Point taken.  Everyone has to make their own decisions about these things.  I liked smoking, but after years of doing it my health was suffering.  For the purposes for which I use it vaping works for me and I have no intention of stopping.  I buy the highest nicotine content vape liquid my local supplier sells because it helps to keep me awake which is important since I have severe type 1 narcolepsy.

I've got this almost gone bottle of "55mg" "30ml".

It wasn't bad. but I go through the bottles way too fast, I think.

It isn't economical for me.

a hookah attached to a jug, or a really big bong.

I've never used a hookah and the bong was too strong.

People just know stuff I don't.

The bottles at the tobacco shop, the special ones, they last maybe three days.

I can't afford it.

Oh, yes, I am woman. It's scary how effective some of these things are, and I've chosen not to utilize some of them.

Exactly! Too many do not understand this!

Thank you, Winny ?

You're good people too ?

I had a boyfriend who was well on his way to success, but it wasn't working out between us, and I felt it was dishonest to stick around just to enjoy his money. And once two men were fighting over me. That was not good. I had read some books and made a study of human nature, and had found that a little of that power can go a long way.  I don't judge others for what works for them as long as they do not harm others. I like a quiet peaceful life myself.

I buy 100ml bottles and they last me two weeks.  A 100ml bottle costs less than two packet of cigarettes at New Zealand prices and it's a very good quality brand that's been properly laboratory tested and certified.  If you're going to try vaping you really do need to be using a decent vape pen that has replacement parts available and can be readily taken apart for cleaning and element coil changes.  Otherwise you're going to be wasting too much vape liquid to no good purpose.

it is so not quite right, most people "works" their entire lives, around to feed the family, and to have a roof over your head.
Do you know when your true life begins?
it starts when you are old!
my youth, work, work, sleep, sleep, the few days of vacation were a drop in the ocean.
now I do everything, what I could not do as a young person.

The drummer was Ok, but the guy with the microphone needs to be taken to the doctor because there's something really messed up with his voice.

I had a motorbike until I suddenly realised I was microsleeping while riding it.  It was a good motorbike too, not noisy, handled beautifully, excellent on a long journey and I named her 'Ginny'.  It broke my heart when I had to sell her.  Sometimes you can only do things when your children have grown up and you're at a career stage when you can buy a decent motorbike.   I'm woman, - so possibly my reasons for buying a motorcycle were not quite the same as those for a middle aged man.

I'm 46 years old and all my friends that have reached their mid-life crisis have exclusively bought either a motor cycle or a new fancy car without exception then they talk to me about it (as if I'm interest in that sort of 'manly' stuff.. but hey I pretend for their sake) without fail as if it's their new ticket to life, freedom and happiness. They even get the new shoes and jacket and freely admit 'it's a ML-crisis thing'. Then they look funny at me when I say I'm into sci-fi, fantasy and gaming.. and I study physics and psychology for a hobby...

I've been in ML crisis mode myself since I was 22 so I never really felt the urge. I am finding myself buying a lot of gadgets lately though.. perhaps..

wish I'd studied physics, it would make job hunting somewhat less annoying. I'd add psych into that but I just cannot get interested.

"Oh you want a job in this field? Do you have a psych degree?"

"No I don't but I've been doing the damn job because people keep asking me rather than the people who have psych degrees."

"Well, we only accept applicant with degrees in the required field."

I studied psychology in my 40 somethings and I found it fascinating.  It definitely helps to study the subject when you're older and have some life experience under your belt.  I was asked if my copies of my course work on Grief, Loss and Dying could be given to the university library as reference material which really surprised me, but apparently what I'd written was from a fresh new direction combining songs, music and archaeology.  Of course it all doesn't matter at all now, but I'm still glad I did it.

The SJW media trying to make the KyoAni fire out as a gender issue. People are dead! Men and women! Yet you urinalists are only lamenting that the company had a higher-than-average number of female employees? Every year our government complains that our people doesn't want to work during summer season calling them lazy bums. It is true that our people don't want to work during summer season because only a fools and very desperate people will slaving for minimal wage working 10-12 hours a day in catastrophic conditions. Even social security checks are higher than wages. I was one of the desperate for the job several years ago and I know what I'm talking about. 90% of employers do not cover the rest of the minimum that government pays because the government takes 80% of everything that employer earned. So, dear minister of work and tourism. stop fucking complain and pay the fair wages, lower the taxes and fees. Unlike you who is overpaid for not showing in the parliament where you suppose to be not to warm your fatty ugly ass, many people who are underpaid must be on their jobs because they will get fired and they will hardly find another job.

One more thing: If anyone goes on vacation to Dubrovnik, do not buy daily parking ticket that coast 1200 Kuna. It's thievery. Daily parking ticket should not be higher than 150 Kuna.

