I've been trying it more and more lately, but I can't seem to get my booty to look as good as some other modelers seem to, even before the rigging stage (which is also a struggle for me, but one thing at a time.) here's some of what I've made lately. I'd like to know a way to actually get the asscheeks to protrude outwards while still having a defined crack, something that looks like it has some weight to it, like hooves art, taimanin squad, or senran kagura. these butts are a good reference of what effect I'm after. those three models which I've made all did have references, so the scale is correct, it's just the topology and stuff that I'm still struggling with, I do have the ability to rip senran kagura models, and I have some rips of taimanin models which other people have made, however both of these are from games and thusly are triangulated and cut up into separated pieces, so it's a little hard to reverse engineer that way. I'll keep trying, but I thought I should ask around here too!

Real-Time Body Physics is a highly experimental mod for the Sims 4 that attempts to add real-time body physics to sims. Currently, only the breasts and butt are targeted, but other parts could be added in the future. The mod works via a fake DirectX DLL that behaves just like the real deal, but injects a little extra code into the rendering loop (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooking). Please read the included "ReadMe.html" file before using this mod. It explains how to install, configure, and control the mod in-game. RTBP 11 (DirectX 11): RTBP for DirectX 11 is now available. DirectX 11 is quite a bit more complicated than DirectX 9, so getting everything working has been more of an ordeal. Hopefully the small visual bugs aren't deal breakers for most of you. If they are, you can eliminate almost all of them by disabling butt physics. If you haven't used the internal GUI yet, try it out in game by pressing F11. The internal GUI will eventually replace the Commander, but for the time being both can be used to tweak RTBP to your liking. To avoid confusion, I'm calling this release RTBP v2.0. That way you'll know that and RTBP release with a version number of 2.0 and above is the DirectX 11 version and anything below is DirectX 9. Known Issues: * For some meshes, one of the butt cheeks looks deflated and sags downward. * Some sims glich out and their geometry shoots out in random directions. * Sims might look a little weird in the portrait images. * Probably more. If you're up for it, try out an experimental build in testing and report your findings in the support thread. 2026-07-13: Better D3D11 function forwarding. Use the DirectX 9 version only if you have to. RTBP v0.4-p8 2024-04-12.zip Note for those with an Intel GPU: You'll need to tweak a Sims 4 configuration file for RTBP to work. Go to your game installation directory + "/Game/Bin/" (the same place you put "d3d9.dll"), and open the file "GraphicsRules.sgr". Find the line that says "setProp $ConfigGroup EnableSoftwareSkinning true" (for me it was on line 117) and replace the part that says "true" to "false". This will enable hardware skinning for Intel hardware and allow RTBP to work. Note on DirectX 11: A recent update added DirectX 11 support to the Sims 4. RTBP was designed around the original version of the game that uses DirectX 9. For RTBP to function, the D3D9 version of the game needs to be used (D3D11 support is coming). To explicitly launch the D3D9 version of the Sims 4, find your installation directory and execute "...\Game\Bin\TS4_DX9_x64.exe". You can also choose to switch to the D3D9 version of the game in the game options. PeachyThicc slider Cornfed slider Beefy slider And here's how they all work. ? Peachy-Thicc Slider (Male and female with cc skin, slider shown on basegame bodies.) The Peachy-Thicc Slider takes your sim's ass in one of two directions. You can make it more bubbly, or go thicc and phat with it. This works on basegame sims or preset bodies. This slider is utilized by pulling up/down on the lower arms (pulling left/right will still change the width of the lower arms traditionally). This slider won't conflict with Cornfed or Beefy, and shouldn't conflict with your other butt sliders. Just make sure you use one version of Peachy-Thicc at a time. (Alternative versions of the slider utilizing the feet or neck instead are available. All content has been tested to work alongside the BASEGAME butt slider, cmar sliders, or Yokozii sliders.) ⭐ The Peachy-Thicc Slider is based on these three presets across both sexes. Cherry and Peanut give an exaggerated bubble-butt effect, and when used sparingly, can really perk up the butt of your sim. Walnut pulls the cheeks together to create a feeling of depth, and raises the crack on the back. The full result can be a bit much, but hey, that's why it's a slider. Cherry and Walnut are separately available as regular presets. Female + Male sims with Peachy-Thicc slider set to Walnut. (You can use the Cornfed slider with the Peachy-Thicc slider for more variation) Sim with Cornfed slider set to lower body + Peachy-Thicc slider set to walnut. (both pulled down) Beefy Slider The Beefy slider creates a barrel-chested sim with a thick back, stomach, protruded chest, and stocky butt and thighs. It can be helpful for constructing a bodybuilder or a beer-guzzling stereotype. It is controlled by pulling up/down on the neck. (An alternative feet version is available.) These sliders enhance presets When used on already bootylicious or curvy presets, using Peachy-Thicc will either make the butt more bubbly, or more THICC depending on your direction. These sliders will take your sim to another planet! (This sim had a nice ass from another preset, and the slider allows you two ways more to enhance it further.) ([Setsuki Body Preset V3 Thick Bottom] with the Peachy-Thicc slider.) Because they won't conflict, you can use the Cornfed slider, Beefy slider and the Peachy-Thicc slider along with the Basegame slider to add shelf, and Cmar's enhanced butt sliders for reshaping the ass, and Cmar's enhanced leg sliders for gorgeous thigh detailing, and Luumia's hip shape mod to control distribution of curves for a tantalizing booty. It will also work with the Yokozii slider, though that slider conflicts with a few of those others I just mentioned. Use only one version of each slider for your game at a time. No-Townie Presets: "NoTownies" in a preset file name means only sims you give those presets will have them. They won't show up randomly on newly generated sims. FEET & NECK ALTERNATIVES: For folks who experience conflicts with sliders they already have, I've provided alternate versions of all three sliders that will utilize the feet or neck instead of their originally assigned part. The slider packages with "FEET" in their titles will be activated by pulling up/down on the feet, and "NECK" in their titles will be activated by pulling up/down on the neck. If the slider doesn't seem to be working, check for possible conflicts or download a version alternative. KNOWN ISSUES: The sliders can cause clipping with some tops. Because of the nature of the morph, it will distort patterns and deform some clothes more noticeably than others, but you should always be able to find something to wear. "Beefy" elongates the vagina in a way some may find displeasing. Because sim backs weren't meant to grow, long hairs may clip on the back when using Beefy. About me... I'm Whibby Gaylord.
