As far as I know, the limit on the amount of mods still remains and the mod that removes or lowers this limit has not yet been updated. Particularly i never completed tw3 although i have it on my steam. I played the first two games and I thought they were just really cool but when I started playing the third one I wasn't with all the hype and to make matters worse I had bought tes skyrim special edition at the time and then my interest in tw3 disappeared because I'm a fan of the elder scrolls franchise and at the time had played all the TES games with the exception of skyrim. So what I think about tw3, as far as I've played, is this:

Yesterday, I read on one of the modlimit patch pages, that it isn't needed anymore and CDPR did something about that.

But I still haven't found an official changelog and I guess it's guesswork

What's on my mind? Probably some icicles at the moment given how cold the trip home was. We haven't had a day this cold in this region for years.

That is why modders like you are important.   I was just looking at some mods and have to wonder why there are so many ......bimbo like mods out there.    However, I am not complaining, as I have yet to make a body shape that I like so......I just gotta hope that someone, like you, opts to make a mod that is more reasonable in nature.