For few years back, gaming is in shitty attiude with microtransactions, loot boxes and other shit. But seeing this today, it's boiled my nerves enough and i had enough of this shitty stuff. I strictly hope when GoG 2.0 will happend, some games will be banned there like Battlefront 2 with thier shitty loot boxes.

And no, don't say to me it is standard, because it is not! Look at mess with Fallout 76 Bethseda maked for example.

but you must admit croats are lazy when they need to work in hotel kitchen on croatian coast 14-16h 7 days in week for 700€ monthly (which nobody guarantee they will get)

they prefer to run away somewhere west (as 10% of labor force what already done that treacherous act) to work 8-8h 5d in week for 2000€

bloody antisocial elements dont have empathy for the fact that boss need new yacht this year and his son new mercedes and a daughter new apartment in new york

> That is also true. My wife Eva wrote about this problem in her diaries. That is other side of the same coin. I was underpaid, cheated, mistreated because the law protects evil and greedy employers. But I will not judge those who went to the West searching for better life. That's why I ensured that our employees gets fair wages with full social and health insurance and one day off in the week which I never had when worked in and out of season.

I think a good psych is mentally unstable. The only way you can help people is through experience.. Want to grow sane, learn to ride a bike.. stop using drugs? Talk to someone that did it before you. :)

Interestingly enough I started around the same age and have been studying ever since. I never did well in school or academics until I learned that the issue wasn't me, but the educational system. Once I let go of tutors and realized all the information is 'right there, at my fingertips' things started going really quickly. Turns out.. I wasn't bad in school at all. I was just bored out of my mind with the mind-numbing way that materials were brought to the students.

Which leads me to something that does piss me off quite much: The state of our education system.. both here in the EU.. but really worldwide.. this is a major issue. The only countries actually really doing well in those areas are countries like India, Japan and China that are quickly becoming smarter and smarter..

Never before has a video made me physically sick. The source video of this though...that'a whole new level of disgusting.

Seriously...greedy assholes like the guy in the original video are the reason the gaming industry is such overmonetized pile of steaming shit nowadays. Try to watch it without wanting to throw up and desperate urge punch him through the screen (if only that was possible).

Now flat earth makes so much sense now :classic_laugh:. How does somebody call it an attack on women when they work on a genre generally aimed at sweaty 30 something men? Okay that was unfair to anime fans but still, this company makes anime about cute highschool girls doing cute girl things. Who doesn't want that? In other news I know the earth is not flat but a disc on the back of four elephants on the back of a sea turtle because I'm right so shutup!

I had really crappy motorbikes as a "kid" because I needed one.

OK I did not need a kawasaki 1000 but it was on sale.

After the crash-and-burn I got poor.

And other things, yada etc, but if I had the money and the stamina you can bet I'd have one.

Sorry about the noise, that's more of a trend than a necessity.

I don't know....I agree with everyone.

Kind of.

O!

I just freaking remembered!!

The thing I resent about bikes and cars, is the trends they denote

and the way people'll treat you based upon their political opinion.

If they "seriously hate" (sorry, "Fervently hate") you they're much more likely to cut you off, stick screws in your tires.

I've been told if you have a really expensive beamer or Mercedes they give you a skosh more room to drive.

That seriously sucks, minicoopers and Kia owners need love too.

Manly trucks have taken over the neighborhood, where a man can pontificate on the color of your shirt while he drives his imposing (but empty) black truck.

Drive a truck or risk looking like a fag (and being fervently hated)

gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr/

'k that horselaughing woman with three of her seemingly sane friends was a fluke, and she disappeared like a ghost when I threw away the shirt (who knew purple was a forbidden color? not me)

fervently hate single-passenger escalades, f250's.

Bikes what IS bikes are made fun of by the denim wearing nazi-helmet crowd...

Trends.

Fuck'em

I got the "Huffy" bike from Meijer Thrifty Acres because the Sears Roebuck bike was considered... I dunno... No one rode a Sears Roebuck Bike. Just like no one wore Toughskins jeans. You wore Wranglers. And rode a Huffy. Or got your ass kicked.

The REALLY cool kids rode Schwinns. We'd repaint our bike frames with rattle cans, and buy Schwinn decals to put on them.

Please forgive me when I bleat out, "Motherfucker"

I have wondered myself what this world would be like if men had no sexual drive, or, at least, not an overwhelming one.

It's not that men have a necessarily higher sex drive, it's just that men on average have much less access to sex. Which is why e-girls are so popular, you pay money to hear some nice words from them. It's a pretty big issue and I don't think anyone without any form of mental illness would spent thousands of bucks just to hear a woman on your screen say some nice words.
