This is why Youtube is such a good medium for education he's got this nicely scripted and prepared video teaching these things other mediums would shy away from. I don't really have anything to add to it, though.

worik Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 I spent the whole evening in the CK to fix dialogues. And I kept failing for 3 hours to test and validate the result sucessfully in game. Just to remember in the 4th hour that I forgot the whole time to generate the SEQ file.

I need cyberpunk future shit like right fucking now so I can store them and never put them on again. My back is incredibly sore all the time now, and it gets especially bad during bad insomnia nights where I can't really sleep and they're contributing to it, not only is there's no comfortable position to even try and sleep in but facing certain directions or laying down in certain ways makes it hard to breathe too. Tonight I have a big formal dinner party and I'm gonna be standing and walking around a bunch trying to act social for networking purposes and I'm gonna hate every minute of it. I might even have to wear heels and REALLY hate existing for like 6 hours. I realise this might sound petty and super "privileged" or whatever but holy fuck, I'm 25 and my posture's shit too and I honestly can't tell if I did that myself being stupid or how much my back hurts all the time caused me to just hunch over like this. Complained (rightfully) about the back pain and such. Did just that and worked her back muscles out. The results was she had more muscles then most men. You know the V and such. She also had to work on the chest to balance the works out etc. So she ended up boosting the very things size that she was trying to deal with. (of course then work on the ass and such a small project to help her deal with the pain ended u taking a lot of her spare time... lol) However, for the most part she stopped complaining about back pain except for situations where she was doing activities that was causing a lot of bouncing like long runs and such, mostly if she trotted across a parking lot or something and wasn't dressed with a very good support / exercise bra. That and she would be able to bench press and row more than most of the men she would date... lol. Jokes aside.. it did boost her sexual appetite (from endurance exercises... feeling much better and not having pain and generally liking the way she looked.. quite a lot ) She just had hard times finding males that was confident enough to be with a happy healthy athletic (rather muscular) woman. Which apparently (and I didn't know it) is quite rare

My wife talks in her sleep a lot, usually it's work related and she'll talk about clients and things like that. What do you wake up talking about usually? My office chairs and my home chair don't have arms, I need mobility to woosh around and grab papers. The chair I have at home is a gaming chair with a lot of knobs I can adjust so my legs, elbows and back are at the right angles to avoid even more badness. I'm thinking of getting a standing desk at some point when I have disposable income again. We just moved and it was fairly expensive, don't wanna go spending big till we're settled properly. Nobody else'll care but it makes good reading material when you awaken.(Why do people pull out their firearms and shoot them off, and then the sirens come, geez louise) I await my tea and sugar, a new keyboard, a monitor-cable, nothing stressful unless you count not having any sugar for a week (it's hell)

That's a pretty unfortunate problem to have.

You also likely can't sleep on your back either (which would give you some support and relief instead of twisting the spine ) Both positions put pressure on your diaphragm. good that you went with a suit. Still can be extremely sexy but.. you can also "hold your shit" very well which likely made you more comfortable and thus likely much more likely to be conversion and part of the party instead of giving the "get the fuck away from me" eyes. Also, you likely was walking better (without the high heels) so you walked more erect as well which in my opinion is much better than someone trying to walk in heels when they can't do it properly (due to pain or such) Nasal rinses are good. I had to take allergy medications and had post nasal drip etc etc which was causing me to get sick and such. I have used rinses and haven't gotten sick. Most of the time I can break up any congestion without taking medications and my allergies are much more controlled. (when bad seasons come along I use flonase. juts to top off the protection) Stretchers and yoga also helps decompress back issues. I also have back issues as well (different reasons) but much the same result. Tight muscles that continue to bother and cause pain. Standing for a long time is not comfortable and the same with any other position. I started some stretches and it has made a difference. I also use isotopic exercise (planks) to increase the strength of the lower and mid back and shoulders. Perhaps that would help as well. More endurance however, that does require that you are in a good position. I am the opposite.. my back is the worse in the afternoon/evening after a day's activities. Morning issues are more likely due to sleeping. Do you use a body pillow to keep your legs and hip in more alignment (which makes your back more properly supported? There are ball chairs.. I hear that helps some with back problems. Also you just stand up and move not "woosh" On this subject, make sure you move / change positions at least once an hour. I had serious problems and had test and such onlyto find out I was sitting too long and not allowing my back to flex / move. Your post wasn't whiny.. this is the thread for such post .. have you checked into a C-Pap? You likely have sleep apnia (based on your reports of not being able to sleep and snoring)

Please explain the logic of this to me. Why should I not have to prove that I am who I say I am when deciding who the mayor, governor, judges, and other various elected members of government are but do have to prove that I am over 21 to make a simple purchase? Also is LL being insanely slow today or is my ISP deciding to fuck over my connection again?

Your post wasn't whiny.. this is the thread for such post .. have you checked into a C-Pap? You likely have sleep apnia (based on your reports of not being able to sleep and snoring) Yep, can't sleep on my back or my front, I do have a nice mattress that contours to me really well so sleeping on my side is fairly bearable when I can manage it, only on my left though. If my back problems were only my back hurting sleeping on my stomach would probably be nice, but squishing my chest doesn't help anything. Beyond that I also feel pretty exposed if I'm face down so even without the back, boob, or sleep problems I wouldn't fall asleep or stay asleep easily facing down/on my stomach. We were up and walking around for nearly 6 hours so if I'd worn heels I would've ended up barefoot an hour in and then probably gotten my toes squished by someone, most likely my own wife she's got 19 left feet. I tend to have a pretty good poker face for "formal" interactions or job related things so I wouldn't have given anyone the murder glares but I would've been unapproachable regardless. People can sense when you don't wanna be fucked with, unless they're drunk or at bar. Usually at least. My back is really bad in the afternoon but the difference is I can actually take the time to do my workouts and relax it. My main problem with my back in the morning is I don't have the time to do them and I go to work all tight. I already do planks as part of my workout, not as many as it requires because they get exhausting but I'm getting there, it was in the pamphlet with the stretches and yoga poses to help my back. A friend of mine has sciatica and told me of a few other things I could try as well that might help. Regarding a body pillow... this could be a great excuse to buy a waifu pillow. ????I didn't know they could help your back. I haven't tried nasal rinses yet but I have looked into CPAPs and I have a talk scheduled for next Monday with my doctor to discuss them and see if that'd help and if it could be covered by my insurance. Those things get really expensive and I'd like to be sure I'm not just dropping money down a hole but I don't wanna buy a cheap one either if that makes sense. We'll also talk about my sleeping issues again and I'll bring up sleep apnea which I hadn't considered before because I'm dumb. I also used to have asthma as a kid, these are all good things to talk about during my appointment. Oh, and about ball chairs. Those seem pretty cool but there's one major problem. I'm a danger to myself and others in normal circumstances, I could be in a padded room and find a way to hurt myself. As cool as they look and helpful they might be, I'd just end up dead. Technically my back issues would be solved then.... buuuuuut... ☠️ Also, more on topic: People who blow their car horn at you .00001 microseconds after the light turns green need to fuck off. Everyone's in a hurry to get home, chill the fuck out.
