Do you remember my Jiggly Room?, well... Planet Horney POP was my inspiration to build it and now I want to share it with you. Planet Horney POP! offer pole dance area, two bars, two dancefloor in the upper level and dark rooms in the basement.
This is my second build shared here, so I hope you like it.
As you can see, I've used a lot CC on my build so, I decided to include it in the zip file , but all the credit goes to the amazing cc creators who did a great job to make my build possible.

The Killa's Den Restaurant V2
Welcome to "The Killa's Den", an upscale dining restaurant hotspot that even some of the biggest celebrities frequent.
This family restaurant features a state of the arts kitchen, excellent professional staff, friendly management, fun entertainment, and a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
The Killa's pride & joy, "The Killa's Den V2" has 2 floors:
The First Floor is the main dining area with 3 host stations when you first walk in through the door.
Not bad for a small restaurant!
There's a small lounge area behind the host stations. Immediately to the left as a large bar station with a smaller bar station on either side and 2 flat screens for patrons.
There are large and small dining areas throughout, a grand piano with microphone, a small stage and mic for standup comedy, at least two more flat screens for dining patrons, a public restroom, 3 chef stations in the kitchen, and an office for management.
The Second Floor has an outdoor balcony dining area and a nearby waiter station,
back inside there is a VIP door and a host station for VIPs, lounge seating along the walls, several restrooms with a number of bathrooms. another dining area with a grand piano and microphone, a nearby waiter station, a VIP door leading to a bedroom with several beds for the owners, staff, and/or VIP guests.

KillaDisco Version 2 Dance Club
KillaDisco V2 is a nightclub, but can also be used as a strip club or for modeling auditions.
I'l try to remember to post some better ingame pictures later. I have some somewhere and video clips too. Man, it's been a while since I played this club! It's nice though; just doesn't compare to Club Landing Strip. It's the Club in Windenburg, but I've added much onto it.
The basement level floor contains the strip club with one bar, a room with 2 beds, and a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.
The floor beneath the strip club is for modeling auditions or taking those perfect photos of your lovely sims.
The first floor is the main nightclub area with see-through dance floors, a stereo, wall speakers, a dj booth, a bare, two small dining tables, and some seating in the small lounge area of the night club.
The second floor has a large restroom area with 4 smaller bathrooms inside each having their own toilet and sink. A larger lounge seating area. A small office with several computer desks for owners or management. An outdoor balcony dining or seating area for a couple and several exercise machines. I hope you guys like KillaDisco V2. Enjoy!

RED LIGHT DISTRICT - SIMSTERDAM
Finally a place where your Sims can find a happy ending... for a reasonable price.
This very high-detailed lot will grant you hours of sexy fun with your Sims!
This lot can be used as a Nightclub, a brothel or a stripclub, according to your will.
The lot is composed of different buildings. the main ones have windows where your whores can dance and attract customers:
Every building is provided with a back room where your working sims can provide different... services:
(Walls are left purposely plain and simple to avoid any obstruction in your field of view while performing... well, you know what)
There's also a bar, where your sims can drink some expensive cocktails and... see what's popping' with the bartender:
Also the outer backroads are designed for your viewing pleasure... you perv! ❤️
I highly recommend you (Although not compulsory) to install the lot in Windenburg at the location marked below:

TIPS & TRICKS:
1) If you are using this lot as a strip-club, be mindful that the windows where your sims are performing will prevent customers from tipping the dancers. This won't break the gameplay.
Anyways, if you really want customers to tip the dancers, please substitute the window with a small-size (the low ones) wall, so that the customers will finally make it rain on your bitches.
2) If you are using this lot as a strip-club, notice that customers will surely get inside the room where your Sim is dancing, ruining the atmosphere.
In order to avoid that, I recommend to forbid anybody but employees to get inside each room.
The command has to be set up on every door (it takes 5 seconds, you can do it).
You can try Little MsSam's Mods
INFORMATIONS:

HOW TO INSTALL:
- Download the File and unzip it if zipped (I don't even remember myself);
- Put the Tray files inside the Tray Folder located into The Sims 4 game folder (Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray);
- Start the game.
- That's pretty much it. You can do it! I believe in you!
Using Wicked Whims it's highly recommended, although not necessary at all.
Using also Little MsSam's Venues Mod it's recommended.
Don't forget to use bb.moveobjects when placing the lot.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
- If you find any "DS_store" file among the downloaded files, DO NOT INSTALL THEM.
Although those are NOT harmful for your computer, they won't let you install the lot correctly.
The only files you should paste into the game are:
1) The tray files located in the "Tray" folder (which are the files ending in ".blueprint", ".bpi" and ".trayitem");
2) CC files (if present) located in the "CC" folder (which are the files ending in ".package".

