Check the preview screen which should look textured and same as ingame for 0 to 100 weight. - FNIS - XPMSE Somehow I "progressed" to be able to install deviously cursed loot, but if I start it up the game crashes between the starting logo and the menu. If I remove it I have to rerun FNIS and bodyslide or I will have 0 animation (=frozen characters sliding around the floor) but the game works again. Every time I try to reactive the mod it says: "Datafile 'Textures\Devious\CursedLoot\dcur_cursedboots_d.dds' has already been installed by 'Devious Devices: Expansion' Activate this mod's file instead?" But both "Yes to all" and "No to all" gave me the same results. P.S: I know at least some of the mods work because I just tested it and managed to get my character naked and (I still didn't figure out exactly how) finger herself, and her aroused level got down from 12 to 0. So at least I did something right... Any help further from here will be very appreciated EDIT: A few more things that might help: I usually run FNIS before I create the batch with bodyslide. Could it cause any trouble? (I spent over an hour reverting forward and backward so I am afraid of experimenting more XD The second thing: I tried to use bodyslide to edit my character's breasts because a few animations made no sense (hands "missing their mark", in short). Could it indicate that I have done something wrong? Regardless of the answer I would love to know how to make the edits work. All I could find was about CBBE and UUNP and tbh I still don't quite understand these two and how to switch around between one and the other. In fact for the first time I installed each mod, it sometimes asked me about CBBE or UUNP (and I always stuck to CBBE, random choice) until eventually the main "deviously cursed loot" said UUNE is better, but it doesn't ask me again if I remove and reinstall them, I suppose it just goes with the previous choice I made...

I found the keyword dcur_excludefromtraps, but I'm not sure this is applicable since it's only referred by perks. Is there a way I can add something to an armor in Tes5Edit to disable them or do I have to deep dive in scripting?

The mods or scripts are not loaded yet in the main menu. It sounds like you have more issues with your basic Skyrim install. Maybe you are missing the basic stability enhancers like "crash fixes", "load game ctd fix", "enboost", config skse's ini or not optimized the skyrim ini's. Even the default Skyrim master files that Steam installs fight against mods unless they are cleaned. Sorted load order with LOOT? How many animations did your FNIS register? If it's more than 6k you should consider using FNIS XXL or remove some animations. Also remember that removing a mod that contains scripts (all of these mods do) while in the middle of a playthrough can damage the save badly. Starting a new game or loading a save made in purely unmodded setup would work better. Also this is why i would use MO instead of NMM, you can swap between modded and unmodded with just a single click. About the hands missing the mark issue, there's many things that can go wrong. Mainly check sexlab settings and all the scaling things. Even after all that some specific animations are much less accurate than others.

I always use the one with because this is my system type. Is that the right one? Update: Installed loot, and activated it (at least I think it is active. It did sort things in an order that makes sense, though it counts a few things twice with wierd names (such as Deviously Cursed Loot LAL AddOn.esp) Anyway, the game still crashes on startup. But I have more information than just that. The loot says the following about each of the following: Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, HearthFires.esm and Dragonborn.esm: TES5Edit v4.0.0 found 96 ITM records and 3 deleted references. Due to Improvements made to the cleaning process with the official release of xEdit 4.0.x+, any mods which were verified as clean with older versions of xEdit may now require additional cleaning. A guide for running xEdit 4.0.x+ in Quick Auto Clean mode can be found here. Could this be the source of the problem? I am afraid of "cleaning" things that I don't understand because I don't want to delete important stuff and have to reinstall (again). Update 2: The LOOT thingie is probably a false alarm. It says the exact same thing even when I remove deviously cursed loot and can run the game... I did see in my search repeatedly that such crashes mean that a "master" plugin or something is missing. But I have no idea what

It sounds like you are doing manual installs without much grasp or understanding of how to do manual installs. Manual installation is for obsessive-compulsives who are also experts at Skyrim modding. Do not do them. Install MO2, or Vortex. Then the DCL FOMOD will work for you. Warnings in LOOT about dirty mods that need cleaning can be ignored in most cases. While ITM records do sometimes cause issues, they do not necessarily cause issues. It depends on whether there are conflicts on that record, and what load order you have. Worry about ITMs once you have a working game, and you understand what ITMs are, and how they cause problems. Which is to say, after you've got used to hand merging in Tes5Edit, which may be never. That's just fine. Even without ITMs hundreds of mods revert records patched by USLEEP back to something unpatched. Pity that USLEEP is an ESM, so you can't just load it last. If that statement makes no sense to you, just ignore it.

Thanks but in fact I just solved this problem, because oddly enough all I had to do was to install the alternative start (no idea why, but ok...) So far I have managed only to find steel cuffs, and they didn't force me to put them on, they just let me. The odd thing is I don't see them (will try bodysliding all options until I consider that a problem, though I would apperciate it if I knew what are my "target presets". I use UUNP and windows 10 x64 bit. No idea what more details might help), but it also didn't actually restrict my movement at all (so it isn't just missing animations). The only thing they do restrict is the menus.

