specifically:

 

CA__CustomEvent_Generous

CA__CustomEvent_Mean

CA__CustomEvent_Nice

CA__CustomEvent_Peaceful

CA__CustomEvent_PeacefulFailed

CA__CustomEvent_Selfish

CA__CustomEvent_Violent

 

Done so, by adding one line of code per event, as follows:

 

 

FollowersScript.SendAffinityEvent(self, Game.GetCommonProperties().CA__CustomEvent_Peaceful) <--- using the peaceful keyword as an example.

 

 

Reason for the asking... Crime and Punishment uses these for Karma events - it intercepts the companion affinity bumps to increase karma. Olmech was saying how much he loves playing with CAP and with Hardship and wished Hardship would action more on the karma system in CAP.

 

If events in this mod apply to the above noted keywords and the script line was added in such places, you could make it communicate to Crime and Punishment without have to make ANY dependency at all. The base game would be the one sending out flares to CAP. And it would also affect companion affinity as an added bonus!

 

Just a question / thought. I know others would probably love to see that too, not just @Olmech

Well I guess fucking your companion for free would qualify as "nice" :) Generous even... The  predator mode stuff is mean and violent. I considered messing with Vanilla companion affinity but didn't bother cause I haven't played with them much since my first playthrough.

 

I'll have a hard look at it after the new year. I'm not touching hardship again until then (though god help me I'm halfway through making a mini mod lol) If it's that easy though I don't see any reason I won't be able to find a few places to add those.

I have to say Thnx so much for ur mod, is so awesome the narratives that include to the history that develops the captive heroine, naw with CSA, real handcuffs, dangerous nights, and portable workshops makes it more challenging to survive and to ask for help with cuffs for build, was awesome to see her selling herself so they take off the cuffs only to be fooled and kept bonded becuz was awesome and all but i don't know how to pick locks hahahahah, was hilarious, and simplicity amazing, tyvm again and happy hollydays to everyone

During these days of the year I barely have time, but I could install the latest version plus the patch and I had no problems of any kind. Thank you very much for your work!

 

But I have not noticed something. Or maybe I didn't see it in the options. You said pages back that you wanted to include some XMLS files so that the oral sex scenes were with the protagonist's clothes on. That's possible?

Just haven't added that yet. There were too many bugs to squash and it got lost in the shuffle. That will be added though.

Yeah this is probably the cause as I haven't been able to recreate the bug. Unfortunately 1.5.3 and up is made with the new Creation kit and who knows what problems may be caused beyond the missing menu if you play with the older version. There is no reason not to update at this point as all the necessary mods have all been updated.

Both are in Goodneighbor. BD is in Third Rail, and Raymond is in Rexford.

Thanks. Most of my stuff is beyond a pay wall at the moment (which I don't recommend anybody partake of as I barely get any compensation in years.) One of these days I'll take it all out of there and either upload it for free somewhere, or give it as Patreon bonuses (whenever i set one up) if I figure out how to offer adult stuff without getting in trouble.

(since we already have Raiders and Gunners with unique interactions)

There seems to be something wrong with hentai foundry - it says there are 8 pics on that profile but only shows 3 of them. Anyway, they are good, you should definitely publish more (paid or not)

 

Back to the mod: which variable cooldowns the guards harassment? all they are saying is "go away / stay out of trouble"

You have to have a free account to see all an artists pics. IMO it's worth it. While I have my problem with that site's image moderation there are some incredible artists on there. Including a lot of great Fallout fan art.

If they have a cooldown (IE: they raped you) they'll just say those. It's a timer like all the other cooldowns. If not it's just vanilla random dialogue and sometimes it takes a long time to get harassed... sometimes it's nothing but harassment. Likewise if you have the mayor's favor they'll just say those, and occasionally hire you as a prostitute.

 

Danny Sullivan is the only guard who can hire you as a prostitute when not under the mayor's favor.

Maybe at some point. They are such a niche and not "fun loving" group. If I  do anything I'd have to think about it for a while so I could do something interesting.

Great mod, I'm only having one minor issue with it. Whenever a scene calls for a switch to anal, it never happens. The scene still continues and ends. The anal scenes if selected first, still play fine.

That's because of the default filters, click on the "filters" button and select all options.

If you are on a non bed furniture like a chair or desk it won't change positions. If it's not furniture, You do have Leitos animations and Polistros patches installed right? For the anal position changes it specifically calls Leito poses by name, that's why Leitos is a hard requirement now.

I been getting this for FF scenes only when a strap on is involved. Of course  it doesn't effect anything, just an extra popup.

Kinda figured. LOL

One thing that i have noticed is with BW disabled, when cunnilingus or Rocket 69 is played via another mod or manually, at the end a blank white BW popup is displayed. The only fix is to exit and load the exit save. No progress is lost, which is good.

With BW enabled you get the "finish" text and can continue on.

I have never been raped since I have clean re-installed the mod, so shouldn't be in cooldown. What would be the variable to check for cooldown? (I suppose it's not _t_cooldown, since that should be generic? Idk)

 

Also I've just got a new problem, I get notification spam that "I look threatening" (fires every few seconds) although the weapon is holstered

I've been forced to use Indarello's verions of Leito, otherwise AAF doesnt activate when i try to begin a scene in the mod.

I'll try to make the original version work again.

Ok original seems to work, is there an auto-staged version, not indarello, that works?

Oh, that's good to know. I'll fix that after the new year. I had to fiddle with that final block when i added the pee stuff. Probably just need to shift the fade inside an endif.

Assuming you mean Customer rape there is no Cooldown. It's just VANILLA random dialogue. One thing that can happen though is if it's a small pool of customers and you get lucky rolls the first time with each customer they will no longer be a primary risk for rape... However Now in 1.5 they can lose that keyword and be a threat again if they do spomething rapey like forcing you to suck their dick after it's been in your ass, or switch to anal.

 

To set a customer as a potential rapist again click on them in console and type Player.CF "RemoveKeyword" _T_ReturningJohn

Specifically for Leito or other animations? as Polistros versions of Leitos are staged. I am not familiar with Indarello, but if you need that for other animations, you could edit the Indarello XMLs to remove any reference to Leitos animations. and then have both Indarello and Polistros patches (I assume)

 

Or change the position names in indarellos XMLs to match those in Polistro/Leito's? What is it with all these mammerjammers willy nilly changing the names? I do it in my XMLs for compatibility, and because only hardship needs to see them. If it was supposed to be the primary way people call an anim I'd leave it as the GD animator intended.
