actually, the current version of PapyrusUtil that is included with SexLab Beta 9 is newer than the version on Nexus. just an FYI

I have all the requirements and masters; gone back to the Bakafactory one SL Aroused redux for now, but I prefer extended because keyword options are built in.  I had to edit armors in SSEedit so many times for the Bakafactory one, it was tedious.

Took a closer look to the files and it looks like papyrusUtil is expanded in Sexlab beta9 version.

This is most likely a Windows path length issue.  The cumulative length of 1 or more elements of the mod (the archive name itself or the paths inside when added to the game directory) push the total length of your directory path to be longer than 256 characters.  AFAIK, there isn't much you can do to fix this except to shorten the path to the game folders.  Steam allows you to add new install locations via the Steam UI.  Maybe that is something you can try.  If nothing has changed since the last time I tried to use this feature, Steam's UI will refuse to create a 2nd install location on the same drive letter as the current install.  You'll probably need a separate hdd/sdd with a different drive letter to do this.

This isn't a 100% fix for the issue.  The applications you're using also have to support long paths as well or attempts to access/execute those elements will just silently fail.  Best advice is still to keep your paths shorter.

I do have Windows 10, had to change over in January when my hard drive crashed and couldn't find the registry key for my old Win7.  Don't know if it's pro edition, I can only tell you that I dread the Windows update like the apocalypse! I miss Win7. ?   The part I don't understand is about the directory paths being too long?  My directory path is quite short, because I have Skyrim installed on a different hard drive from Windows.  So the path is E:/Games/Steamapps/Common/Skryim Special Edition.  Now this was downloaded to NMM, using rename to shorten the name; it was when I went to activate it in NMM that I got stuck . So I think the file would be in the NMM mod folder, which is on E:/Games/Nexus Mod Manager/mods.   So which path are you saying is too long??  I'm so confused ?

No idea.  My suggestion was based solely on your report of "the name was too long so I shortened it".  Also, stop using NMM...bad juju.  Vortex or MO2 only.

Has anyone been able to make any adjustments to the scripts? Any time I try to compile the scripts from this mod specifically I get bombarded with error messages even if I haven't changed anything. I can compile scripts from other mods however. Im triyng to make a personal edit under the slacloak effect script so characters/npcs will see creatures as naked (because they are) so it effects the player/npc arousal. Im just trying to remove one world but I cant get it to compile. using SSE

Ok, after playing more (50+ ingame days), I can confidently say that some npc are not updating their values according to "Days since" * "Time Rate", the values are there but they don't get multiplied, then hitting the hotkey resets them to a random initial arousal, hence making the "Days since" completely irrelevant. I haven't being able to narrow the cause, some do update it with Widget function or the hotkey, some just reset(is that the function of holding down the key?), afaik some of the code is made in C++ so I'm not going to bother looking as I haven't code on that since uni. Just laying down the information in case anyone is maintaining it or plans on it. I'll try to work around it as it sucks for my playthrough.

You need a bunch of sources to compile this mod. If you can post your errors it can be narrowed down. Separate Orgasms is one that not everybody uses/has.

These seem to be from the edits with these keywords sla_fatigue, sla_frustration, sla_trauma (no errors in reports though for this keyword), sla_masochism and sla_exhibitionism.

 

Is anyone else getting these or have I screwed sumthin up royally (again!)? If peeps do have these errors too then great! I'll just edward scissorhands mine! Or should I wait for Lupines new version?

 

 

 

I'm also seeing similar errors. Are you using SexLab beta9 with the new papyrus?

 

And with these errors, my arousal is also permanently stuck at 0. NPCs start out ok, but after waiting around them for a while they also get down to 0.

If I have slso overwrite slax, arousal works, but I also see messages about downgrading sla.

I've turned off line of sight and require naked actors (even though my arousal used to increase even with those checked) with no change.

I'm still using beta 8, as for SLA went back to SLAM 0.51. With SLA my arousal would skyrocket and if memory serves me right I remember seeing a post in SLAM thread about adjusting arousal values around naked doggies or animals (i think?!). Maybe this latest SLA needs that adjustment too?

I tried using slam for a while, but since I have DD, the bug it has were orgasm wouldn't trigger from a vibration event kind of ruined it for me. I switched to slax after that, and had better results until i upgraded sexlab and slso.

 

These errors seem more related to storing actors in factions. I tried looking at the script, but I don't know what I'm looking for on or around those lines in the errors.

This is a repackage of SLAX SE with all the working patches as of 25JUL2021.  It also include a modification and includes Bakafactory(aka Factoryclose) 17NOV2020 keywords extended list.

I created this because confused SkyrimSE players will nag the community about SLAX already fixed issues, because the patches are hard to find and spread thru the forum.  Language barrier are also an issue. 

 

If you use Bakafactory mods you need this version of SLAX SE because the original does not have the Baka keyword extended list that his newest mods need.

I was hoping you added the Baka keywords into the MCM so we could just add the keywords on the fly.  It looks like we still have to use SSEEdit to modify the clothing with this version.

An alternative to modifying plugins with xEdit (or creating patches like you should be so you don't have to repeat your work every update), you can use SPID to create an ini file that adds whatever keywords you want (and do other cool shit).

I'm not sure if this was meant to happen or not, but Recently I couldn't figure out why I couldn't use healing spells. Sometimes it would work, sometime it wouldn't. And it changed longer I played. Also I noticed my or other NPC's arousal doesn't change with time, orgasms ect. ect. I had my character masterbate multiple time and it still didn't lower my arousal. Nor did the NPC's gain/ lose arousal levels any more. Stopped playing for three months cause I just couldn't figure it out. Dawned on me when i saw the lovers desire effect "All skill improve slower by 20%" or what ever it says, and manually set my arousal level to zero and my healing spells starting to work again. Set them back up to 100 or so, and my healing spells don't work. Is there a fix to this or is this normal?

Do you have Sexlab Adventures installed and option ticked that proportionately lowers the magnitude and effectiveness of spells, the more aroused the player is? Because SLAX in itself should not do this.

Trying to compile the mod as a dependency. Getting

GetActorFatigue is defined at slaframeworkscr.psc.  Looks like the compiler is not aware of the reference defined in the loader ESP plug-in.  

I do not have coding experience with Bethesda environment.  Just trying to help.

I saw two characters (tbh. siblings Valerius) having sex like in some autonomy mode.

I wonder what mod did that? Does SLAX cause aroused NPCs to have animated sex? If yes, what are conditions?
