But some ppl I've spoken with about it say it really isn't feasible and list pragmatic reasons for why and... have to admit they make good arguments. Grey Cloud Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Baldur's Gate 3. As I understand it, the full game is set to be capped at level 10. The EA version which only features Act 1 is capped at level 4. Every LP I've looked at hits level 4 a long way before the end of the EA game. I'm guessing it passes level five and, with the addition of the new area with the latest patch, perhaps even hits level 6. That would mean that the rest of the complete game will consist of 5 or 6 levels. ? Does that mean the rest of the game will consist of only one more act or that the whole XP thing will get a major re-jig? ?♂️ 1

That's cool and all - like D&D, but takes away from melee, IMO...when there's non-turned based games now. I still like the old-school Warcraft/WarcraftII too though. "DABOO!" So, shut up...lol I haven't played it, but I think that melee can be made fun if they invest enough into making it something more than "run to enemy, stun bash, kill; rinse & repeat". Sure, there seems to be a focus on the more magical options but considering the quality I've seen from a friend playing it and vids, I'm hopeful that the game's devs will actually make melee just as relevant as its more magical counterparts. 1
