Site Update: Things have changed, but nothing is final.

Recommended Posts

I think it looks great, looks and feels smoother, somehow though the pictures and screenshots feel smaller, it mightj ust be my screen settings though

EDIT: I am also quite used to this forum software too because another website used to use it to host their own forums {which recently began shutdown measures}

I wish to delete my account, I tried and could not find the 'delete' option, please help me kindly

Good point. The "delete my account" was in the Account Settings found in your profile (as noted in my blog on Navigating LL). I can not find it now either. While I wish everyone who made an account stayed with us this definitely needs to come to @Ashal's attention.

It is right in the forum rules clear as day.  See rule 11:  https://www.loverslab.com/guidelines/

The new design kicks ass.

I have one wish tho.

Please recreate a "wide" theme, that takes 100% of the available space on any kind of display.

On 4K, the site currently uses about 40% of my screens width on 120% zoom.

Update: Nevermind, turns out all I had to do is set

.ipsLayout_container { max-width:100% }

and it works beautifully.

Update2: I just found the new customizer in the titlebar. So, nevermind#2. It's perfect ??

What about people who only download mods and give likes?

Simple...

If they download mods and have not any issue when it happens because of wrong script coding that mess their own game....

They just don't play the game. We modders are no Gods!

We make mistakes as anyone else.

If anyone downloads a mod and only gives just likes, it means that he/she never use the mod or maybe never plays the game that the mod works.

Any game player has always questions and reports anything that he/she sees as bug.

Final..

people who only download mods and only give likes are not game players!

You may be very right however, at any given time MOST of the people who are on this site have not made a single post. I have 4 mods on LL with over 8000 downloads among them but only a handful of comments (thankfully). Most people who come here are too shy or too scared (that someone else is going to find out who they really are) that they try to stay in the shadows.

It is my opinion that those people need to be encouraged to get out here with the rest of us. I'd love them to speak up on Threads, make some mods of their own and become Contributors by supporting LL on Patreon. I don't think that any of those things are going to happen if we ban them because they're shy and scared.

Please, I installed the current version of your mod in my game which is 169 59 1020 and, unfortunately, it does not appear in the game. How could I download the previous version of your mod?

Let's start with the simple question: what is the name of the mod that you are having a problem with because this Thread is likely not the best place to ask this question.

In your download there are the files: TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script

Okay. What you need to do is to go back to Wicked Whims, here:

Below the green Download button is a gray button that says "Get Support". Click on that. Go to the bottom of the first page that you come to and type in your issue (as you've done here). That will put your post on the WW Support Thread where it can be answered by people with more knowledge of the mod in question.

Hi everyone, ?

I was thinking: would it be possible to change the private messages titles with the name of the first, I don't know, three members of the chat?

It feels a little weird to chat with a single other person, under a "BodySlide conversion permission asking" 3 weeks old. ?

Thanks again for all your work! ?

True.  For the most part.  I've modded games myself (ages ago), so I know all too well how hard it can be to make them behave properly.

Don't forget though, that many, possibly MOST modders try really hard to make things work as well as they can BEFORE they actually release something, so there will be a lot of instances where tons of people can download, play, and have no issues.

Not every mod is bugged, and not every game is as picky as some of them about modding.  ;)

Now here, I understand your point, but try not to make such assumptions.

Some of us happen to be technically minded.  If we DO happen to run into minor issues, often we manage to work it out ourselves, rather than bothering someone we feel already does more than we could ask by making mods for us in the first place.  And again.. in many other cases, what we download, as far as we're able to see, works exactly as advertised, so there's nothing to report, aside from "good job" which we often do with likes and endorsements so as not to make threads 30 pages long that say nothing other than "great job".  ^_^

Really nothing I can say to this that won't get us into a flame war, which I have zero interest in.  I'll just say, I think you're quite wrong here.  I'm sure there are SOME people who fall into that category, but far from all of them.  Beyond that, every "gamer" is different.  Some are hardcore, some casual, some notice every little detail, some aren't bothered even by what many of us would call "glaring issues".

The point is, saying any of these people are "not gamers" is really pretty derogatory, and in most cases, inaccurate.

They may not be the same "kind" of gamer as you, or as me, but that makes them no less "a gamer" than anyone else.  You have to make room to allow everyone to enjoy their experience in their own way.  :)

Cheers.

Site's running faster than it has been in a while, grateful for that and if it weren't for the fact that in the WW and NWP threads I help out with LEs, the less complicated stuff so the ones who know more can focus on said complicated stuff, I probably wouldn't have any posts to my profile at all either, so yeah the idea of clearing out accounts that never post is silly, as someone else pointed out people can be shy, they can be embarrassed and nervous about potentially getting caught on "the adult site for video game porn", so they just download and don't post, leave a like etc and some people aren't either of those they just don't want to talk with anyone

There's all different types of users here and as long as they aren't breaking any rules then I see no issue with them, and users that don't post aren't breaking any forum rules in the slightest