But maybe not if you are still unfamiliar with the mod nor gotten it fully working. I recommend going through all the MCM menus before starting to play, and change them to your liking. I only found it out the crash fixing mods made the game give me an error message about having to use "-forcesteamloader", and then using this gave me the error message what I am missing. I tested DCL on a saved game that I made just on the dungeon in the normal start (the first room in which you can use 3rd person). I put it on 100% poprate and removed the arousal requirement and cooldown. Worked just fine so far (I.E every dead guard I looted put some item on me). Thanks for all the help
Helveticos Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 I recently jumped onto 7.3 version from 7.0, and i noticed that each time i completed Chloe questline on 7.3 game starts to crash randomly (i can play 5-10 min at best). Tried on clean saves, new profiles, new games, always same result. On 7.0 i had some crashes in process on quest, but after ending quest i had no problems at all. I like this questlline and Chole herself, so i ask for help with this problem.

["Mage boots" which are in fact rubber bullet boots, for example] So I had this really lucky playthrough in which I got the rubber doll on my first mob loot, so I went along with it just to see how it goes, but eventually decided to make a new game without it (rather get it when my map is fuller). Problem is, as soon as I started the new game and got to the torture room again, these bodies were not there. Several other bodies who used to give some really nice stuff (burning axe and freezing axe I think) also disappeared. Creating more new games didn't solve the problem. Though I do always set several stuff on the mods (devious devices, cursed loot and sexlab) every time before I exit the first room. Could any of them be related? Totally unrelated to the previous questions, but also: is there a way to rape enemies who surrendered to me? I could find the option. Also, is this Chloe in the cell bugged? A few things related to her give me the impression that she isn't supposed to be there (such as her cell door being undecided whever it is opened or closed whenever I get to her, and that she wants me to free her despite having no chains.

I Manual saved outside the building before ever entering, let the first room load and quicksaved, then ran in and down to the cages. It took 2-3 tries but they were there when I checked the cages after a couple reloads of the save in Helgen outdoors. The second save is just so I could go back and do the quest properly if it loaded the missing bodies, also so you can set up mods and not have to hope it worked.
ForestElf Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Hello, i made a new game with 7.3 and i have noticed some things: 1) Combat surrender (i have set hit points for surrender in MCM to 1) - You can "cheat" combat surrender in some occasions, if you just keep attacking. You get the message "you can't continue fighting", but if you just keep attacking, you can actually kill the enemy and go on without the "defeat" event actually triggering. For the record, i don't use any defeat mod, just Violens, set to always trigger. The same issue i had it with the last 6.x version. 2) Bondage adventure. - If you get killed (or rather, if you get attacked and surrender) while in bondage adventure, you get teleported to another starting point and the point where you must go back to, changes too. Example: I get Valga Vinicia in Falkreath as quest giver, in order to unlock some restraints. On my way back, i get attacked by wolfs, i get the "bound you can't fight and hope for mercy" message. So i get teleported to another place in the map, but now the point to return to is in Riverwood! I get killed again twice, by wolf and skeever and the point of return remains Riverwood, which now, on the map, shows 3 "make it back" cursors! I then disabled in the MCM the "complex surrender conditions" and managed to go back (maybe i used fast travel too, i am not sure. On paper it shouldn't work, but sometimes during bondage adventure, it does). I got unlocked. Going back to Falkreath, Valga Vinicia also had a "i made it back" dialogue. Later on, i open a trap and get bondage adventure quest again. The full attire etc, but , i get the message that the quest is completed. So i have the character all dressed up for bondage adventure, but no quest marker to go to. So i had to use "free me" to escape the situation. 3) I am not sure if related to Cursed Loot or not (i basically run CL and PO as the 2 real SL mods right now), but at some point, the door of the Falkreath's inn was...locked after sleeping in the inn. Valga Vinicia was inside the inn too. I cheated through console unlocking the door to get out. I just mention it, because it never happened in my runs without SL mods. 4) The "whore collar", remains equipped even after completing the bondage adventure quest. Maybe it's intentional, but i found it odd. Can't be removed through "free me" MCM either. Other than that, the version seems very stable. Thank you Kimmy.

