- Animations for everything i have placed in this Club. Specialy more for the BDSM Section or Sex on Cars would be nice.

Recently I got interested in "Dogging", that is engaging in sexual acts in public places such as parks or parking lots, so I thought my Sims had to try it!

The Lot it's developed onto different levels, providing plenty of room for your naughty encounters. Also the view it's pretty dope.

Hi all,
It's been a while since I got time to play Sims 4, so I thought I'd create a community lot for my bears to go to. This is Cubman's Bara House. The restaurant features a small lake entrance, a bar, tables and chairs, a small bathroom and a kitchen. It's been designed to fit into a 30X20 lot and uses items from all packs.
Also included are some exclusive Cubman Bara art as well as some items from Cubman's Jiriaya stuff
Make sure you use moveobjects before placing the lot.

What is the "House of Desire"?
"House of Desire" is a Stripclub with basic Brothel-Features (Just 2 Bedrooms). You can use it as a "Early Midgame-Stripclub", to increase your Money for the "Heaven - The Dungeon Mansion" or "Palace of Pleasure" or simply for lower Systems, which can not handle the PoP or HDM.

What is Heaven?
"Heaven - The Dungeon Mansion" is an absolutly Endgame Stripclub and fully build for the WickedWhims Stripclub-Feature, which was on Patreon with v150 and will be released for public in the Future.
It has 6 floors and a Rooftop Helicopter-Landingpad:
3 Overground-Floors:
- First floor: Main Stripclub-Area with Bars, Areas for Private Dancing, Dancing-Poles, Dancing on Bars (only the 2 left and right at the Entrance) and Table-Dance (only the Center Table in front of the Main-Stage).
- Second floor: Service Area for the Prostitutes with 6 Bedrooms, 4 Massage-Rooms, 4 Saunas, Yoga-Room, Gym and BDSM-Rooms
- Third Floor: Private Area of the Owner Household with the Office, Bedroom, Bathroom, Livingroom, Gym, Music-Studio
- On the Rooftop you have a Helicopter-Landing with 2 Helicopters.

First Basement: The Underground Parkhouse
The Cars on the Screenshot are not listed in the CC-Section. You can set Cars by your own Choice there. So, if you don't choose exactly the same Cars like me, you will get a message for some removed objects, when placing the Lot.
But there are some Cars I could found with Animations available:

Well after playing several hours my sims have racked up somewhere around $500,000 in extortion money and otherwise "Ill gotten gains" so I got to thinking, "WTF am i going to do with all these simols?" Thus the successor to my shady trailer lot was born, (See other dls) Axis Military base comes with a bio science facility, A brig, an indoor greenhouse for your Ahem *coughs "Plants with a cowplant you can make sacrifices with inside. An Entry lobby that looks like a MIB headquarters, A barracks, A messhall, An education room, 2 master bed rooms, One for Scientist the other for the sim I play in my game, However you may alter it however you like. and finally a dungeon addon, (Which my gallery NOCC version doesn't have),
NOTES:
-Credit for ALL included CC goes to their respective authors. I just build and retexture things .
-This is the main lot I use in my game, Took me about a day in a half to make.
-This lot is best used with wicked whims and all it's addons.
-This lot contains Sexual refrences and captions related but not limited to: BDSM, Captures, BBC interracial, Foot fetish, and trans women.

gangs Drusilla's Rival Gangs

This Adds so far: One gang house, and Two rival gang presets for your gang wars and bad neighborhoods.

Q:Why are your sims all black?
A: Because most the crips I grew up around were black With the exception of One white girl.
Q:Why all the gangs and ghetto lots?
A:Because I like chaos in my game, and the club feature from Get together opens that door up.
Q: You do realize Basemental has a mod called Basemental Gangs right?
A: Yeah I have played it, However these sims are merely presets, And most of the time I don't Play as these sims. They're mostly NPCs so Clubs work better for me.

ghetto RED vs BLUE (A Shadowcrest Redux)

Two appartment units, On site laundry, Located in the Ghetto. Built with Gang members or single mums in mind. Makes great university housing. (If you like it rachet) My scientist used the Blue unit and grew pot from Basemental drugs in her backyard. So it's fully play tested. There are no Smoke alarms. I did that on purpose to simulate neglectful landlords So far 3 sims died in these apartments during my playthrough. LOL In my game my Drug dealer lives next door :3
HOW TO USE IN GAME:
-Place section 8 tennants on empty lot, (Mine is in del Sol valley)
-Set household to unplayed
-Enter build mode for the lot and place the lot with bb.moveobjects on
-Select the household, hit Play and let the fun begin!
