Silk Gentlemen's Club. Originally a dead imvu club, that is now in the sims. My friends used to play that game and "worked" as a dancer and I loved the club so i wanted to try and recreate it in the sims.
Silk has 4 pole dancing spots, 2 bars and 4 lapdance rooms. The theme is black and gold with a hint of sexy. Owned by Diego Lobo (from city living and will be uploading soon.)
(MUST HAVE GET FAMOUS FOR ALL OF THE FURNITURE AND STAIRS!!!!!!!!!) or Silk will not look the same.

The Naughtica is a semi indoor nightclub with a large pool, dance floor, one bar, hot tube, and plenty of furnitures tu chill (chair, otoman, lounge chair).
There is an empty basement I do not use (originaly for a VIP section, but the celebrity systeme piss me off and I shut it off).
Oasis Spring is maybe one of the best spot to use this lot due to the area climate.

The Sucubus Club is a strip club design to work with the latest Wicked Whims Patreon version, otherwise the lot is just a non fonctionnal nightclub.
One stage with 2 pole dance spot and one dancing spot (3 stage dancers). At the rear, acces to the stage : One bathroom with shower, full equiped kitchen, a bedroom with one double bed, idealy your active owner can be live here. The main area have bar, nice and cosy furniture to enjoy the show and a dj cabin isolated above the main area floor (If a dj is here on open hours, sims will generaly avoid this 2x6 square area.
The second floor have 5 mini room with couch for privates show.
Toilets are avaible for clients on both floor.

Le Rouge et Bleu is a libertine nightclub and hometurf of the M.I.L.F. Club with 2 floors : the first one is set up for adult activity with 2 bed, 1 bondage device (the Bolton device), one piston machine, 2 toilets and 2 showers. The second floor is the actual dance floor with a bar and lot of space for chilling.
This is a conversion of a Maxis building Skye Fitness (too many gym in this game and I only use one ).
I place Le Rouge et Bleu at the former spot of disco Pan Europa, nice view and relatively quiet with NPC activity outside the lot.
Hope you will enjoy it, you may have to shutdown sex autonomy for windows ans doors (maybe the floor itself).

This is my first time creating something and uploading the result here so please bear with me
This is a Japanese style Love Hotel that doubles as a Brothel- that said, I took photos of actual love hotel rooms from various hotels in Japan and attempted to recreate their likeness, shown in the screenshots above. Sadly, this means you will need all of the expansion packs and stuff packs as well as some CC and of course Wicked Whims. I'm sorry :c
Love Hotels in Japan are known for their discreteness and don't really have a front desk but I put a front desk regardless along with some room dividers that hide any waiting patrons from any traffic in the lobby and only can be seen by the receptionist. The bar also has a divider and two different fully stocked bars that are nearly their own separate rooms.
There are six different rooms for whores and their paying clients or anyone who simply needs a rest. As for employees and such, I haven't quite figured out how to do that but I will update accordingly once I do.

Voyeur Dorm or Big Brother XXX

Hello! This is a 40x30 residential lot for Voyeurs. There's nothing gameplay altering about the lot, its just for role-play and fantasy.
Imagine a scenario where 6-8 local students are offered free accommodation in a spacious apartment just under the small consideration they agree to a small experiment for the local university, how do people cope living in a house with no windows? What they don't suspect is hidden in the ToA -they actually sign away all image rights and agreed to be viewed and filmed 24:7! No-one reads the small print! ? Or maybe you're just a perverted landlord offering cheap rent to pretty girls (or boys, you choose lol), for your personal viewing pleasure or like my original idea; it is the set of Big Brother XXX.
It is a lot made as a voyeurs paradise, 1 way mirrors line the walls, and a pathway encircles the full house and pool so that patrons may perv on the house-hold unbeknownst to them, and oggle away at the unsuspecting naive 'experiment participants'.
It is though very realistically detailed. Some of the pathways are sunken, to allow for better/alternate viewing angles, the bathing and laundry rooms are separated from sleeping quarters so as to increase the chances of the household skimpering about in their undergarments... that sort of thoughtful but entirely incidental planning.
A VERY hidden side entrance leads to the basement, (protected by a gate and club/gender door so you can lock out people) here there's a ticket booth for patrons to pay at. This leads to a basement that gives them full access to the entirety of the lot. There's coloured arrows directing them where to go ( to keep questions and SOUND to a minimum obviously). Red is for masterbatoriums, Green for the pool, blue is the exit, and yellow flooring for general voyeurism! There's even a gift shop at the end where they can purchase candid photos of films of their favourite dorm-girls, their used underwear or stolen dildos!
The house aspect has 6 bedrooms, with some double beds - so if you have 8 in the household it encourages them to bed share, for voyeuristic delight. One of the bedrooms is on the bottom floor, and surrounded entirely by masterbatoriums and cameras. The girls compete for this special room as part of the experiment, near it is a hidden access book case door(be sure to lock it!), where patrons who pay extra can sneak in to the household proper itself ... and modded versions of this download even feature a far more sinister room lurking beneath... . There's also a pool I got real weird with, plus some unused space for you to play with.
The download includes the Tray files and 1 mod: A fixed (and extra swatched) version of Pilars' calice glass tub.
A REQUIRED mod (or this lot is pointless) is Brujah's fantastic Let There Be Mirrored Windows!
A 99% Required mod is Shino KCR's minimalist shower.
I offer Various versions for download. YOU ONLY NEED ONE.
A base game only with just the above 3 CC.
A base game only MODDED version, with the mods listed below used, inc WW signs.
A version which uses GET TOGETHER assets (but no extra CC or mods ).
A version which uses GET TOGETHER and GET FAMOUS assets, plus MODDED CC details listed below. << RECOMMENDED VERSION
A FULL all in version, that builds upon the above and uses some extra CC lovers lab Sims 4 players might already have, and a few pieces from additional GP and EP here and there, such as a laundry room. I haven't used loads - just touches here and there. So feel free to try this version, it shouldn't be too wacky even if you're missing a few bits.

