It seems to only affect people with Enhanced Lights and FX and other mods that affect lighting. is there a fix for this? cuz ye that's what i noticed, lookign towards teh cathedral causes insane sudden drops.
Sladen2019 Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 I don't know of any fix. They could possibly have it fixed for 1.3. If not, a patch may need to be made by either team. I use Vivid Weather and I get the fps drop also when looking at the cathedral.

As far as the mod goes, it's pretty neat. Been a while since I've enjoyed just wandering around, quests are pretty simplistic but I've only really tried side quests. Might be different on the bigger quests. The major kick in the face is the fact they'll be moving development over to SSE. Which with no SKSE and only really a few major mods really isn't worth the drive space at the moment. Maybe down the line if they ever "finish" it, they could port it over. But then it becomes a "what comes first", though i doubt even in two years SSE would be near the same level as oldrim.

The weapons look terrible, I was trying to remember who made those lore weapons expansion mod and it was insanitysorrow from nexus mods he even got that mod up to v1.4 and put everything in there so once they get this mod to a stable point I'm just gonna go in there and replace the crappy meshes and textures with insanity's stuff and be done with it. Some of the meshes and texture conflict with immersive weapons and legendary skyrim crossbows, as well as immersive college of winterhold and beyond reach mods. Everything conflicts with Immersive anything, which is why no one uses it anymore, aside from the "50000 nifs and textures on one piece" bullshit.

I guess everyone is thinking why bother if the rest of it only works in special ed edition so they either switch over and wait or just wait til later and see if SKSE64 progresses.

She's a fuckin ancient vampire- actually vampire royalty. Why would she give a fuck about human cattle? Still looking at converting everything but it is going to be a pain as everything needs to go through blender to look good with stretched meshes.*Sigh*

That is why i try to stay away from mages type companions.

That they don't want to work on two versions of the same mod, once the Oldrim version gets all the fixed/patches they will port it. Why waste time & resources on this? You can literally put whole mod into SE and play it right now, extract files , convert animations, re open esp/esm and resave them in 64bit CK.

I'm saying that they should release a version for LE first, work out all the bugs they can and then port it to SSE for each installment of Cyrodiil. I don't know what all this stuff is about different versions and shit if it is not hard to port each version from LE to SSE. I have visited the site and there are enough ppl working on this that one team members word may not mean that much.

Wow. okay. It doesn't yet. I am not an experienced modder, but I am looking at converting everything and releasing it. Waiting on permissions right now. It will take awhile because the original meshes look blocky when stretched and need work in blender. I plan to release everything for UUNP bodyslide with BBP. As far as the rest of the mods I have not seen to many conflicts with anything.

TnA probbaly is not and was never a thing they even remotely considered. Bodyslide and other related conversions and add-ons are on the rest of the community, as well they should be. pinky6225 Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 Had the FPS issue in the bruma city now as well, after leaving the bards house that you get a quest for to shut up FPS dropped from my usual 59.8 to about 30 odd on my GTX 1080, changing cell (castle for me) and then going back into the city corrected and it only seems to occur when your changing cell from a house in the lower town back to the city

I think it is likely to become one of my Must Haves. As for bugs, this is a huge mod (2.4Gb) and getting larger, so there's going to be lots of bugs and its going to take time to kill them all. And the developers do seem to be on the ball with that.

Personally, I prefer mods where people put thought into stories for both sides instead of just assuming the player will always pick the one side.

There are dialogue lines to say that you are a storm cloak as well although going for the free option doesnt seem to have any larger consequences towards imperials in other parts of bruma