Cubman's Penis Museum LOT

Hi guys,
I wanted a museum venue for my Sims to visit and hang out, but there wasn't anything that catered to my personal preferences, so I made one. This is the Penis Museum, featuring pieces of art from some of my previous Stuff Packs and a few statues obtained from other places (I can't for the life of me remember where!). If anyone has issues with any of the CC included, let me know and I can remove and re-upload as required. All fittings, wallpaper, furniture is from ingame stuff.
It features an art gallery, statues, a small bathroom, a café (your sim will need to hire a barrister, or act as one themselves) and a shop (although I can't get that functional, I'm afraid.
Here's some details:
* Requires a 40X30 LOT
* Uses items from most stuff, game and expansion packs
* Uses a couple of custom lot traits - gay hangout and clothing optional
* Bathroom is male only, but that can easily be changed by replacing the door
* Use bb.moveobjects on cheat before placing!
* Blueprint, Tray and BPI files into your Tray folder. The Mods go in your Mods folder
Play tested in game, but if you do encounter any problems, let me know and I'll see if I can rectify it.

Cubman's Sex Bomb Photo Studio LOT

Hi guys
Following a good few requests, I present the Sex Bomb Photo Studio. It's a community lot featuring 4 different photo areas (2 outside), a changing/make-up room, a locker room with showers and an office.
The office leads to a small apartment in the basement with a private bathroom, single bunk bed (with desk and computer), a small workout area, kitchen and living area. Sims can't "move in" as it isn't a residential lot, but I had my Sim travel there, lock the door to the office so only he can go in, and is technically living there.
I created this originally for my Sims, so it is play tested in game - and will require pretty much all Game, Stuff and Expansion packs.
It's a pretty large file, and there is a serious amount of CC in here (see the attached CC1 - CC4 screenshots). Rather than pick out and chose what is or isn't still available from the hundreds of sites I use, it's presented here in all it's glory (otherwise it would pretty much just be an empty shell full of Cubman CC lol). If anyone has issues with the included CC, please let me know and I shall remove the items and reupload the lot.
In the Zip file, there's a folder for Mods - they go in your Mods folder. All Blueprint, BPI and Tray files go in your Tray folder. The Lot should appear in your gallery - remember to select the contains CC checkbox or it won't show up. But if you have any problems, just drop me a message - happy to help

The Lot is also used for WW, Prostitution, Basemental Drugs, and Sacrificial mods to test out.

The Crazy Horse Club

This is a strip club/brothel that I created for a tutorial video on YouTube on how to turn your strip club into a brothel that uses the rooms properly. Just move the Tray contents to your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
You should turn on bb.moveobjects before placing, just to be safe.
Lot size: 30x30

The build is primarily non-CC with a couple of exceptions. If you have Wicked Whims you already the stripper poles and the table dancing spot. The bondage furniture is not included but if you are into that sort of thing you mostly likely have it already, and if not you'll want to reconfigure that room anyway.
You'll want to lock the office door to allow just your club owner access to keep customers off the computer. You'll also want to lock the dressing room door for employees only.

The Lot goes on the old Pool Lot 40 x 30 in Windenburg close to the Ocean
Included in the download file are the tray files (put them into your Tray folder). Please put the CC into your Mods folder.
You will need to download some CC from other creators to get everything to show up exactly as it is here.

This was made mostly for adding Business Funds for my sims, I dont know why EA swapped out regular Funds for Business Funds to build, smh.
Anyway this Lot is Particularly made for the night, it looks like shit in the day time lol ?.
Use this as a Hotel or Retail or Rentable Business, whatever you want. Its also just decoration and new environment for Wicked Whims, but you can do alot of things on the LOT.
Ill update this in the future, just continuing to put my skills to use.
No CC is Required, Everything is in the donwload. Just unzip, select, drag and drop tray files in the tray folder. Example, Documents/ Electronic Arts/ Tray. Drop the mods in Sims 4 Mods folder. Example, Documents/ Electronic Arts/ Mods. Done! Enjoy ?
