Oh definitely! My intention wasn't to ask if we are getting a new version soon, as real life always gets in the way for everyone, but merely if anyone is in contact with Kenjoka and can confirm that they are still having plans for the mod in the future.;)

 

I love quest mods, and your oblivion mods had given me a lot of extra game time in Oblivion, even years after Skyrim's release!!

   I would hate to be the one to tell you how to really mess up your game, Skyrim unlike Oblivion, which loose installs there were bad, but in skyrim you are just asking for it.

 

   In Oblivion you could easy UN-mark a mod, and load game and make a new save, and the mod was gone, not baked into your save, not stuck there forever like it is in Skyrim. Skyrim was a true step backwards in that respect, it is even worse than Morrowind.

Unpack the archive file into a temp folder.  Pick which optional parts you want and move them to the root of that folder then delete the unused options then copy the remaining contents of the folder to your data directory.

 

Search the Internet for "Manually Install FOMOD" mod for more instructions.

As galgat said, manual install is generally a bad idea in skyrim. But if you aren't well versed into how mods work (as you're asking how to install it) then it becomes an especially good way to make it so your game breaks.

 

If for some reason you still want to install it manually, then drop the files into the data folder like any other mod. As it's a fomod, choose the right folders inside the archive (you need the content of the folders not the folder themselves)...but don't forget to install all the requirements (as well as their own requirements, and so on) BEFORE you install slaverun. If you have just been installing stuff manually so far then GL...you'll need it.

I started a new game to get Finn. I wasn’t through a lot of the dialogue already. But not he seems to be stuck on the “I’ve been thinking about a lesson from pike” dialogue. I can also no longer ask him to follow me as a follower, so he won’t go into stealth at the same time as me which is pretty detrimental. Any idea what I can do? I tried disabling and enabling and killing and resurrecting him. Nothing seems to work.

I am doing the arena as a female slaver, and I am encountering what may be a bug.
I have chance of enslavement on loss set to 100%. When I lose a fight, I encounter the knockdown animation, but it just keeps running forever, with no dialog or additional animations.
I do not have this issue when I leave slaver status prior to the match. It only happens as a slaver.

   Humm!  I normally try to avoid getting enslaved as a slaver, but it does seem like I once allowed it, via a loss in the arena, and I thought it worked fine.  May have just been a fluke.

 

   Did you by any chance make a save before the arena fight ?  ( I have wiped all my save's in preparation for either another Play through, or maybe Kenjoka does and update so I can not check right now.)

 

  Returning to that save might net a different result.  I Guess it could be some other MCM condition you have set also that might be making the out come loop, ( say for example you had the never enslave ticked in the general setting's, and had it set allow in the arena setting's, They might conflict.)

the Arena creature shows = yes (have to use testmode and then use the dialogue cheat to finish collecting the creatures though).

No, the recruitment quests for both gladiators and creatures aren't implemented in alpha. If you have cheats enabled (in MCM or by editing .json file) you can skip the recruitment and still fight in the arena tho.

Sorry, I had some spelling mistakes there. Fixed them. Is there maybe something I can do with set stage, or something in the quest? Can I use the console to complete his quest and then use the console to start it again? If so how would I do that?

would it be difficult, to select add in a selection of wich city´s are enslaved ?

 

i have played different choices with this mod, and would love to have specific citys under slavery rule and some to be free...

so I have this idea.

 

Having tried immserive carriage rides that rather just showing a loading screen the cart actually takes you to the other town, I have started to wonder if you could that with slaverun.

 

However you replace the carriages with a carriage with a built in slave cage and some device, like a wooden horse, a cross or some form of sex machine.  Then rather than having it go to just a loading screen. The slave is locked in and then paraded around skyrim as you go to the new location, along with the rest stops.

 

Passers by could give comments, the carriage driver could pimp you out for a bit more cash.

 

That.... or.... rather than riding in the carriage, the slave is mounted under the horse and gets constantly fucked whilst the carriage takes non slaves around skyrim.

T.ara has something like this in the works. If you go to ZAP8 thread you can see pictures and commentary. It has been within the last week so you don't have to go back far.

I've just started playing this mod and love it. I have finished basic slave training and am looking forward to what comes next. I do have three nits to pick before I get so wrapped up in this (and yes it is engrossing, pun intended) that I forget them.

 

1) The prequest is too repetitive (read boring). I appreciate a prequest as an opportunity to think through whether I really want to move forward or not but all those trips back and forth to Riverwood get really old. I hope that in a future release you will cut the trips in half (or less).

 

2) Clean up your language. No, I don't mean like you mother would want you to (you eloquently addressed that in your description of the mod). I mean like your high school teacher would with some emphasis on grammar and spelling. The vast majority of it is excellent but I have to admit some of it caught me flat-footed and required re-reading to understand the meaning.

