Shady Oasis Motel

Styled after the mid-20th century roadside motels that dotted the country. This one has changed hands countless times and currently consists of 11 private rooms, an after hours lounge, front office, and pool. It fits snugly on a 30x20 lot. Moveobjects before placing.
The Wicked Whims dancing spots are located at the bar on two merged glass tables to achieve symmetry and accommodate various animations properly. There's also a spot at the pool. Occasionally, when entering build-mode via live-mode, those two spots at the bar disappear & need to be replaced.
The following mods/cc are not required.

A new lot i made. This is a work in progress mall. Everything you need is in the text document inside the rar file. Instead of posting pics, I made a short tour video showing what the mall looks like.
I made tiny small changes rearranging the 2nd floor game area and adding an escalator just to see how it looks in game.

The Farm - Secret re-education and training lab.

Beneath this inconspicuous warehouse in Strangerville is a state-of-the-art secret laboratory facility called "The Farm" where unscrupulous scientists analyze the Sixam plants found in Strangerville and misuse them for their evil purposes. An extract of the spores is used here to experiment on abducted Sims and turn them into submissive slaves, who are then sold to ultra-rich buyers in the "doll market".

An abandoned botanical gardens that was converted to a high-end strip club with a retro twist!
This was a fun lot to build! I absolutely adore the synthwave aesthetic and wanted to give it a shot in-game. This club has two floors: the first floor features a bar area and six private rooms, and the upper floor features a greenhouse-themed bar with an outdoor lounge. Bottom floor has 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls, 2 sinks in each. This lot was playtested and worked fine on my end, but let me know if you experience any functionality issues!!

About This File
Stripclub Blue Lagune is my first upload here, I like to build stripclubs, brothels and GangHQs, so I will upload more of my builds in the future here.
I Hope You like this stripclub, it was an fun build and never had seen someone build stages in the water, so I found that an challenge.
If you find some bugs in my build or if you have some questions, reply here and I try to figure it out.
I play tested it and I didn't find any mistakes so far.
There are 2 bars, one outside one inside.
4 toilets 2 male 2 female.
4 private rooms and 2 for some "extra" treatment.
Living upstairs for the owner.
Instructions:

TROUBLESHOOTING:
- If you find any "DS_store" file among the downloaded files, DO NOT INSTALL THEM.
Those are NOT harmful for your computer, but they won't let you install the lot.
The only files you should paste into the game are:
1) The tray files located in the "Tray" folder (which are the files ending in ".blueprint", ".bpi" and ".trayitem");
2) The CC files located in the "CC" folder (which are the files ending in ".package".

This is my first upload, built on a 50 X 40 lot in Newcrest, the build is mine but all the CC credit goes to the individual creators. Let me know what you think, fully WW compatible. Top floor is a gaming floor with Cinerotique TV. Main floor is bar, stripper stage, dance floor, lap dance chairs and DJ booth. Bottom floor is for prostitutes with 10 rooms. I use Nisa's Wicked Perversions Patreon version 2_1_7g here as well. Use bb.moveobjects on when placing lot. Not sure if it matters but I also have latest MCC Patreon Version installed 7_3_0_2. Special effect CC created by Mr. Creative X.
Played club for several hours and experienced no issues or LE's.

Built to replace the Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno. Three levels; Main, Mezzanine, and Luxury Penthouse Apartment. The main floor consists of the bar and club. All the basics to operate a WW strip club. More entertainment on the mezzanine level. Outdoor resort area and pool. - A Mod that automaticly turns on the Stereo at the DJ Booth if there is no DJ playing. I am tired to change everytime to Stereo manually when the DJ is leaving.
- A Mod that makes Clients using the Waiter-Station to put away there Glasses.
- Animations for everything i have placed in this Club. Specialy more for the BDSM Section or Sex on Cars would be nice.

