LegalEagle made a video about his jukin situation, he brings up that jukin was able to bait him so hard because of partly his own mishandling of the situation. He doesn't have a lawyer, he's treating this as youtube beef, he keeps admitting to liabilities and him paying jukin that first $2000 was EXTREMELY naive. The last thing you should do in this kind of situation is keep talking and admitting to liabilities, what you should do is contact a lawyer and going on a brief radio silence online until your lawyer has things cleared up. Jukin is a middle man company, they don't care about court of public opinions, so treating this as youtube beef and a clout competition is pointless, this is to be treated as serious business and rational moves. Jukin is 100% in the wrong here since their claim for copyright infringement cannot hold water when their content has no form of tag or recognition, like watermarks. So since there is no indication of ownership, there cannot be full form copyright infringement claims. But because MxR is naive and essentially gave jukin so many opening to attack, he's in deep shit now. You feed the trolls they come for more.