 

3) Please arrange it so that a new stage is not set until after the animation plays. This caused me some grief early on before I got used to it. When Bellamy says something like "OK slave, suck my dick." the stage completes and a new stage such as "ask Bellamy if you did a good job" starts before the cocksucking animation even starts. At first, unaware of this, I tried to interrupt things thinking that I was supposed to simply move ahead and was surprised by the "late" animation.

 

Again, thanks for the mod. Overall I think it's stellar and hope that you will take my nitpicking in the constructive spirit in which it was intended.

 1. can be skipped, with cheats enabled your will get a dialogue that allows you to by pass it. I do agree that first time or two is enough for that so I tend to just skip it.

 

2. I never found any really bothersome dialogue, but, it is not hard to fix anything you do not like in the CK, dialogue is one of the easier things to modify on you own in the CK, scripting is troublesome, but dialogue is easy.

 

3. that could be done with a RegisterforModEvent("HookAnimationend_playerRef", "FixUpdate") catching the end animation in the Sex call function, but I don't really see it as a problem, or myself a real reason for it.  I guess it would be okay to do that though.

Thank you for your prompt, thorough and courteous reply. I am sorry to be dilatory in this response but "I was up past my bedtime" playing this fantastic mod and crashed without coming back here to see that you had responded.

 

I do want to reiterate, if nothing changed about this mod I would still love it. With that said:

 

1) Yes, it can be skipped. I did mention that I like the idea of a prequest, I was simply suggesting that a shorter one would be more fun. In fact, if I start more games with this mod that is exactly what I will do. However, for right now, I have a hard save just prior to meeting Bellamy for the first time and will simply load that until I have a true flavor for all the options this mod offers.

 

2) If you would be so kind as to give a primer on how this done (or recommend a TRUSTWORTHY place to get this information) I will happily fix my own copy and never mention this again. I have placed in a spoiler those things that have recurred to which I am referring.

There are 3 recurring things that bother me in the dialogue.

First, and I know it is the pedant in me but it does keep coming up, is for members of the slaver faction to threaten to teach my slave some manors (which are large houses such as Animal Mansion) as opposed to manners. Yes they are homophones but mean very different things.

Second, and the one that has led to my confusion at times, is the use of singular adjectives with plural nouns. This is most commonly seen in the reference to "this slaves." In context it appears that most, if not all, of these references are meant to be to "these slaves." However, it could have been to "this slave" or even to this slave's something or other with a word dropped, such as this slave's boobs.

Third, and the one I have most sympathy with, is the improper choice of prepositions. I have this problem whenever I speak or write in a foreign language and therefore am not casting aspersions. It does happen frequently in the dialogue, however, and detracts from this terrific mod.

 

3) I suppose that I take it as convention. From the beginning of Vanilla Skyrim with it's boring and annoying cart ride to Helgen to the final defeat of Sovngarde the pattern in Skyrim is setstage, perform action or view animation, advance stage. For instance in the "final" scene with Alduin the PC kills Alduin (with a little help from his friends) and we get the Alduin dying animation. The next stage "talk to Shor about returning to Skyrim" is only set after the animation is complete. It could have advanced once Alduin was killed and before the animation actually started but it did not. As I say I think it is simply about what I would have expected. Now that I know what to expect from this mod it is not an issue for me but I do believe it would be less confusing to others who came to it if it happened in the order to which Vanilla Skyrim had accustomed them.

Minor glitches report:

1) I turned on the crawl only indoors and it works most of the time indoors but also sometimes outdoors. I have simply turned it off for now.

2) When I did the bring slavery to Riverwood quest after I returned to Pike and came back to Lucan every time I exited any building in Riverwood (and there were 3: Riverwood Trader, Sven and Hilde's house and the Sleeping Giant Inn) I always found myself on the edge of town rather than just outside the door I exited. Not a problem in a hamlet like Riverwood though.

I had an idea for the continuity of your mod.  Guess it is one more :smile:.  I would be if the player ends all your quests as a slave.  She would be sold to a master or mistress (could be a follower who had been enslaved by or because of her and through ruthlessness has won a freedom).  I'm thinking a follower 'cause I guess it would be easier to implement.  So that master of mistress would accompany the slave and would pick-up quest and order the slave to do them "following" her.  She would instead of saying I follow you, would say thing like "move your ass".  She would pick maybe one quest max per city and give them to the slave until completion.  Then when next time they travel to the city she would get the prize.  This would ensure in a way that all Skyrim quest are done.  There is a lot of radiant quest.  She would punish the slave in case of failure (example:  She is spotted while stealing something and Vex refuse to pay the master who takes it on the slave for her failure).  He/she would off course prostitute her and abuse her when ever he/she wants (preferably in an Inn).

 

So that's an idea, don't know if creating a script that pickup quest in town and give them through the master/mistress to the slave is possible.

  This is actually the best place to start, and from there you can branch out, you will find modifying dialogue to your taste to be a very rewarding thing. It will make you feel more in control, and you will have less, prime and proper speech problems to complain about.
