ANGRYWOLVERINE Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 seems kinda complicated.Do those mods have to be installed in that order ? Just curious. I may try it.I have not been a fan, nothing personal to the modders of the mods we have had to work with in Fallout 4 as far as romances are concerned. Not a big fan of those. So getting something working correctly for me would be nice.

Badtanker Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 Had a lot of trouble after the last patch. Steam decided to reinstall the whole game not only in the folder where I had it at but in the default one also. I couldn't find the Fallout4 esm. or fallout4 exe. in the one that it installed in the default but did discover it in my normal folder on D drive. Well I'm not in the right area for that but wanted to thank VonHelton on this video so now I have a guide on how to reinstall FP and AAF.

forgets Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 14 hours ago, Khaahan said: Hello everybody. I've got a problem... I installed a couple of other animations mods for AAF but I get some awkward results... cuddling and kissing and a couple of lesbo animations {cunnilingus and scissors} work fine but all the other aniomations have a wrong alighnment of the bodies... I should have taken a snapshot to show what I mean but sadly I didn't. Also... when I let a female and a man interact or a female and two males interact the cuddling/kissing animations and the dual wlding animation work fine with the female doing the double handjob but then when action goes on she does the part of the male and one of the male takes her part... not to mention a few weird mismatch in the mutant/supermutant animations... I post here the list of the related mods installed so you can eventually tell me what's wrong. At least I hope some of you can. Here my AAF related installed mods... ...and my loadorder... loadorder.txt I thought was related to the Crazy_Animations_Gun.esp but unistalling it the problem remains a button for realign the bodies would be a nice add, I believe I remembered there was such an option but I guess I was wrong, probably confounded with something else I've got less than one hour to understand what's groing wrong so I can think about a possible solution or get a direction about that, then I will have an internet blackout till tomorrow {mobile data limit exceeded}. Is there anybody who can have a look? I mean... there are not so many mods related to AAF... should be easy to point me to the right direction. What have I to actually install and in which order? Or, like I thought, should I try taking just the animations I need from the packages which cause me problems and put them in the Leito installed mod for better stability? I guessed some esp might interfere or mess up the reading/loading of scripts and animations I really hope I've been clear... Are you having these problems when you are scrolling through your animations to change them while they play? When you choose an animation or pose from a certain pack (such as one of Rufgt's), then scroll through the other animations with arrow keys, other mods' animations (like Leito's and Crazy's) will not be aligned. Different animation/pose packs align differently, so if you start on one of Rufgt's animations and start scrolling up or down the entire list, the only animations that will look right will be Rufgt's and others that use the same alignment as Rufgt. You have to end the current animation, go back to the AAF menu, and start the new animation to get the alignment to work properly. If that's not the problem, sorry, no idea.

Thanks, first, for your feedback. Yes, that's the problem. Let's say for example that now, when I let two females get along proper lesbo animations {not involving strapons and penetrations} they play correctly aligned, as a matter of fact. The solution you told me ... I did try starting a new action from a different animation but the result is the same, at least with F on F. It goes differently with the Female and the Mutant/Supermutant... depending on the selections made at the beginning {ground to 'player', ground to SM}... I get oral sex works correctly in both cases but all the other animations the Female is the "active" person, which I can tell looks quite weird specially when her body resizes to match the Supermutant body size {reminds me the bad alien of Falling Skies!}, taking the "big fella" from behind. I did try modifying the .xml changing the "Leito_positionData.xml" two lines about the offset {<animationOffset actor="1" offset="0,70,0"/> <animationOffset actor="2" offset="0,0,0"/>} and put the same in the Leito_FF_positionData.xml" from the patches xml, just thinking "if they did put those two then they must have an effect", but actually they do not, so I wonder why are there if they make no difference. At this point I've started looking around for an application to easily modify the .hkx animation file and would make sense modifying not the Leito's animations but the others involved, which are radically much less to modify. If no solution for this exists, if not changing animations/creating proper animations, I would keep Leito's offsets as a standards if no better solution can be found. At this point I wonder if is too hard to create the way to change the offset of the actors like in SexLab... but then we wouldn't have AAF but another Sexlab, which makes no sense. So I spread my arms with no clue of what else I can think. CG! and I discussed on Discord about this problem and reasonably he tried to explain to me the limitations do exist, specially in an alpha stage {Sorry again for driving you mad, CG!} but I'm stubborn like all Sardinian peoples and I push myself to the limit till I do find a solution. Learning another app to make animations... I used DAZ 3D in the past and I wonder if I can still use that one.

I am about 50% convinced it is a load order thing, so probably a matter of just teaching this old dog how to hunt the right way. I hate teaching myself new stuff...the teacher is an idiot.

But, I dont see how it would allow seeing the new AAF based animations in any of the FP based mods, without them being converted or by using the proxy. You would only see the new anims through the wizard. C. Whats going on with the foreboding music, satanic imagery and childrens voices saying "bye poo bear"? Scaring me! 2

Yes, and No. Some have a great deal of issues with Fallout 4 animation mods. Lots and Lots. Having something that will work for some of them reliably is a great option... at least for now. IT is only a solution for those that want to run those two and have limited or no need to run AAF specific animations. In time as popularity for AAF increase and more materials are created for it, this tutorial will likely become obsolete. Of course this is only my opinion. I could be missing something.
torn Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 When using FP_Violate, with my female character and female companion, when attacking supermutants, the AAF gives an error, can not start the animation, since this is not MFF animation. How to solve this problem? MFF animations with supermutants do not exist.
Thndrwlkr Posted July 8, 2018 Posted July 8, 2018 So, I gave this FP/AAF setup a run, and I can say if you are looking for a way to use both systems together, this IS the correct setup. I played a few hours on a female build (with Autonomy Enhanced installed in lieu of basic Autonomy) adding Family Planning Enhanced (FP build, not the 'patch'), and Dave's poses (aaf build). All FP mods worked as advertised (SEU worked flawlessly each of the nine times I attempted it), and FPE also resulted in pregnancy (fired through a SEU dialog, using FP animations). AAF also worked as advertised (for the latest build), and adding the compatibility patches (NOT the proxies) did allow for Leito's animations to be used in AAF. I did not see any crossover, but I only played for about four hours, and @VonHelton did use the term 'eventually' when he said he saw such, so I cannot confirm nor deny this part. I still have problems with stripping in AAF animations with anything that is added as standalone (only slot 33 strips when using any kind of modular mashup, and that not always). These mods include EasyGirl, Dickies pinup, Absolutely Skimpy Attire, and Deathclaw Hunter Armor. When using them in conjunction with Combat Strip Lite, all of these sets strip correctly according to their slots (CK biped slots), but AAF doesn't move them at all (no, I am NOT running CSL with AAF...the only mod I use that affects stripping when AAF is installed is Strip Cube, which is placed over any pool/jacuzzi I might build, but any testing is done far, far away from these cubes). The stripping isn't a HUGE issue, as nothing added by Lazman or 2Pac's mods seems to have any problems (still testing...they have a LOT of outfits in each of those mods...many remain to test), but my OCD wont let it be, because I have this wild fantasy that one day soon, I will be running AAF with RSE and FPE while CSL is whicking away bits of modular armor while my gal makes a run on Breakheart Banks. EDIT: Sorry, it was NOT only Deathclaw Hunter, but all of Honest Abe's mods, and the Leito animations in AAF were only used once, so not sure if that is a valid test or the result of luck...need to try to duplicate it. 1
