This is a tax loop hole that was put in place to aid those organizations that put the "give to the children" charitable jars at the checkout lanes that has been corrupted to be used by big corporations.

They probably only own their tiny bubble that envelopes whatever it is they consider themselves the elite of and that's it; that's why they feel the need to show such degrees of toxicity, it's a defence mechanism like when an ostrich buries its head, except they bury theirs up their asses. 1

The identity of the people involved with a work of art are the main attraction rather than the work itself these days, whether it be for political purposes or just because it is easier in terms of marketing. No concern is given to what will happen to the work after those involved with it are dead as they will have been long ago discarded and some other work which transcended its era can always be given another remake that caters to the modern sensibilities of whatever time it will be made in.