Thanks to your friend “in the know”, your neighbors never suspect you have more square footage than any three of their homes. This masterful hardened concrete example of government architecture is just the cure for that little prepper in you. All the modern amenities, but at the flick of the switch when it all hits the fan, you are off the grid indefinitely. It even comes with it's own original WOPR super computer. A “little mishap” got rid of those pesky palms...nothing to see here!

Stripclub "Velvet"

My Velvet nightclub needs the Patreon version of Turbodrivers Wicked Whims to work as a stripclub. But it does not need another CC. All furniture is from EA game packs.
I also recommend to use the Patreon version of Nisa's Wicked Perversions so that the rooms with beds can be used by the strippers for prostitution. However, this is optional.
Before you place the lot, please activate the bb.moveobjects cheat, otherwise some items might not be placed. After placing the lot you can deactivate the cheat again.
Edit1:I don't know if the markings of the doors will be saved as private doors for the staff. Maybe you have to do the door setup yourself again. We do not want the curious customers to walk around in the backstage area, right?
Tested it. My door setup is saved. No customers sneeking around in the backstage. ?
I am open for improvement suggestions, but I will not use any CC objects in the club except the ones that are mandatory.

This is a 50x50 lot. It included a private suite for owner/staff that includes a kitchen and bedroom.

This lot was once a gas station. Nowadays the thriving Sims dogging community chose this place as its play ground for some kinky action!
Let's explore it, shall we?
First of all, there's a vending machines area for you vanilla sexless users, where you can buy condoms jelly beans, duh.
There's also a relax area, where you can comfily rest after a long sucky-fucky session.
I wonder why are there so many security cameras all over the place?! Some says RedAppleNet records all the action goin on.. (this is just LORE, don't really mind it).
Are all the parked vehicles super cars?!
Sims are wealthy and... well, horny. And they do be vibin' a lot.
Have sex into one of those expensive WhickedWhims-compatible cars and wait for other sims to start peeping on you. Maybe they'll join you.
Or maybe not, cos' you ugly.
Or maybe you wanna be the one peeping onto somebody inserting his shlong into someone else's meat-pocket?!
I'm OK with that, go ahead, you freak.
At the furthermost corner of the lot you'll find what remains of the old gas station.
Gosh, this place is a mess!
Let's say you met (yeah, right) somebody cool while peeping among the parked cars: Maybe you wanna move to a comfier location, with plenty of room for all to enjoy themselves.
There you have it, you can thank me later.
Also RUMOR HAS IT there's some sort of "SECRET ROOM", eventually the gas station's former storage room, where weird sexy things happen... It's up to you to find it, I can't be the one doing the dirty job all the time.
Moreover, ever since the weird lights were spotted, some plants started behaving funny.
I bet you can interact with them: those things are scattered all over the place...

HOW TO INSTALL:
- Download the File and unzip it if zipped (I don't even remember myself);
- Put the Tray files inside the Tray Folder located into The Sims 4 game folder (Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray);
- Put the CCs files into the Mods Folder located into the Sims 4 game folder (Documents> Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Mods);
- Start the game.
- That's pretty much it. Easy, innit!? As I always say: You can do it! I believe in you!!
I highly recommend you to use Whicked Whims (I bet you have it already installed, haven't you).
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- If you find any "DS_store" file among the downloaded files, DO NOT INSTALL THEM.
Those are NOT harmful for your computer, but they won't let you install the lot.
The only files you should paste into the game are:
1) The tray files located in the "Tray" folder (which are the files ending in ".blueprint", ".bpi" and ".trayitem");
2) The CC files located in the "CC" folder (which are the files ending in ".package".
- DO NOT put all files in a single folder. they won't work. Put tray files into the existing "Tray" folder and the CC files into the existing "Mod" folder;
- Some general mistakes regarding the lot can be solved changing this lot's type. This lot is set by default as a "Generic Lot". Changing it into another type of lot (like a "residential lot") can be helpful and improve the game experience.
