  1. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/44184 You can synthesize speech using NPC voices, this could be a great modder's resource and has a lot of potential for SL I reckon. From the demo video, it's a bit hit and miss but overall seems great.
  2. T-pose generally means you haven't run generatefnisforusers.exe. You need to run this every time you install (or remove) a mod that contains animations.
  3. Try putting your skeleton right at the end of your load order.
  4. First rule of modding IMO is read everything twice and follow the instructions to the letter. Personally I'd recommend Mod Organizer 2 over Vortex. Missing animations is usually because you didn't run FNIS to generate the animations, did you do that?
  5. None of us did when we started. It just takes some patience, the ability to read (and re-read) and follow instructions and ask for help when needed. You'll find a lot of help on this site. Personally I'd recommend you start with Mod Organizer 2 for your modding.
  6. I guess it's something to do with an anniversary of some kind, they added some stuff from Morrowind and other old stuff, in creation club.
  7. I have auto-updates disabled but I'm seeing on Reddit that there's been a Skyrim SE update today that's made SKSE FUBAR again.
  8. You can't go wrong with Gopher's videos It's MO(1) and Oldrim but the method is exactly the same.
  9. I had a similar problem a while back. The only way I could make it work was to uninstall it completely and reinstall it from scratch. I've also discovered that if you have Windows 7, you need to have an Aero theme set on your desktop. It might sound odd but it really does not work properly unless you have an Aero theme.
  10. I've previously mentioned Fat Bastards In Skyrim which is fun. I'm currently embracing SE and I was delighted to find this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9193 Adds Fat Bastards, pregnant women and women with babies, great for immersion.
  11. Thanks for all the quick and helpful comments. I think I'll check out MO2 as I'm familiar with MO.
  12. Hey all I've been away from LL for a while and I'm a bit out of touch. I decided to start from scratch with Skyrim SE and Sexlabs stuff but I'm wondering which mod manager to go with. I use MO for Oldrim and it works well but I've heard it's problematic. I've installed Vortex and watched Gopher's vids but he's not finished the series yet. It seems OK so far but I just wanted recommendations on which one to use for best results with SE and SL mods, NMM, MO, MO2 or Vortex. I know there are Wyre Bash etc too but I've never used these other methods. Apologies if
  13. Tried it last night, also got the mod that updates the translation. It's pretty good, the outfit setting is a bit iffy but it's great that you can set swimming outfits, outfits for towns etc. I feel I've only scratched the surface but so far I'm impressed. I've not been playing Skyrim much lately but this got me hooked again, the possibilities are near endless.
  14. Thanks for sharing, I've been reading up on it and sounds great.
