I had just one question: why the fuck is women’s footwear always so damn uncomfortable? Also, if my dress is floor length, do I really need to wear these shoes to be “historically accurate”? Okay, I guess I had two questions. Questions that wouldn’t stop this shoot from rolling on of course. Will walked off set and was quickly replaced by my next partner, who was dressed in the most intricate couture kimono I had ever seen. I hated when they called me sweetheart, like I’m some kind of infantile mannequin that they can prop up and pose on command. You would think I had enough experience by now that my agency wouldn’t throw me into these niche shoots anymore, but I guess they couldn’t turn down the Asian girl with the blue eyes to the famous Kengo Shimizu. Thankfully, he finally called it a wrap, and I walked to wardrobe to get dressed.
