Indeed. Got a lot of unused Kleenex now, I'll have to store them till the next spring break. :relaxed:

I updated the sorting to something a bit clearer btw. The "light" category was enlarged to infrequent sex as well ; and the medium to cover-up the space between L and H.

I even added SFW, just in case.

I was actually kiciking around the idea of making another spring break the other day. There was one more reference Cass made to her time there that I hadn't addressed yet.

Probably won't happen for a while now that I am more focused on Variah though.

If I ever get around to doing anything with Isabel the Redguard she might just be the first entry in your SFW category ?. I can't really think of a way to make her story sexy that fits in any way without seeming really tacked on and stupid. That's a big reason I haven't started her stuff yet even though she was around before Morgan and Variah.

Well the rating goes for the blog as a whole, so it's not technically possible for The Misadventures of Cassidey to get the SFW tag. If you had another story blog though, you'd have as much different ratings as blogs.

Anyway, I think though SFW is legit, there is always some kind of cuts in these kinds of story. In a realistic life fiction, there is sex and nudity, would it be a lonely and hidden one. The only reason you'd hide that completely is to allow for children to view your stories, or if the aim of your stories isn't to describe lives as a whole.

Well I was sort of kidding about the SFW tag but oddly enough if each character could get their own tag I think Morgan would get an H (the dremora just makes too many good excuses for Hing around) Cass would get an M, Variah would get an L and Isabel (if she ever exists as more than an idea) would get an SFW. Funny how it sort of worked out that way.

As you can see in Variah's story I agree that there is an opportunity for "H" in most stories, but my idea for Isabel has her as a brainy scientist type living alone with dwemer constructs in the dwarven ruins near Blackreach fighting the Falmer (who she has inadvertently unleashed on the world above, long story). I have not really been able to come up with an idea to work sexy times into that plot too well ?

It's interesting, 'cause I've seen the same about the Marsoric sisters : H for Cecilde, M for Malicia, L for Tryade, and Tabrielle inbetween Malicia and Tryade. The personality and situation of the character just has an influence on how the stories bring those things, IMO. ?

Well if you call yourself Wanobi, Resdayn or First Lady of Hats, I'm sure plenty of H ideas would arise from this. Not all of them consensual though. XD

I have considered that of course but I think it would get old/ silly after one or two times unless the whole thing is sort of set up to be like a hentai feel where the whole point is that the heroine is always getting raped (which isn’t what I want to do).

It’s weird because I enjoy reading noncon stories but with my own characters I tend to stay away from it. The only one I have really done was the Arilith crossover and that was more a combination of Resdayn’s ideas and Ariliths past adventures (and also the only blog entry that has ever made my follower count drop which may influence my decision making too).

With Isabel for example my first draft of the story had the Falmer raping her on their first encounter but as the outline evolved it slowly changed into them trying to eat her (and partially succeeding, leading to her cyber arm).

From the protagonists point of view, I'd say that one or two times is more than enough already. :cry:

I did lose one with Endeavors of the Prince part III... yet it was regained thanks to Devianna. I'm not absolutely sure how to interpret this factor, but this was discussed already.

Anyway, it's a matter of choice : some authors do non consensual more than others, some do not. Those who use it as a core element most of the time do not dramatize the thing. In reality it's a trauma, so it would be a hard read (no pun intended XD) to have it that way repeatedly, for the author even more than the readers. So those who dramatize it more realistically most likely won't feature it too often.

Oh yeah, as I said I have nothing against it and in fact those are some of my favorite stories to read, I just never seem to end up deciding to go that route in my own stories for some reason or another.

The arm eating is definitely traumatic, but as you said I think it stands out a bit more and also ties in well with the Dwemer arm.

I saw that. Your stories are lighthearted, and last moment rescues/twists and happy endings go very well with that.

Though with different protagonists could come the tentation to try different styles (even with the adult part put aside). We'll see. :classic_wink:

All is in the way you do tell things. If you tell it in two phrases, while the heroine is perfectly fine chatting with her friends, then that's not traumatic. If you show the scene being lived at 100%, it turns into a super duper Game of Thrones like ultra-traumatic scene. :classic_angel:

I had an example with Malicia, she had a non-consensual intercourse in her first chronicle, but as she's goofing around before, during and after, it doesn't feels traumatic in the least. ^^

You have a point on the originality aspect however, one armed heroes/characters aren't that common around here. :classic_wink:

That malicia entry is one of my favorites on LL, you did it very well and I have said before how the way that entry in particular is framed (Malicia's version in the narration and reality in the images) is something I really enjoy.

You're the one to be thanked Wanobi, your tutorials are references of their own as well ; and your blog demonstrate their masterful use. Malicia is still awaiting to see if Acacia's frog is going to turn into a prince, btw. ^^

While the blogs coming with this batch are solid, I'm rather underwhelmed by the amount of "solid" additions : there are some AAA blogs such as Shocky's, but with only on to two story entries on can't really say they're developed/developing yet, and some others AAA are too recent yet as well. Others (Daedraphylliac/TheDaedricDoll's) even got deleted in between two library updates. :worried: And while I do personally like some lesser blogs, putting my preference aside they're still significantly under those featured here in terms of quality/interest.

So Tumblr's new policy towards adult content redirected some activity here, but things aren't as straightforward at they could.

This library isn't AAA quality blogs only, but it's not a simple links collection as well. In order to be featured, for one there must be a story, and second the blog must have some qualities making it interesting in itself, even putting aside the adult content. And be developed enough to be satisfying for the reader. It may be harsh for the authors, but on another side it feels somewhat rewarding/a recognition to be featured ; and at the other hand it's more interesting for the readers. :classic_angel:

Otherwise I'd could have written "just scroll through the blogs' main page" and poof, finished. :classic_tongue:

Well I noticed the colors and quality of your screens, plus the hidden meaning of the Riverbrookes story, and the peculiar atmosphere it had. So it seems your placed is deserved, keep it up !
