cerebus300 Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Just checking as to why the mod changes the loading screens. This has bugged me since I installed this mod. I tried everything to stop these screens from showing, even trying other load screen mods. Nothing will stop it. I just uninstalled the mod because the load screens were more annoying than the mod was helpful. I liked the mod, but can't stand the load screens being locked down like that. Since they aren't a part of the actual mod experience, why not make them optional?

No, I don't know what that is or how to use it. Believe me, it wasn't for lack of trying. I spent hours doing searches for how to change loadscreens, looking for mods that will change them. My ignorance on the technical workings of mods definitely plays out here. For me, yeah they were locked down. I couldn't crack how to change them, or I would have. Quote umm yes it is, dragon porn IS the main point of this mod, the creatures are just a extra. Never really thought that was the main point of the mod. Not my thing apparently. I would argue that what happens in-game has a different context than dragon porn being flashed across your screen every few minutes. The first, I'm alright with, within reason, the latter, not so much. That may well be my issue, which is fine. I'll take battle maidens over dragon centerfolds any day, and just do without the mod.

Frosferes Posted January 1, 2021 Posted January 1, 2021 Speaking of load screens, I wanted to use one of the animated title screen logos included in the extras kit in SSE. I've ported HCOS and MNC without issue but for some reason the logos in the kit CDT when loading the title screen after running through nif optimiser. Anyone know why this is? Btw happy new year everyone!

It seems to be a problem specific to those meshes. Animated loading screens and the default title screen in HCOS itself work just fine.
PurpieSlurpie Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 some of the animations aren't really working for me, and I'm not really sure why when I use matchmaker on creatures the animations meant for creature on person usually play, and even when I disable all the other animations, one creature will be animated and the other will just be standing there with the idle animation maybe it's just beyond me, I dunno ;n; I do wish it worked though