Angela's Hatch II - A WooHoo Club

Backstory:
Same as the original, but probably better?
Design:
Same basic principles as the original version: I wanted the club to be small, so sims would not wander far and wide. I wanted sims to have a lot of sex, and I wanted to be able to watch it all with ease.
Since I created the original, some effort has gone into cataloging WW animations and their related objects and surfaces, though this effort is, at the time of this writing, almost a year out-of-date. Still, it pointed towards some props that the original lacked. There are animations available for almost every object and surface in the club.
The original had two floors with transparent floors. This new version has been compacted into one floor, so the transparency is no longer necessary. But between that and adding new props, I had to move to a 20x30 lot.
The club has a small ground floor lobby area, with another doorway at the top of the stair leading to a bar area. From there, into a changing room, and from there, into the main parts of the club. So, you can let the public into the bar, but lock the changing room to allow club members only if you like. Or you can exclude the general public entirely!
I avoided using bb.moveobjects – I find this often causes pathfinding issues. I also avoided using any CC with English writing as much as possible. Sims don’t speak English, and I don’t get why people would want that, or any other IRL language, in the game. There is one sex prop with several animations attached to it with some writing on it, I think that’s the only exception.
Suggestions for improvement:
The speakers are specialized ones to play Electronica - you may wish to replace these with different specialized speakers, or with home speakers so that you can select any music you like at will, but bear in mind that home speakers will break unless upgraded.
Similarly, the plumbing items will eventually break down, so you may wish to send somebody in to upgrade them before club use, because that's a boner-killer.
Installing:
I use Sims 4 Tray Importer (http://luniversims.com/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/). This makes lot importing very easy, and helps with gathering the CC used with any given lot.

Here's Cubman's Randy's Bar - a low-key pub style bar adorned with the fabulous work of Randy Slash Toons. All items are included with the exception of those listed below. All other items are by my design or Sims 4 originals. All Game/Stuff/Expansion packs required.

NOTE: Many CC items are showing *DEBUG* since the new patch, the Cubman Randy's Bar stuff is affected. Maxis are working on a solution (apparently!)

Cubman's Priapus Sex Club

Hi guys
Here's Priapus' Sex Club - a three-storey club with entrance on the third floor. There's a roof-top pool, a cinema, DJ area, karaoke lounge and plenty of space to add your own things in. The artwork is from the phenomenally talent Priapus of Millet. I would recommend taking a look at his stuff.

I started off wanting to create a comic book store for my gay Sims. I've used art from the phenomenally talented Randy Slash to create items for my Randy's Comics Store.

Poster 1: 5 swatches using Henry Puffer Poster (Base Game Compatible)
Poster 2: 5 swatches using Just Justin' Poster (Base Game Compatible)
Poster 3: 5 swatches using Revanne Poster (Base Game Compatible - made purchasable)
Poster 4: 10 swatches using Beauty Through the Eye of the Beholder wall decal (Requires Get to Work)
Shirt: 2 swatches, young adult - elder, all genders (Base Game Compatible)
Sign 1: 5 swatches using What's New Selling Platform (Requires City Living, found under roof ornaments)
Sign 2: 5 swatches using Neighbourhood Festival Alert (requires City Living)
Sign 3: 5 swatches using Kalidasign Wall Sign (Requires City Living)