I’ve noticed on occasion I’ll suddenly be blocked from fast travel, getting the Fast Travel Is Unavailble pop up, and it started around the time I picked up Chloe at the start of the game. That solved the problem (eventually). Now I have a new problem XD EDIT: This problem was solved. See EDIT 5 below for the solution. I was playing around, getting tied up and freeing myself occasionally, until suddenly it was like 95% of the bindings that I get are these chains that are connected to the neck, wrists, and legs. These chains make the character 100% helpless (No kicks or punches), but the worst part is they never ever appear in the inventory, so I can't even try to remove them. Even the safe word doesn't work against them, as if they do not exist, only reloading a save does, but they do affect my inablity to struggle from othet stuff, and my inability to fight, and my availability for rapeing, and I get them really nearly all the time... Anyone ever encountered this and knows a fix? I would really appreciate the help. EDIT: It is even worse than I thought. Whenever I try to equip an item which restricts the arm (such as armbinders and straightjackets), I get these "invisible" chains as well, and can't remove them. More info: When did it first occur? When I got intentionally defeat by the huge spider in the golden claw's mission, I got these chains for the first time. They were bugged back then too. Also, might be related: Just before I entered the lair I defeated two guards and one of them surrendered to me, When I chose to bind her, these chains came up. So it could have been bugged already by then. When I bind willing victims with other kinds of binding, this bug doesn't happen, though. EDIT 2: I loaded several old saved games to make sure. The last save game in which I could successfully put on the straightjacket was exactly as I stood next to my victim. The first save file which is inside the temple (from the claw mission) already is bugged as I said (any attempt to equip arm bondage results in the invisible chains appearing on me. Is there maybe a console command to remove these chains? How can I know their name if I can't see them in my invertory? EDIT 3: Looked around and found the command player.inv which showed me I have two items with BAD ID duplicates. One is a lucky charm and the other is probably these chains (though they have no name there). Problem is, no command I tried worked on this thing. There are 2 IDs, one ended with C and had a lot of question marks for a name, and the other ended with F and had the "BAD DATA" tag. I tried to removeitem the C one, and it pretends it worked, but nothing happens and it doesn't dissapear, and when I do it with F it claims I made an unparseable command. Same goes for unequiptiem for each of the IDs. When I did additem on the C item, the fly text was "Added" with no item name after it, and after I did so I could see it twice when I use player.inv. using removeitem worked to remove that duplicate, but still refuses to remove the original. Though I then checked a save in which I can bind myself just fine. It had even more bad IDs than the broken one Between the last good save and the first bad save, I recall that I had a trap explode and a lucky charm neglected it. Possibly the moment when things got wrong? EDIT 4: After playing around with items and commands I discovered this the following - when I try to put on "maid chains" it finally reacts to those I have equipped (though it calls them "prisoner chains", but "prisoner chains" don't work just like any other bindings), but no matter what key I use (and I used many, with "additem"), it says I don't have the proper key (and the description itself says it can't be struggled or cut). After trying all keys I could think of, I tried to find shackles and found a very interesting item with no texture or any stats with that name. When I equip that item, the chains go off (and the item itself does nothing. Equipping and unequipping it repeatedly makes no difference except for the chains coming off if they were already up) but it didn't solve the problem that nothing but these chains can be used as binding. So I equipped it with a console command and with parameter 1, which makes it non-unequipeable, and it actually worked! The chains came down and this time when I used the straightjacket, it let me equip it. Then I used the safeword and it successfully removed all bindings (for odd reasons that includes the useless iron shackles). BUT, then I got myself bound with selfbondage again, this time it was an armbinder. Then I used again the safeword. It took all things off, except for the gag which remained, couldn't not be found in the invertory, and was extremely effective when trying to talk... So in short, the "solution" I found didn't solve the main problem. I get invisible unremovable ignored-by-safeword items randomly, and even if tons of manipulations can get around them somehow, it just happens to another random item next time Any more ideas? I really rather not have to reload a save because of that. It was quite a long time... EDIT 5: A very nice guy in this forum managed to find a solution to this problem. Apperantly the "invisible" loot was in my invertory, just wasn't considered equipped and thus couldn't be removed (or equiped). The solution was to attempt to sell this item (at Laura's). It didn't let me sell, but the attempt linked the invertory and "reality" and then I could struggle normally.

My game CTDs when Spoiler Nazeem puts the DD gear on you when you meet him in the "Hall of the Dead" in Whiterun. I can see the purple/pink catsuit but then the game crashes.

So we solved this in PM but i just want to reiterate what the fix is, as i loaded your game a second time to find it out. 1) You had the items (prisoner chains and black ebonite ring gag) but they were not worn. And when i loaded the game they weren't even visible on player, maybe this is because you used console or "Free me"? But i simply tried to wear them and they appeared on character, still not actually "worn" in the inventory though. At this bugged state unlock/struggle dialog would never appear. 2) I went to a nearest barrel and tried to put chains and gag in it. Because of Bondage Lover trait of DCL i think, the items were put back on player but this time they were in fixed state. They were on in inventory and unlock/struggle worked. So if you have a bugged restraint, try to put it away somewhere maybe even by trying to sell it. Don't use container in player house, Bondage Lover doesn't work there.

You have an installation issue with HDT most likely. After catsuit he puts on chains.
Artemis1122 Posted January 31, 2019 Posted January 31, 2019 I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a possible mod conflict. But my followers will not equip restraints after events (ie. rape). The items show up in their inventory afterwards but they aren't locked or equipped. Only possible conflict I can think of is that I'm using AFT. Not a game/mod changer, but does anyone know the reason for this? Thanks in advance.

I don't have HDT installed, and now when looking I see that it is a required mod. Idk how I missed that requirement. Will install the mod and try again. Thanks for the quick help! Edit: Just in case anyone else runs into this, it worked after just installing the HDT physics mod
