In order to install, just copy and paste the file contained in this download to the computer/local disk/program files x86/steam/steamapps/common/fallout 4/data/F4SE/plugins/F4EE/presets folder.
Furthermore, in order for downloaded looksmenu presets to work, you need to save a preset in order to create the presets folder.
